Your numbers are so far out of wack its pathetic.
The company is raising $180,000,000 for the purpose of drilling and a joint venture with a super costal drilling and management company will see us to victory The rights offering is peanuts compared to the funds we will need and have already raised. But there is more and you will have to wait to see it unfold by company PRs. Sorry folks but it has to come from the company to be authentic.

This is only my opinion!
