The alleged auditor, MikeB did not respond to my email inquiry or voicemail message today. I'll try again Monday unless someone hears from him in the meantime. Liquid stated more than once today that he spoke with MikeB and there is no audit being done by him or Greentree. If true, I'd say that's the last proverbial nail.
Janice: Nobody, and it is my understanding the program is viral in its approach as it captures email addys out of the users outlook client.
Ice,Loan,Sand,Heen: I got email and phone messages in to Mike Bongiovanni asking him to confirm or deny audited financial work for CK. If anyone hears back from your own inquiries, please let me know, as I will do the same. Liquid claimed on the other MB today that he spoke with GTree and MikeB and no work is being done for CK and CK never paid any "retainer" to do audited financials.
Liquid: Hasn't gone anywhere...still there...
TomP: That is uncalled for and you ought to apologize for such a rude public statement
Forestflan: That statement is not true. There is nothing to prevent him from addressing shareholders as long as it is not related to evidentiary privlege items, and his statements are factual.
If I hear Back from Mike B then I will state the results of that response. I have a message into him on the AFs
Liquid: I'm not questioning his "heart/spirit" just that he got us involved recently when he stated he was going to take legal action as a major shareholder then the next day that was off. He can do what he wants. That is is right.
Liquid: thanks, I will because that is a huge statement.
Liquid: are you saying you confirmed from Greentree that Mike B is NOT doing the audited financials. Please clarify.
plane4keeps: Just wanted to comment on your well stated response to Renee. Strange how we now hope for the "uplist" to pinks when not long ago all were speaking of NAS, AMEX. Time and events sure affect our expectations, hope and desires.
Time? It is relative from seconds to years. I doubt many here will accept much more time to see what may or may not happen. I see Liquid is losing his patience again...don't blame him one bit.
Birds: Never said he was a basher or a pumper. Congrats for working on a Masters Degree. I did an MBA years ago, struggled financially to do it, but it pays off later.
TomP: Does the former Ken Lay ring a bell?
Stogie: It could well be the investor video prior to that, but one of them states 30-60 days as we've discussed it extensively on both message boards. Dont want to relisten to it again cuz it makes me ill just to hear him speak.
Yes, he did state in the video the audited financials were being reviewed, but two of us confirmed in emails to the CPA that they had not even started the audited.
Plane4Keeps: excellent post eom/
Divine: Liquid changes temperment on JP and CK daily or weekly much like the weather. He'll settle down later today.
Stogie: technically speaking the investor video stated 30-60 days and that was released December 19-20, so the AFs are past due actually even though some will say he didn't state an "exact" date. I think 30-60 narrows it.
I'm not holding my breath for the pinks on the 15th or the AFs by the 30th. I imagine we will hear silence or more excuses why both have not happened.
Forest: I have not sold. Wish I had. Unrealistic to sell at these levels. Gambling? To some degree yes. We even gamble each day we drive to work. No guarantees in life, or to see the next sunset. But most invested predicated on statements made, written or issued by Mr. Plant, Mr Heaton and even Mr Merlich that have proven to cause an SEC suspension versus a dramatic rise in the pps. Does one call that a gamble, an educated or uneducated decision, slight risk or high risk, being grossly mislead or more strongly defrauded? Guess the results of the SEC probe will answer that.
Yikes: One of those alleged statements through the insider telephone network. (1) if JP truly said this to someone on that MB, then he just doesn't know how to keep his foot out of his mouth (2) if false and never stated to someone on that MB, then his supporters are just making him look worse. Guess we'll see around the 15th...."about a week".

FWIW….I just got a call and was told JP's Dep. Is done. He's feels CKYS will be back on the pinks in about a week…..IMO…I would not be buying this thing until it's back on the pinks...
Forest: people have their original investment amount tied up in this pig, and that investment is earning losses daily. The same original investment could be in another earnings positive investment. Therefore, investors are not only losing (x) dollars on CKYS, but also losing (x) dollars in growth appreciation from another investment.
Your argument is misguided when it comes to money management, and daily cost of money.
Sandvet: very poignant expression of your right to publicly state your views on CKYS as a former shareholder who lost money, but originally invested like myself based on verbal and written statements by Mr Plant that failed to materialize, and in fact, extremely detrimental events have occured versus the touted postitive ones which has caused massive losses for most investors.
gtell66: I chose not to discuss the UAFs because it has been rehashed to death. Serves no useful purpose. Any time you want to debate me to determine how delusional I am, then we can do it over email..just ask..otherwise grow up...the cheap shot was immature for a family man
Loanstew and Ice: I got to disagree with both of you which is highly unsual, but here goes: (1) Ice the Post of the day was not the one you sited (2) Loanstew the best line is not "I'm not a CPA." Now don't be angry guys, don't bash me. LOL I think this is the best in both categories:
"Anyone care to explain why the financials appear to be "done by a third grader"? I am just curious about this, because the 3 CPAs I have showed these reports to so far didn't seem to think that.........
I suggest nobody hire those 3 CPAs. LOL
FHanen: No secret. Just an OLD topic discussed ad nauseum when they were released. I'm shocked you can't find old discussions of the numbers, UAFs. When I have time I'll try to locate them for you.
Fhanen: you're kidding us, aren't you? I need to go do something else before you get me started on this OLD topic
Fhanen: actually I'd say maybe the 12th grade level of financial compilation IMHO ...funny to those who don't have money invested I guess
Gentlemen: an anti-DRM movement is underway which may make the DRM requirement for music moot. Check out what EMI is proposing, and others are beta testing on music downloads. Think what that would do to other copyrighted material and DRM requirements.
FHanen: because they are very questionable in several areas when comparing balance sheets and P&Ls between June and December 06. No sense in rehashing as they've been dissected by many of us already, and you can go back and review posts after they were released. Be too negative to discuss their reliability again.
Fhanen: better research numbers a tad closer before making statements like that
LoanStew: That PR today has no meat in in and is meaningless in terms of the future viability of the company, and means nothing in terms of the SEC probe. Now if he released AFs today, then there is something to get excited about.
The Compro is nothing more than a resident program that loads in the system tray and triggers an applet to appear on the desktop when information is released. The Compro one from BA is nothing more than an advertisement for BA and its clients' PRs. Drove me crazy. I don't see where the catalystev version would be any different resides on a potential consumer's desktop, constantly providing communication or advertisements. Who in the heck wants constant bothering on their desktop for ads, announcements, PRs etc. Might be nice for an intranet for inside corporate communication for employees, but on the WWW, when people are fighting against spyware, malware, greyware, and resulting popups.
Just my two-cents, just appears to be one of those deals JP worked out with BA
dcbass: I got the download via the cyberkey web site. I tried it out for two weeks but it was a huge annoyance in the system tray then popping up on the desktop....just PRs and ads. Fortunately it was easy to remove. You should be able to get it, if you want to try it out, but I found it annoying
I tried the Compro. It was a huge annoyance on the desktop. Removed it. Give it a try. You can get it from a BA download
5cap: yep, I'd be surprised if it just a bump...just depends on what we mean by "with time" quantatively
5cap: no, not really, just one of those bumps in the road, right.
Smart: I'd tend to agree that it would be a sworn deposition at this level.
MSgbrdinfo: I worked briefly in litigation support back in the 80's for a few years with civil litigators, but I am not a law expert. Usually the depositions are sworn to, and used as fact finding and potentially later in trial against witnesses who decide to change their testimony at a later date on the witness stand. Document discovery can range from a handful of document to boxes of documents, as they search for evidence which substantiates or unsunstantiates a particular event, statement, actiivity, intent etc. It can get extremely complex. They select certain documents and make them trial exhibits if it reaches that stage. If there is a settlement, then all that pre-tiral work is never made public in a courtroom, goes to secure storage or digital imaging.
Liquid: I beleive by Federal Rules of Civil Procedure it can only be 7 hours. But you do your own reading...or ask your lawyer.
Keepfaith: Cant say I blame ya
Keepfaith: Yes, life is too short. Very frustrating for everyone. All I want are answers to some tough questions, and I have a right to those answers because the company has my money. If they don't willingly provide them, then I will do whatever digging, sharing of research and information is necessary. Truly, the problem is, the more digging then the more negative qualities of this company and investment come out. Bottomline...many verbal statements, published statements, promises from 5 years ago to today simply NEVER came through yet many such as myself initially invested based on that information along with what we garnered at the time. As time progressed, more DD became available, more balanced and factual (mainly from here),and one could clearly see the numerous Red flags. Unfortunately and self-admittedly I made a huge mistake waiting too long to get out when I KNEW in my heart and head it was time to bail...That little ol voice in the head said get a bit more on the bounce up from the ads and GMA talk. Boom...the 5th came!
Oh, if you get a chance please tell ToddWhoTwo that I lied about my BUYS. I claimed 9. It is actually 12 and no sells. I forgot about 3 buys in my Roth account.
LoanStew: There is NO WAY that Ice hung me out to dry. That is FACT. I've debated whether to provide my account to someone like Knowles just to put that issue to rest, but I continually tell myself I don't owe those people on that MB anything. I'm fine with me, my family and God knowing I own shares.
I'm not in as deep financially as some of them. I've lost most hope of this recovering anytime soon, possibly never, maybe a year or more from now. Who knows. I've accepted the reality. They have not. They cling to little shreds of hope because they can't face the reality of potential huge losses. Remaining 100% positive won't save this.
A clean or even semi-clean bill of health from the SEC, AFs, factual sales, contracts, expenses, profits, PRs, share structure, honesty, integrity and hard work from a management team could save it in time. They need to demand honest and factual answers from management. The answer so far is silence under the guise of an SEC probe preventing any written or spoken word. YET, one MB member says he spoke with the VP of Sales who CONFIRMED the $25M contract. So they can speak it privately but not publicly state that? I'd immediately ask why, and would expect a darn good, verifiable answer. This is why time and time again very little adds up with this company.
