Fg..post all you like..it wont hurt or help Sevu..in the first quarter sales were down..the share price also went down..in the second quarter sales were up..and the share price went up..when third quarter numbers come out if sales go up so will the share price..if it does what it has in the past...its sales that matter...bigbizz

FG..I really dont think ANYTHING that happened last year will have much effect on Sevu..if Rich didnt file a form with the sec..so what!! On the issue of the accounting problems last year didnt Sevu book the POs in question as accounts receivable? They never stated that money was in the bank from the POs!! And as for the PRs from Rich those are protected by the safe harbor statement which courts must uphold or it would open up every company to a suit if something happens and they cant do what they stated in a PR!!! This class action will get tossed...bigbizz

mmmary..there are ways for law firms to make money without spending much more than the fee to file..first short one million shares..then file a class action...cover..then drop the suit or settle for peanuts...the trick is to pick a company that did something thats looks bad..it doesnt matter if a judge or jury would toss the case..since Sevu accountants messed up..there might be cause for a suit..thus no countersuit...easy money!!! MMMary..this lawsuit is peanuts!! there were only 1000 shareholders total!! The fee to file the suit was $150.00...so if Sevu settles for $350.00 the lawyers double their money and the shareholders get $50.00 LOL...I would think this is one of the smallest shareholder class action suits ever filed!! Remember only 1% of all these suits go to trial..the rest are tossed out or settled..and when they settle its .05 on the dollar amount lost on the stock...Sevu will be fine...bigbizz

Most of the people Ive told about Sevu buy shares!! I tell them to checkout the website...look at the products..read all the past PRs...notice how the new management team comes from JCP..and the CFO from Price Waterhouse...when they see names like Costco..Wal-mart..Target..Home Depot..They buy shares...most see very little downside risk and a huge upside...and Ive heard back from a few people how they told others..and they also bought shares..wow..
