I will never touch another bio again with a ten foot pole. Worst decsion I ever made was having a few bios right now with these high interest rates.
Well they have compliance now and the shorts will hopefully move on.
Nop we are stuck in this range for quite awhile it seems. Holt even admitted its a year before we see any revenue and there does not appear any secret denner plan we did not know about. Can we get above a buck in the next 11 months? Honestly who knows we still dont have approvals from the big three in europe and may not for years. I wish someone was interested in a BO now but there is nobody it appears.
Same for me. I have learned my lesson now several times on bios not selling in time. I own three right now but will never buy a bio again after I am out of these. Bios are not a good investment at all for the most part. They are basically worth putting money into them if it is extra money you are 100% willing to lose but that is about it. Your only real hope for making any money on a bio is a big boy buying them out.
The shorts were ready to attack.
And now they are down 11% or 7 a share. Good new does not often even matter anymore shorts hammer stocks no matter what. In fact good news is what often has the shorts attack stocks. Shorts are ruining the markets.
The biggest issue for me is they need to prove that they can quit spending like drunken sailors. I am still not sure whey they have not made additional staff cuts in the last year. The company has a good drug and some promise but my issue is managment and that so far they have shown no ability to stop spending like fools. They cannot just keep raising money every couple of months they need to generate enough revenue to stop that cycle.
I get that but at what price I wonder? I am guessing they are waiting to release earning til next week they want to regain compliance first tomorrow. Earnings will likely be mixed so they dont want to let shorts drive her below a buck before compliance.
I guess we could always get lucky and have a two day runup like this company. However, they then brought it down from 13.40 all the way to 2 bucks in the same day based on now news at all.

I am just going based on what I have seen or not seen in the last 10 months. There is no buyer and never was. The company is not beig sold anytime soon at all. Denner has no magic wand. These are all facts I have come to accept.
He is simply being realistic instead of havng unrealistic expectations like lots of us had a year ago. There is not Denner magic wand its been 10 months and its clear its going to be a very very slow grind. So him simply stating this is being negative?
Sadly you are correct. They used to short it from 1.30 down to 1.10. Now its from .87 down to .68. Holt basically telegraphed to shorts there is nothing of note coming for the next year. Probably one of the easier stocks to short right now knowing ther will be no new news or surprises that are going to cause run up.
For a company trading at .80 cents to get bought out and let’s say 15 or 20 dollars its usually right after very successful readout on a drug with huge potential and they usually have a robust pipeline as well. Our drug is already approved and revenue is totally flat. Also, we do not have a robust pipeline we do not have a pipeline at all. Revenue is Europe is beyond a snail’s pace and will take years to ramp up. Who is going to pay 15 or 20 shared for a company like this? There are no other catalysts we don’t have other drugs in trials. I am just being realistic which I was not a year ago when I believed 15 a share was possible. I just do not think 15 is realistic unless there is a brave miracle. Like you said shorts will push this right back down to .70 next week because there is nothing to support the increased buying and shorts know it.
Even 15 seems very far fetched now to me. It did not a year ago but it does now knowing wll street only cares about revenue period. Yes maybe if brave is out of this world but if brave is a nothing burger I would say 8 a share is about the best denner will ever be able to get. And that is in a few years and only if the revenue outside the usa goes throught he roof.
How is is not dilution doesnt somebody have to exercise the warrants at a specific price?
Hard to says shorts working hard to try and get it under a buck. I have no ideas what the delay on earnings is but withe these guys I always expect the worst and hope for the no dilution.
50 is pure fantasy and delusional I think almost everyone would be happy as clams if Denner could ever get us 8 a share.
While that is good shorts doing all they can again to make sure is closes below buck tomorrow and does not regain compliance. This stock can never sustain any gains
I hope they did not pay anythng because the stock price has not moved. It would be a waste of money.
Heaven forbid they would make more cuts to the company to save money. Why in the world do they still need 100 employees?
An offereing would be an absolute dagger and kill all the momenteum we now have. That being said it is such the redhill way and would not shock me in the least. We would be trading below a buck again in no time.

They may be pissed but are also realizing this is going to be much harder than they thought. The market has made very clear cost cutting, etc means nothing at all. Revenue is all it cares about period.
They probably should have released the letter this morning if they wanted to move the stock. The shorts had ample warning and why the stock is up a lousy one cent. But its such an AMRN thing. Heck would even brave move this stock? It is like it is cursed.
I guess but it does not matter look at the stock price. Sadly the market has made very very clear the ONLY thing that will move the price is real actualy revenue outside the USA. They clearly dont care that Sarissa is a big player or thinks this is a great company. Other funds clearly dont care either which surprises me. So its more likely than not we are stuck in the 70 cent range for at least two more quarters uness there is some big event that comes up to move it none of us know about.
LOL John is a fan favorite on the yahoo message boards. Everyone loves him!
I just hope they have some cash the last thing we need is another dilution it will call all the gains we have made the last week.
No its 500k after hours 3 million is for the whole day.
2%. It great the finally said something and have added but I would not expect this to move the stock price much tomorrow. The shorts usually love to take stuff like this to drive her down hard so I would not be shocked in the shorts come in hard. Revenue is all that will move this thing that is beyond obvious now.
Still concerned about the 3rd quarter financials though I really doubt they had much cash left and will look to dilute us again. Hope I am wrong.
We shall see. I will be happy to take get my money out and move onto other things. If this ever hits 4 bucks I will sell at least half my position without the blink of an eye. Probably would even sell 70% percent of it at four.
I am honestly stunned this company is back from the dead. I was few weeks away from unloading it all for a tax loss. I thought for sure they were cooked.
How do you know it will be positive. Everyone seems so convinced Brave will be great but often these readouts are not. Nobody should be counting on brave to rescue this thing from the dead imo.
I got two other bios that are now starting to fly the last week. At one point I thought this would be the one but now I have it really last in order. Really only hoping to be able to get my money back one from this one somebody right now my other two bios seem way more promising and have way better pipelines. The biggest issue with AMRN is they got one drug and one drug only.
There was one on here claiming 100 per shares if brave was good. I am guessing if Brave is good you better sell on the jump cause once again AMRN will do all the work and the generics will just come right in and sell the same thing.
I guess I was just expecting further progress and a higher share price 9 months after Denner took over. Maybe I bought into all the hype about him but so far it has not been impressive to me. Whoever on here was claiming this could be a 100 dollar stock if brave is good is smoking major dope. I went from hoping at first Denner could get us 15 a share to now being very happy if he could ever even get us
6 or 7 a share to be honest.
It would be lets be honest denner seems to be doing the exact same thing the old management did. Go it alone and nothing new. This ace up his sleeve we all thought he has appears to simply be a myth. He has now had nine months and I am not impressed so far. Maybe in a few years he can turn this around but so far giving him full control really has not seemed to change a darn thing.
You have to be kidding me dude. You still honestly think he drove this down .65 cents himself just so he could say in a few years maybe look at the huge win I got. The stock has been driven down because the revenue stinks in Europe and is falling in the USA. There is no master plan from Denner to short it so he looks like a hero someday maybe. Lets see your proof of this since you keep claiming this. Show us some receipts. The stock was already low at a buck like .40 cents is going to make a difference. Give me a break there is no guarantee revenue outside the USA will ever amount to anything that is why the price is low period. If you are going to keep coming up with these theories back them up with some actually proof.
I am thinking about it in the meantime though I have never done it with a stock I have owned. But it seems like a sure fire way to make some money on it while we wait for revenue a year from now. At least for the next month with all the tax loss selling shorting seems like easy money. Might as well make some money right.
A serious question does anyone really believe that Denner can turn this around and get this company sold for a good price like 8 a share or over ? After nine months I am having serious serious doubts that he can. Europe and ROW just seems way too complicated to ever have any real revenue that would excite a big boy into being interested in buying AMRN. I hope I am wrong but what I have seen so far does not make me very optimistic about the future. Right now AMRN is nothing but a stock for shorts to feast on because they know they is nothing coming anytime soon that would cause a squeeze.
