GSLM is currently in the process of preparing a submission to the Tasmanian Government for expansion of its licensed areas under both Exploration License (EL) 14/2009 and reinstatement of the Special Exploration License (SEL) 13/2009 area.
It is the intention of Empire and GSLM that, once financing has been successfully completed and the Company is in a stronger financial position, it will advance its early stage discussions to create a Joint Venture with a gulf region oil company to manage the business operations for the full development of oil and gas in the Tasmania Basin.
$300,000,000 for Flare Gas development.
Empire and GSLM CEO Malcolm Bendall said, "With today's announcement by Sure Fund, Empire's potential financial position continues to strengthen. Sure Fund's USD$180 million principally protected notes are planned to provide Empire and GSLM with the financial capacity to drill and test a minimum of 12 of its highest priority oil and gas targets. Sure Capital has also commenced discussions with Empire regarding funding
in the sum of USD$300 million for the development and commercialization of a proprietary flare gas technology for which Empire has first option on the North and South American rights. As previously publicly disclosed, the international firm AECOM has estimated that Empire's annual revenue stream from the flare gas technology applications in North and South America has the potential to achieve USD$2.7 billion per annum." AECOM is a global provider of professional and technical management support services to a broad range of markets, including the energy sector.
Empire Energy is developing re occuring income from Flare gas.
$300,000,000 is being raised to produce equipment and once the program begins the anticipated market is valued at $2,600,000,000 per year. If we can capture 60% of the market the first year we should see about 10% of the source available. After all is calculated the first year will add approx $.38 a share and in 2 years a total of $3.76 a share.
If the company were to sell off the Flare gas part of the company It is calculated to bring in between $4.50 to $6.38 a share as a dividend, this is after subtracting overhead, the 300,000,000 loan + interest.
Very nice found money compliments of Malcolm Bendall.
Ah spoken by a man that uses a devining rod to find oil. There is an ex-geology professor that has a position as an executive in the EEGC/GSLM company that taught geology in your local University. It might be a good idea if you were to take his class. Can you guess who it is. Also does the name Mark Callaway ring a bell. Anyhow thanks for your opinion, wrong as it is. The drinking of beer will take place at the hotel and not in the field. Good try though.
EEGC things to come!
EEGC, (Empire Energy Corporation International), has mountains to climb!
The first mountain is Bellevue at an altitude of approx 4,000 feet its usually has snow on the top during winter. This ia an unusual winter and very warm. September 1, starts spring and baring a late snow storm we should be able to drill late October - Early November time frame. Conditions are favorable, we will have a brand new drill rig in place that can transport itself over the current roads in just a few hours. The hotel is ready for the men that will work the rig providing sleeping quarters, food, beer and entertainment.
I might even be enticed to do my soft shoe. Supplies to support the drill rig will be in place and the drill will turn. This new rig is capable to drill to 15,000 feet way beyond what is thought to be required. Before and while this is all going on other projects will be in the works. A joint venture with an expert, world renowned, mining company that will oversee the operation. A $300,000,000 project will start involving Flare Gas Nanotechnology. Once oil is discovered it will be tested for quality and market value and testing will be done to estimate the quantity in the pool below.
So what makes me feel so secure we have oil? Some of the best brains believe it, seismic graphics reflect it and Malcolm has been able to show enough proof to a group of investors to convince them to provide $180,000,000 to go ahead with the program.
That's more then good enough for me.
Those of little faith that chose not to participate in the companies future good fortune, well its still not too late. One we bring in the first well they won't be able to run fast enough to chase the stock down.
This is only my opinion!

Follow the Money! Its where the crook go.
Willy Sutton robed banks because thats where the money was. So what happens when you flood the banks with police? The robbers hold up supermarkets, drug stores, etc.
The basic message is until you stop the thought of getting rich by steeling you are licked before you start. Laws don't fix a problem and neither do the enforcement of those laws.
Try this if a criminal is caught kill him and his entire family. Do you think that will solve the crime wave. NO! People will still take the gamble that they can get away with it.
Keep the pressure up on congress but focus on your investment to make money.
EEGC! To Post Or Not To Post, That Is The Question!
The subject is Empire Energy, (EEGC/GSLM)
not some one who you question their opinion. That can be seen as either a PERSONAL ATTACK, or OFF TOPIC, both will be deleted.
Positive posts motivate people to buy, and if you are a shareholder I am sure you don't want to hear bad things. Also lets not hear about what the company should do or not do. We can't fix it so communicate your thoughts to the company. Multiple posts of the same information is irritating and accomplishes nothing. Don't do it. If you have something to add then lets hear it.
We all want to hear from you because your opinion is valuable.
Its nice to see some positive action against the crooks that have been bleeding American investors dry.
Before you all jump up and down about QMX exchange as long as the other exchanges exist there will be NSS and nothing will change. the only way is to eliminate the other exchanges and only have available QMX

An additional fact to ponder about Malcolm Bendall.
He converted company debt to shares at $.07 a share way above the current market price of about $.03 a share. He could have gotten double the shares and didn't. This man is a gem among gems. He could have issued himself double the shares at 3 cents a share from the Authorized and replaced the rights offering shares with them. He took the road of honesty and the best interests of all the share holders. I hope you all know that he has been supporting the company operations out of his own pocket. He is an executive extraordinaire with a loyal following of employees, many of which have supported company functions out of their own pockets. With a crew like that we can't possibly fail.
Your numbers are so far out of wack its pathetic.
The company is raising $180,000,000 for the purpose of drilling and a joint venture with a super costal drilling and management company will see us to victory The rights offering is peanuts compared to the funds we will need and have already raised. But there is more and you will have to wait to see it unfold by company PRs. Sorry folks but it has to come from the company to be authentic.
In case you didn't know it, Malcolm Bendall and several other executives of EEGC have been supporting the company operation out of their own pockets to the tune of many millions of dollars. Just why do you think they would do something like that. They do it because they believe in the company and their ability to bring home the true value of the resources that are in Tasmania. Tasmania must also believe in them because they have been granting them licenses to pursue their goals for many years. I have been told that Malcolm sold off his personal wealth to keep this company going till they could find resources to continue. Well they found said resources and in the months ahead they will prove their hopes and dreams become fact. There must be something to it because there are people that are willing to give $480,000,000 to make it work. You just don't throw 1/2 billion dollars at a project and hope it works. They had to provide proof to the investor that its well spent money. They did. Stick around and watch it unfold in the months ahead. The only thing that makes me mad is that I don't have more money to buy more stock. So listen to me! I will do everything in my power to support Malcolm Bendall, The executives, the directors of the company in any way I can. They are good, honest, hard working people and I am proud to be part of this venture.
Malcolm pulled off a fantastic maneuver; He converted debt owed to him by the company into shares of stock. The following was accomplished:
Malcolm didn't have to take out a loan to buy the stock and thus doesn't have to pay it back with interest.
At the same time the debt is removed from the company books.
This gives Malcolm more control of the company and prevents a hostile takeover.
Now for those who say we needed that money to pay for the drill rig, etc. Not so! we have mucho money coming in that will cover all bases and then some.
EEGC is now fat and proceeding to make us all rich in not just oil but Flare Gas as well. Its all going down. Patience pays off.
*Everyone concentrates on the problems we're having in this country lately:
illegal immigration, hurricane recovery, and alligators attacking people in
Florida .*
*
Not me. I concentrate on solutions for the problems. It's a win- win
situation.
+ Dig a moat the length of the Mexican border.
+ Send the dirt to New Orleans to raise the level of the levies.
+ Put the Florida alligators in the moat along the Mexican border.
Any other problems you would like for me to solve today? Yes!
Think about these:
1. Cows
2. The Constitution
3. The Ten Commandments* *
C O W S**
Is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that during the mad cow
epidemic our government could track a single cow, born in Canada almost
three years ago, right to the stall where she slept in the state of
Washington? And, they tracked her calves to their stalls. But they are
unable to locate 11 million illegal aliens wandering around our country.
Maybe we should give each of them a cow.
T H E C O N S T I T U T I O N
They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq .... Why don't we
just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys, it has
worked for over 200 years, and we're not using it anymore.
T H E TEN C O M M A N D M E N T S
The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a
courthouse is this:
You cannot post 'Thou Shalt Not Steal,' 'Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery,'
and 'Thou Shall Not Lie' in a building full of lawyers, judges and
politicians. It creates a hostile work environment.
Also, think about this: If you don't want to forward this for fear of
offending someone-- YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM!**
It is Time for America to speak up!**
The stock price of EEGC says nothing! At this stage of the game the stock price only has two uses.
1- A very low price for an investor to accumulate
2- A market maker to make money on the spread and he doesn't care what the price is and will change it to stimulate or scare interest.
OK now what will move the stock price in a way that reflects the companies true prospects. The answer is A positive action such as:
Money from the rights offering, joint venture, additional leases, exchange upgrade, etc. but the most important is striking oil.
[B]The useless rhetoric spewed on these message boards has no effect on the outcome sort by the company. Results count and the big results are oil. Along the way to producing oil there are a few steps that will give a boost to the stock price. Some of the things that will kick start the climb in price are:
Receipt of money for the rights offering
Receipt of money for Joint venture
Receipt of money for Flare Gas development
SEC approval of exchange upgrade
Purchase and shipment of new oil rig
Announcement of world class mining and management company
announcement of missing domes from the lease
Announce of lease for off shore exploration.
Its a lot of stuff coming and i think its all going to happen.
THIS IS A LONG TERM INVESTMENT AND ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN OVER NIGHT. PATIENCE.
Authentic news comes from the company and NO where else. My opinion and that of others offer no value or substance to the success of Empire Energy.
There is no downside coming, its all up. A PR will arrive soon. They are waiting for additional information to include in the PR. Its all better then good. Excellent comes to mind.
There is so much going on. Patience and news will arrive.

EEGC for me
I am looking forward to striking oil and along the way to accomplish that goal I expect:
Announcement about the rights offering
Purchase and shipping of the new drill rig
Money received from $180 million agreement to finance
Progress on $300 million for Flare Gas
Announcement of world Class mining and management team for JV
New lease for the remainder of the domes
New lease for offshore exploration
Prosecution of people conspiring to defame and malign Empire Energy, Malcolm Bendall and his family
I have addressed in previous post, the potential of EEGC/GSLM and the inability to find a real number or value because of lack of information. As we approach the time we will actually start the drill turning the company is adding and additional source of revenue, that of Flare Gas technology.
Flare Gas is waste gas that in the past has been burned off. This has always been a problem in that it creates pollution and is a source of lost revenue. The new process allows this waste gas to be recaptured and liquefied and shipped via tanker to all parts of the world. This additional source of revenue will add billions of dollars to the company and enhance shareholder value. The company will receive certain TAX Benefits due to controlling pollution.
Estimating the ongoing value of oil is a problem because each dome has its own value determined by the volume and at the time of sale the market value of a barrel of oil. As we move forward and the demand for oil continues to go up so does the price per barrel.
Each dome is like a business on its own with some showing more promise then others. The top picks are Bellevue and Thunderbolt and even with that information we don't know how much commercial value of oil is in each. By just focusing on Bellevue the dome is so big that its estimated more then 100 wells will have to be drilled in that dome alone. Each well drilled will be used to drain a area of several hundred acres. We don't know the depth of each pool so we can't guesstimate the volume.
For those that have decided to buy and hold on I feel this is a once in a life time investment that has the potential to make the investor very wealthy.
Some general information about Tasmania and our ability to start to drill this spring.
The weather this time last year the mountain was covered with snow and it was bitter cold. Not so this year. Its been a very warm winter and last report there was no snow on the mountain. This information was gathered from the local newspaper, The Mercury.
What does it all mean. it means that weather is on our side and access to Bellevue is not a problem. Roads are in good shape and with our new Model 1100 rig that is capable to drill to 15,000 feet being totally mobil can move very quickly to the site and start drilling in a matter of hours rather then days or weeks.
We should hear soon about our progress.
Diving rod use is a sure formula for failure. Its no wonder why their boomerang won't come back.
The way they figure is that a diving rod points down, hence there is the ground and therefore it where our feet work best and so maybe there is oil there.
Nah! Too complicated. I'll stick with seismic research. Magnetic fields work. I can prove it. Try sticking a magnet on the refrigerator. (Refrigerator, like an old ice box). If you stick a piece of paper between the magnet and the frig it stays in place.
Wow science is wonderful.
Not a chance. The Tasmanian government wants its 12% cut of the take that they are entitled to.
That money will do a lot for the residence of the country
That is totally false.
When EEGC requested a new lease MRT wanted EEGC to scale down and EEGC to expidite the lease agreed to give up some sites and chose the least favorable ones. MRT wanted production on as many sites as they could get going and with the contemplated cash available EEGC could only drill one or two sites at a time. Michael Roberts picked up the site and failed on his attempt using the tried and proven scientific method called a divining rod. Ha ha ha. What a con job. I am sure he got his money up front from his sucker investors.
I know you are and I won't be your source of information you will have to wait for the company to announce it. I already tol;d you that in a previous post. kiss kiss see you later
None of you know what your talking about when it comes to Flare gas. Stop guessing and wait for the company to tell you details when the timing is right. I don't intend to carry on this conversation with any of you on this subject because its not my place.
It was a gift, free and clear.
Would you like me to provide you with some links about the flare gas that even you will approve that such exists?
It is material and it was disclosed
Thats correct. EEGC doesn't have the patent on the falre gas. The patent is owned by Malcolm Bendall and he has given the rights of North and South America to EEGC. I just can't make it any plainer then that.
Malcolm Bendall has the world wide patent rites and has given the rites to EEGC for North and South America. He retains the rest of the world. Just what use the company will use the money has not been detailed.
Yes I do, I know a lot about the falre gas and whats happening. Sorry but i don't share that information. its up to the company to release that when they seem fit.
EEGC has Flare Gas nanotechnology and the patent thereof.
We are currently talking about a $300 million funding to developing the sales/marketing of this process. Flare Gas sometimes called oil farts can be liquefied and transported in tankers to all parts of the world. Its a waste product that was burned off and now has commercial value as a heating and cooking fuel. Estimated value is multi- billions of dollars.
This process will add to our bottom line of over $1 per share.
Another benefit is the reduction of air pollution. Its a win/win situation. We reduce pollution and make money at the same time.
The entire world is watching GSLM and if and when the discover oil they will be flooded by governments trying to get in on the windfall.
All the big oil companies have an interest in it. Their producing wells are depleting and they need replacement oil to keep their earnings up and growing. They let the junior oil exploration companies do the grunt work and then they pounce on it. That way they don't divert their resources to wasted efforts and even though they pay more they get results.
EEGC has a lot going for it. LOOKING FORWARD I see oil in our future. Because of the research completed in the past we are now able to put our finger on the sweet spot to drill in each dome.
Michael Roberts took over an abandoned lease by EEGC and spent an estimate $10 million to hit dust. Where did all that money go. How much did they pay from the $10 million for the divining rod technology. A good shopvac for under $100 could pick up as much dust as they found in the hole they drilled. In my opinion someone got suckered.
Where did anyone get the idea that the $50 million spent was to drill and bring up oil. The licenses received by EEGC/GSLM and granted by MRT was to explore and locate oil. The license would have been upgraded to a production license when the research was completed. Its a fact the MRT gave GSLM a grant to do the exploration and they knew full well what was happening. Only at the very end of their research in 2009 did they have a collar and drilling take place. They went down about 900 feet and the rig was replaced by a Hunt #3 rig to finish the well. It was at that time that the Chinese investor reneged and left GSLM stuck. Hunt was waiting for the last $1.1 million payment. The drill was in place as pictured on the website. So enough of this broken record bullsh#t about spent $50 million and not one well drilled. So for all of you that keep pushing that BS give it a rest because it makes you look stupid.
We are moving ahead in spite of the setbacks and we should be drilling somewhere about October.
My suggestion is when you see the same crap about $50 million spent and not one well drilled is put them on ignore because all they are doing is aggravating investors and it won't get them to sell.
EEGC will make many of us wealthy if you have the patience.
When it comes to plotting where to drill I prefer seismic graphing to divining rods any day of the week all year long.
A miss is as good as a mile off. It doesn't matter. EEGC will end up back there and strike oil where others have failed. I wonder why they didn't think about skipping a rock across a pond to figure out where to drill. A rush to drill results in failure. A company that takes time and uses their funds to research is the company I back.
Any oil company that drills on a spot has spent the time and money to locate the spot.
Good Morning:
This promises to be a very important week in the progress of Empire Energy and its quest to finding and delivering hydrocarbons.
The rights offering phase II is now complete and I expect an announcement sometime this week with the results.
Things are progressing on target.
