I got a hold of Jonathan Fink, Investor Relations DEP. He said that DEP had private investors and the 20.9 Million shares is for the 20.9 Million dollars the private investors paid into DEP. That is where the $1 per share came from.
I would assume that these private investors expect a good return on their money. Certainly DEP plus Sports Alumni is worth more than DEP alone.
Sorry, didn't ask that. He did say they have several PR's lined up and to watch the news.
That is very curious. Please keep us informed.
I talked to the DEP Investor Relations manager. He said they have audited financials through '05 and are working on the rest. Expect PR's soon that spell out what they are doing and what their future plans are. They want to go to an exchange higher than OBB but this will take time, they expect it to be done within six months.
Okay, say that three times fast. LOL
Something I haven't seen anyone talk about. If DEP paid $1 per share where did that money go? That's almost $21 Million that I assume is now working capital for this new publically traded company. Add in the fact that they are making a profit then if all they do short term is go OBB with Audited Financials this could very quickly achieve a PPS that will make it eligible to reach NASDAQ or AMEX.
Another thought, it's said that half the float is already owned by insiders leaving just over 600,000 shares out there. The company could use that $21 Million to buy up more of the float and drive the price up to where they want it to be.
I think we still have a sleeping giant here.
I read that a company can post a PR this way for only $400 a year, almost unlimited PR's. Another company I'm in the CEO said he would use this method to communicate to the shareholders and issue a broader PR (much more expensive) when he wanted to communicate to the entire investor community. Wouldn't be surprised to see more of these smaller companies doing this.
This one has a lot less risk than some other plays. The company is said to be profitable and I am encouraged by DEP paying $1 a share for their stake in their own future. This tells me they plan on this being much bigger and will do the right things to get there.
You got it wrong Jelly, you were smart enough to hold on to 7 million shares. A lot more than I have, wish I was in your position.
With some stocks it would be smart to wait but this stock is already profitable with PR's and institutional buyers lined up. They've had six months to work on this merger deal and now that it's done they want it to move up fast. The smart money says that now is the time because the PPS will go up on any good news and we should have good news very soon.
Thanks JJ, Nice to see you here.
I doubt that the O/S was bumped up to 9 Billion pre R/S. More than likely they will establish a new A/S, O/S after the split with DEP private owners receiving enough shares to own a certain percentage of the new publically traded company.
Overall this is still a good play. It's obvious this company is looking towards the future and taking the steps necessary to get to a higher exchange. We've been told it is profitable and hopefully we'll see proof of that soon. The biggest thing that has changed is that this stock will be harder to flip for profit in the next few days. Especially for those that bought yesterday.
Not that I'm complaining but why the gap up? Something in the works?
I was referring to Bonus Mobile which is partly owned by DEP.
Nice Find! With DEP being part owner we could benefit nicely.
You need to read "The Creator and the Cosmos". Very interesting scientific explanation as to how God created the Universe and how there is really no conflict with what astronomers see and the Bible.
As to $50 PPS. This best professional estimate I've heard is $12 PPS, but if it hits $50 I won't complain too much, LOL.
This one's in very strong hands. It takes time to iron out all the details and we all understand that. When it happens we will be glad we held.
20 k stent? What company sells that, we need to invest in it! LOL
This stock is one of those rare gems. If it doesn't get bought out, it will slowly go up over the next year, be about $1.30 next March. News of an FDA approval will come sending it to more than $10 so fast everyone will be saying "where did that come from?"
In the meantime there's another stock in the top 20 right now that everyone is saying is going to be a 10-20 bagger. All you have to do is google the CEO and find out that he pulled the same scam three years ago and took everybody's money. But that stock will be pumped like it's on steriods by dozens of Ihubbers and any mention of a scam will be deleted and the mentioner banned.
Sometimes I just don't understand how people think.
Relax, It was Spectre's joke, not Kip's.
Sorry hbbus700, ment to respond to Goldsilvermines, not you.
If it goes to 300 Million shares then that would be a forward split, not a reverse split.
We've known about the O/S change for a long time. It is GOOD NEWS because it gives Kip the leverage he needs to make a good R/M deal. He has also stated that he's looking for a company in the $10-30 Million range which potentially puts the PPS in the dollarland opportunity. An O/S at 27 Million also means the likelihood of a R/S is diminished. Read the posts! Lots of good DD there.
SHHH! He's trying to accumulate without arousing anyone's interest. LOL
New company is China Dongsheng International. CDSG is the symbol. 1-37 R/S
Anticipation.....
I think a lot of people in the medical community are investing in this. My friends wife, who's a nurse, said all the doctors at her hospital are pouring money into this saying it's going to be a gold mine.
Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.
And this is just the beginning.
This has been amazing volume. I agree that the MM's got the 001's, can find anyone taking credit for such a good score.
I think my prediction of .10 will only be one business day off. Got to clean off those crystal balls better. LOL
Words getting out. Don't be surprised at the next spike. Just hang on tight.
Worthy of posting again for lurkers!
Message from KING IR 11/21
Please accept my apology for the delay in responding to you. These past three weeks have been the busiest since the company has been resurrected. Hopefully, all shareholders will be publicly informed of the fruits of this recent management activity within the next few weeks.
I fully appreciate your concern over the stock price and its relationship to what appears to be a lack of things happening. I, as you, am also a shareholder, working along-side some of the top oil finders in the history of the O&G business.
The management team comes from a "Big Company" public oil and gas background and not really versed in the idiosyncrasies of microcap/pinksheet market. With the timing of our PR's we were perhaps given some bad advice about a timeline for our projects. At that time we were also expecting a significant funding which could have perhaps accelerated our activities, but when the final terms were put on the table, management felt that with the stock below the .20 level, that shareholder dilution would be too much based on what we all believe we have going on and elected to go in non-equity directions for funding.
Re. Mississippi. We have considerable outside interest in drilling the Fayette Field. Rig availability in the area has been scarce, but we should begin drilling in the first quarter of the new year if not earlier.
Re. Romania. This has also been a victim of the above general statement about the initial financing. We do have the rig in New Orleans, but there needed to be some retrofitting done to also test some deeper structures that have come to light, and possibly being able to add additional reserves to the field. Should be shipped and ready to drill in the first quarter of 2007.
Re. Vermillion. This one is pretty much all systems go. We are in the process of obtaining and acquiring another 3D Survey from a third party to pinpoint our location. We have any number of partners who would like to participate with us in drilling the Vermillion wildcat.
Re. Audit. Our auditors are reconstructing financials for the last five years so that we can make the necessary filings as soon as possible. Our primary goal right now is to deliver an active, vibrant and well funded company, which should look much better in our first "resurrection filings". My guess is that if the numbers came out today, we wouldn't learn too much more than what we already know.
If you heard the conference call or read the script on our corporate website, you will know that this team is focused pretty much on one thing that has made them very successful in the past, and that is exploration and development of impact projects. What the public has seen so far is just the tip of the iceberg of what we are working on. Big projects do take more time, but when successful, the rewards are immeasurable. I want to thank you for your patience
Foster Hagen
Note that Romania and Mississippi he stated drilling to begin first quarter '07. We could hear something soon.
Finding financing isn't the problem. They've had all sorts of people trying to get them to sign 504's. It's getting the right type of financing that they're concerned with. And they are working on it. A delay of a few months to get the right financing is better than getting locked into something that will haunt you down the road. I have faith that this team will pull it off.
From what I've read the AF's are done and we are simply waiting for financing. I believe Norris Harris was meeting with someone this past Monday concerning that. He has been working very hard to get the right type of financing, the type that won't kill the company or leave us shareholders out in the cold. I can appreciate that and I'm willing to wait for it.
Two years from now this stock will be trading at $10 PPS. Yes, that is my opinion but it is also a heart felt conviction. I also feel that certain things will happen by the end of June, the financing, the AF's, and some disclosure on how well the fields they are in are doing. Some of this could be announced tomorrow or they could wait until all the ducks are in a row before they start announcing things. Either way it's better to be in waiting then out watching. When it happens you won't be seeing these prices ever again.
My thanks to 1stepahead1 for bringing this article to everyone's attention.
China's Gasoline Consumption to Increase 24% by 2010
By David Harman

SHANGHAI (Interfax-China) -- China's gasoline consumption, spurred by a soaring demand for cars in the world's fastest growing economy, will reach 65.44 million tonnes by 2010, which is a 24.7% increase from 2006, an official from a state industrial planning organization said during an oil trade summit held in Guangzhou.
The country's use of gasoline reached 52.47 million tonnes last year, an 8.4% year-on-year growth, after the year's car sales jumped 27% to hit 7.2 million. The forecast for this year's growth is 18%, according to Bai Xuesong, senior engineer with China International Chemical Consulting Corp., which is overseen by the state-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
China produced 55.91 million tonnes of gasoline last year. Its largest producers include fourth-largest state oil company Shaanxi Yanchang Oil Group, which is also part of a conglomerate of Shaanxi's major local oil drilling and refining plants, Dalian Petrochemical, under the country's top oil company China National Petroleum Corp., and Zhenhai Refinery of Zhejiang province, which operates under China Petroleum and Chemical Corp., Asia's largest refiner.
The country's gasoline exports fell 37.7% to 3.5 million tonnes last year. The decrease occurred because soaring international crude prices, combined with the government's artificial control of oil product prices, made refining a money-losing business.
Out of China's total gasoline exports, 43% was sent to Singapore last year, followed by Indonesia with 26.21% and Vietnam with 18%.
Fuel oil futures gained upward momentum towards RMB 3,082 (US$399) after crude oil futures hit the highest level of the week overnight in expectation of growing crude demand from refineries after seasonal maintenance work.
Fuel oil futures in Shanghai normally track the performance of crude oil, which continued to consolidate at the $60 a barrel level.
"We expect the crude prices to continue strengthen in the following sessions," said Song Bo from Sanli Futures.
Commentary
A major danger of underestimation in these consumption forecasts. They are assuming a slowdown in growth in the auto industry and no increased usage of existing vehicles. This is at a time when per capital revenue growth continues to increase and, more importantly, is becoming broader based. It would be surprising if gasoline consumption growth up to 2010 was less than 28% and more likely to be nearer 30%.

You are correct that military doctors do not have to be certified doctors. Not to knock all military doctors but often the military will recruit those that have flunked out of medical school. Dentists too.
There are experimental procedures that are tested all the time in the military but I'm uncertain as to what steps are taken for approval of these procedures. I knew two military people, 20+ years ago, who had experimental surgery done where their jaws were removed and then reattached to correct severe facial distortions (from birth, not war). This was done at the people's request. Both operations went well.
I have no direct knowledge but I wouldn't be surprised if the military was testing this company's product. The lack of liability on the military's part and the need to sew people together because of the war makes it the perfect place to test this.
Been lurking here for a few weeks ever since lowman told me about it. Just about ready to make my move.
I too view the Frankfurt delisting as a positive move and I believe that the increase in the PPS after the announcement indicates that most of the market recognises it as a good move too. I believe this stock will be in the .06-.08 range by the end of next week.
Holding above .03 on very low volume. Seems no one wants to sell. Once financing is secured and the AF's released I suspect those holding long will make the institutional investors pay dearly for their shares.
So what's it going to take to get this one out of the dumps? Audited Financials? Uplisting? Proof of actual profits? There are shells with more shares trading higher than we are. There are known, exposed scams that still have a higher market cap then we do. I can not believe how low the PPS is. Any way you slice it we should be at a minimum of .05-.07 and really should be closer to .30-.40. Okay, I've ranted enough. I'll go back to lurking again.
Well, didn't quite get to .10 but it is close. Someone is going to want this technology and will be willing to buy us out to get it. Keep in mind it doesn't have to be a US company. A company in France or China might want to catch up on 10-15 years of research by buying us out. A lot quicker and cheaper than struggling to figure it out yourself.
