Ouch! They need to call the Sox about Big Game James. Aside from a few blowups this year, he has been pretty consistent eating innings with quality starts. Total losses are more about Sox not scoring for him, rather bad pitching. Take out those four really bad outings and his ERA would be under 4. Would be a great add for a team like the Cubs, as he has post season experience and they could just give up a couple of young 18-20 YO's to get him.
See that, but did not look devastating. More a tweak that may keep him out a day or so if they are just being cautious.
Just saw video and did not look that bad. Hopefully just a precaution with a huge 1st inning lead!
HMMM? Did had collision at 1B, but it did not appear that bad.

What happened to Didi? Saw he got pulled, but no news?
Like it far better than the super bonus!
I like it if it is not too much trouble.
I would rather have it set up to maybe help those that are actually out of it, to get a little closer, rather than killing those in the top that are consistent week in and out. Yes, many pick the same three, but having the bonus points for having the right places helps that. Those at the top started the season with other drivers often in their picks, but this is one of those seasons where there has been an obvious top three since a few races in.
If anything, maybe block everyone from being able to pick the same cars two weeks in a row?
OK, so I there is a chance if I pick racers no one if front of me has and get lucky. Really think we need to do away with these bonus races next year or do some major revising. Rewards luck over consistency.
Are there any more point give aways left this year? Since I was unlucky on the last one, it looks like the only way left to compete is by getting lucky if there is another one.
Like I said, Timmy Anderson went through a couple years like that before this year, where he suddenly is looking like one of the better D SS's in the league. Maybe Rosario eventually gets it too? If not, with his speed, I would think the Mets would try him in CF!
Yep! One of my money leagues is a 10 teamer, that a couple years ago had one year of 8 when there were two drop outs day before draft. Far too many high scoring FA's on weekly basis with so few teams!
I am in three pay ones, but if someone wants to set up a bragging rights free league here, I would be in it.
IT does not look like we are doing the league here again this year, but need to be sure before I give you my sleepers. When is your draft?
18, 9, 42 please
Urena only got 6 games??? MLB best not budge on his appeal!
Still young and early. For all you know, he could be at 3B, 2B or CF in a couple of years time, or he may continue to develop at SS. The key is, he his O potential comes around, they can move him if the D does not. Kelenic looks to be on the fast track, but few think he will be anything but an average at best CF. Gimenez could be up by the end of next year and at that point, either he or Rosario would have to switch positions. Mauricio is a couple of years away and most think he will eventually end up at 3B. Given the lack of plus CF's in the organization and Rosario's crazy speed, you have to wonder if the Mets would try to get him to play a little CF in Winter Ball this year? Look at Mookie Betts. He was blocked at 2B and has become a great OF.
Tim Anderson was brought up a little too early as well and was horrid at first at SS, but has grown every year and is starting to become a very good SS. Rosario is only 22, so he has time to mature.
22 YO Rosario is slowly be surely showing more and more of his promise.
42, 4, 14 please! Have to shake it up with last week's super bonus giveaway not going my way. FYI, I vote against having those again next year, as screws up standings for those picking well on a weekly basis that do not get lucky in the one given week.
He will be fine. Only 22 YO. Was brought up before he was ready, so taking a little longer to get a foothold in the bigs. Not everyone is going to be like Gleybar and tear it up from the start. That does not mean he will not reach his potential, as most players do not until 24-26. Look at Avi here in Chicago! Had been called a bust for not living up to the hype and now is finally emerging. If he could only stay healthy, he would be one of the top OF's in the league. He too was brought up too early.
Thanks, but all good there, especially once Correa gets back. Also have Rosario that will go to my bench as a stash for rest of season. He looks like he is starting to get it, so may end up on my keeper list for next year depending on how he performs down the stretch. With him, much like T. Anderson for my Sox, appears they were just called up a little too early, but are slowly starting to emerge.
LOL! Means a huge game is a coming soon.
Yep, tough call. Also have R. Lopez, but he goes against the Yankees. So, assuming Pom just gets one start, it is against a potentially explosive Toronto lineup, Folty vs the Nationals, or Lopez vs. Yankees??? The Horror, The Horror!!!!!
I am just worried they may pull Pom at the last minute tomorrow. Could use his two starts, as I need a win this week, but could be screwed if he does not start. There had been rumors about moving to the BP over the weekend. Although, if I do not start Pom, I would be starting Foltynewicz and his only start this week is against Washington, which could be a scary week!
Is Pomeranz going to get his starts this week with Sale on the DL?
11,18,22 Please
4, 18, 78 please.
Yep! I was wondering if the Mets GM was protesting and almost walked away from the trade, since an actual prospect was included????
At this point, if Frazier did not have a potential serious issue, he would be getting called up for tomorrow's game. That said, for now, looks like more PT for Gardner. That said, with Bird still struggling a bit, is it time to go after Jose Abreu? OH, he would be a monster in NY as wells as in Fenway. Sadly for you, due to the mentoring he does for the young Cubans, not sure the price would be worth it for the Yankees.
Betting closer to five weeks. He will be back for your WC game, but for fantasy players, he may be out all the way to their playoffs!
Still have to wonder??? He should be fine by playoff time, but for fantasy purposes, possible he could be out all the way to the fantasy playoffs, as three weeks for a chip is a very rosey estimate.
UH OH!!!!! Chip Fracture? Waiting for details.
LOL, I never thought he was trying to get hit! Was saying others do.
Well, not intentionally! LOL! Would have tried for the forearm, but with a little movement, wrist can happen!
Exactly, confirmed no R/S, which I have said for years they would not do until well after debt has been fully converted. I do think they are getting close on the conversion and betting big that Sorkin will give it at least a Q before he would R/S to uplist, so saw this as close to the last shot for my revenge.
Actually a few players do, but Judge is not one of them. I remember AJ with my 2005 Sox taking every ball off his body that he could possibly do!
LOL! How many years do the Royals have left paying him? Checked two more and $20M+? For a small market team, that is a heck of an anvil!
Actually may go for Romine, as he was dropped this week, but being so far down waiver priority, may need more options.
Not to throw a damper on your run, but I finally chose this time to grab shares for my revenge play! Figured Sorkin will not R/S until months after no debt is announced, so might as well take a run at it now. Get me to .0016 and I will actually be even, although if you figure years of interest, probably need closer to .002.
