more likely fizzle in the lower atmosphere
Howdy Gyockey.
Best to call ahead and schedule a time when someone is available to take you out. You have to sign a confidentiality agreement at the front desk, but they open the whole deal up for you. It's a treat.
Muley, haven't been to the mill for about 2 1/2 months, but I was blown away by JTF's photos showing the progress since I'd seen it. I'm planning on going again some time next month.
I'm kinda in and out on the board. And i like my hogs in pork chops!
It would be nice to see more disclosure from the company, but at least we can see they are sticking to business with all the progress at the mill. I think and hope that this stock will begin to perform once the short term financing and details of long term financing are in place and initial production figures place a real value on operations.
The Power lines are awesome. Putting in the power lines is huge to CPRK. I hope everyone also knows what incredible improvements have been made to the mill. But putting in power lines was a major accomplishment and worth about $1 million or more.
JTF's photos show such great improvement since I have seen the mill. I am really impressed. I'm going to try to get back down there sometime in September.
October production here we come! This baby is for real and Mark & crew seem to be on task!
Go CPRK
Morning All!
Lots of changes since I last visited the mill. I am really impressed by all the work that has taken place in the last couple of months. Thanks for the updates JTF. Muley, take care and fatten up those hogs!
succeed...
Hi Ally
I don't think I've seen that chart before either. I guess we're all just sitting back with one eye closed waiting to see what happens with financing.
Any additional word on ST financing? How's the LT financing coming? Love to see your new pics
Absolutely beautiful photo. How was that picture taken? Must have been up on a fork lift or something to get that panoramic view. Extremely well lit too. Marvelous photo.
Way to go!
I don't think you'll see too much new activity until the ST financing comes thru. Once that happens I believe we'll see some very substantial changes happening quickly, but until then I don't think there's much activity other than small improvements to the mill.
Morning all! Hope the weekend treated you well. Looks like we've got some more early selling going on. Let's hope we don't fall much lower and start building back up with some more support.
We need some good news and ST financing. That may help stabilize things a bit. Then when we get word on mill production status, it should help again but I don't think any real upward movement will happen until the mill actually starts production. But like a lot of us here, I'm a LT on this stock.
Hey El Cheapo! Are you home now???
This is a pretty heavy duty PR. According to what I was told, the Master Control Booth itself is going to cost over $1mm in computer equipment, etc. so this is a very positive step forward for CPRK.
nope. he hasn't returned my call yet. I'll try again
Ditto. I think we're all waiting to see if the ST financing comes thru--hopefully this week or next. And then we're waiting to see if a new mill completion date is announced once financing has been received. Until then folks, let the sellers sell and we'll hopefully pick up a few extra shares.
When things are hopping, there's always lots of enthusiasm. And why shouldn't there be? We are making money. When the price slumps we're all a little quiet because we hate to see the $ sign go down.
So, go CRPK and go financing
I've been gone for a week and can't believe all the selling. Have to think it must be WB related taking profits to pay for other projects unrelated to CPRK. I agree, these dips are great times to buy into CPRK because the potential is just too great once the mill becomes operational.
Was hoping that short term financing would have been announced before now, so let's see what transpires this week.
Best to all

RDG, thanks to all for updating the ibox. I did notice we need to update the TA from Olde Monmouth to Standard Register.
Also, looks like pix are missing on the photo progress link and didn't see the video link yet.
Wow, you're doing good. I'm up to $1
Notice the mill in the background of the picture--the white building in the distance.
Great shot, JTF
thanks GOT. I'll try, but IMO you are absolutely right
thanks. I'll give it a shot and let the board know what, if anything I find out
Oooohhh. That's nuts.
RDG, as the mod can you get JTF's pix up on the ibox? Ally is willing to help and so is eye. The photos currently on the ibox are way out of date and I'm sure all of us would like to see updates.
thanks in advance, RDG
thought so. thanks
no volume on etrade
Do you have a copy of that letter you could share, or is that info about the letter coming from the TA?
I don't own any of this stock, but for what it's worth, youhavenoidea is probably one of the most experienced investors here. I wouldn't underestimate him
can we get them up here at IHUB?
Sounds good to me. I'll get in touch with you. It will probably be the 2nd or 3rd week in July before I can get out there.
Glad to see you're up to your usual insightful comments Stan
I'll try to give Mike a call. May take a day or so.
How did you get hooked up on this stock anyway? I haven't bought any yet, just been occasionally watching it 'cause I heard it might move, but so far it hasn't done anything
Been thinking about going to Milford mid-July. IMO CPRK is going to be a wonderful play to those of us who hold on.
Haven't heard anything on this one for a long time now. But then I haven't tried to contact the company to see if they can shed any light on it either.
Mornin' all, love your tune Ally.
Rooster, I think you're right. I believe UBSS is who you think it is, selling to the detriment of us all. But with a deal on short term financing coming and positive moves and news on progress to complete the mill, we will be alright.
The really good positions for CPRK will come when the mill starts producing and we all can see the results of refining the high grade they have stockpiled. And we have to remember that so far the financing terms have not diluted the stock and most of the OS are restricted.
JTF,
I agree, but it's a little frustratingl. CPRK'ers let's make this a chorus and not a duet to the tune of "Short Term Financing."
Muley, you and the cows are excluded from singing...
Just an observation, but it is extremely interesting to note the sales & resulting dip on the chart around the 15th and 30th of each month. This has been a recurring pattern for months. I wonder if that's WB selling his remaining free trading shares to finance his Deep Blue venture...hmmmm.
Bullet,
Any chance you can get a photo for us?
I just heard a rumor that there may be a concrete short-term financing deal in the works. It may take a few weeks to a month to happen, but if & when it does, it should provide the cash-flow to solve CPRK's current financial needs.
ST financing will solve the near-term operating needs of the company including burn rate and debt and get them up and running as fast as they can go on completing the mill and associated projects. Then when the bond is closed in a few months, CPRK will have the LT cash they need to forge ahead. And remember, it's a 30 year BOND. Non-equity, 6.5% over 30 years. We couldn't ask for anything better than that!
If the ST funds as quickly as it sounds and we get pr's to that effect, then we are off to the races again folks. Hang on and enjoy the ride and watch out for MM's and day traders on the way up!

JTF, any input on possibilities for bridge loan? Anything you aware of in "the pipeline?"
It would be a huge boost to CPRK--and us if they can get the ST funding they need to kick start production and get this baby rolling. Any thoughts you have would be nice to hear
The LT financing will take approximately 4 months to finalize
