If you knew it was going back to .03, why have you been holding so long?
Just asking. I am a goober-trader and even I was out over .06.
I am sure they want it to die. This sucker has nine lives.
I think POTG bounces hard in the next few trading days.
Box Office Update: 'Cowboys & Aliens' Gaining Strength
http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/box-office-update-cowboys-aliens-217332
Jon Favreau's big-budget Cowboys & Aliens is picking up the pace at the Friday box office, and could open north of $40 million for the weekend, according to early estimates.
Earlier on Friday, Universal had lowered its weekend estimate for the movie, but by early evening, upped the projection after traffic picked up at the multiplex.
Elsewhere at the box office, Sony's new 3D kids pic The Smurfs was doing strong business, and could gross as much as $30 million for the weekend. Warner Bros.' Steve Carell-Ryan Gosling comedy Crazy, Stupid, Love likewise is off to a good start.
Cowboys, starring Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford, couldn't have better pedigree. Stacey Snider and Steven Spielberg's DreamWorks oversaw production and co-financed the $163 million pic with Universal and Ryan Kavanaugh's Relativity Media. Brian Grazer and Ron Howard's Imagine Entertainment also have a producing.
But original stories are always a risk, not to mention mixing the Western and sci-fi genres. Westerns generally draw older moviegoers, and Cowboys has indeed been tracking best among males over 25, followed by males under 25, who are Favreau and sci-fi fans.
Cowboys grossed a soft $700,000 in midnight runs Thursday night, suggesting that younger fanboys weren't rushing to see the film. Universal will be watching closely on Friday night to see what demos are turning out.
So far, the movie is tracking ahead of Super 8, District 9 and Battle: Los Angeles.
Earlier this summer, Super 8 grossed $13.1 million on its first Friday, along with $1 million in special sneaks the previous Thursday night. Super 8 went on to post an opening weekend gross of $36.5 million.
The big difference between the two movies is their price tags. J.J. Abrams' Super 8 reportedly cost $55 million to make.
DreamWorks financed half of Cowboys' budget, while Universal and Relativity Media each put up 25%.
We will be long gone by then.
I'm in. POTG is the stock everyone loves to hate.
I did the same thing. Bought at .027. Actually read the filings. Knew they didn't own the movie rights. Didn't care. Banked.
Still don't care. Back in today. I will be long gone before next filing.
All those stocks need is a trigger event.
I think they have one here.
Beats hoping and praying for gold in Peru or oil sands or LOI buyouts or sponges.
Besides, I am 53. I have a thing for Harrison Ford. Waiting for him to dump that skinny wife of his.
The RegSHO list does matter.
Especially a SHO appearance on the last trading day of the month.
Now, the FINRA "short sale" list? that is meaningless.
That's bogeyman talk. I piled back in PDOS .034 and up. We will see what happens.
Looking at the 15 min. chart. Toes crossed. lol
Nahhh...late print. .02 not happening.
Has anyone actually been charged that much?
“Cowboys and Aliens” reactions from Comic-Con
http://www.hollywoodnews.com/2011/07/24/cowboys-and-aliens-reactions-from-comic-con/
By Adam Frazier
Hollywoodnews.com: Jon Favreau (“Iron Man”) premiered his latest film, “Cowboys & Aliens,” to an enormous crowd Saturday night at San Diego Comic-Con. The director’s latest is a genre mash-up, adapted from Scott Mitchell Rosenberg’s 2006 graphic novel of the same name. In this Western meets Science-Fiction epic, in 1873 Arizona, an outlaw named Jake Lonergan (Daniel Craig) awakens with no memory of his past and a mysterious shackle around his wrist.
This shackle, complete with futuristic technology, holds the key to defeating a new enemy: ALIENS! From the skies, without warning, spaceships descend on the sleepy town of Absolution and the townspeople, along with outlaw Jake, must make a stand against them. The film also stars Harrison Ford, Sam Rockwell, Olivia Wilde and Paul Dano.
After last night’s screening, film critics fled the theater and took to their MacBooks and Smartphones in an attempt to get the first “Cowboys & Aliens” review up. It looks like The Hollywood Reporter and Variety beat everyone to the punch. So far, the overall consensus seems to be fairly positive:
“Beneath all the state-of-the-art special effects beats an old-fashioned heart, one that prizes both of the genres in play. Echoes of “Rio Bravo” and “3:10 to Yuma” resonate through the first act, while the finale uses neato dragonfly-shaped UFOs and truly menacing monster design to update tropes from corny 1950s alien-invasion movies. In between, the script cobbles together a bumpy second act, tossing off serial-style cliffhangers — cut off by bandits! surrounded by Indians! — en route to the big showdown promised by the film’s title.” — Peter Debruge, Variety
“Nevertheless, as the first of undoubtedly a bunch of copycat genre mash-ups, some of which are bound to be horrendous, “Cowboys & Aliens” is a solid success. For a tent-pole, Comic-Con movie, this one devotes a gratifying amount of time to character and achieves most of its success because Favreau has intelligently cast his film and let his actors do their thing. As good as the visual effects are, you walk away from the movie with a memory of actors’ faces, lines of dialogue and actions that speak more to character than to shock-and-awe.” — Kirk Honeycutt, The Hollywood Reporter
After the world premiere, online bloggers and film journalists took to the Twitters to discuss (in the painstaking detail that only 140 characters can provide) their thoughts on Favreau’s film. Here’s some bite-sized reviews for you consideration:
@joblocom (JoBlo.com) “Cowboys & Aliens” is the summer movie you’ve been waiting for.
@Brotodeau (Brandon Lee Tenney) “Cowboys & Aliens” is never as interesting, sharp, or promising as its title. More often than not, I was just plum bored.
@slashfilm (Peter Sciretta) “Cowboys & Aliens” was okay, but nothing special.
@ColeAbaius (Cole Abaius of Film School Rejects) I enjoyed “Cowboys & Aliens.” A lot of fun, great Western elements, Craig, Ford, et al are fantastic. Nothing earth-shattering, but good-great
@elguapo1 (George Roush of Latino Review) I did not enjoy “Cowboys and Aliens.”
@firstshowing (Alex Billington) Hmm “Cowboys & Aliens” was good not great, I thought. Some cool moments, Daniel Craig kicks ass, I miss seeing Harrison Ford in movies.
@davidehrlich (David Ehrlich of Criterion Corner) A movie called “COWBOYS & ALIENS” probably shouldn’t be so rote, tired, & predictable. Premiere was a pleasure, though.
Even Stephen King’s son, the excellent Author Joe Hill, chimed in on the premiere: @joe_hill “COWBOYS & ALIENS” is a perfectly crafted action film, full of humor and character and unforgettable beat-downs. Can’t wait to see it again.
Well, being as Joe Hill has a little gunslinger in his own blood, and he’s an excellent storyteller, I’m more inclined to go with his initial thoughts. In any case, “Cowboys & Aliens” arrives in theaters on July 29.

You are right. Retail MM's have the odds on their side for crash and burn.
And traders been burned many times. It's definitely a head game.
I am holding longer on this one because we have a verified forward-looking event.
NOT a letter of intent, name change, forward-split, goldmine, yada, yada, yada...
I think we close slightly over .03.
Low above .024 (if someone gets real stupid - usually during lunchhour)
If company is selling, it sure isn't much. I always assume the legal and consulting people sell. They have to sell to eat.
Slow trend up is all good with me. Still holding all PDOS.
Edit: I am averaged in high .02's. Breathing room helps.
GLTA
Nice little news item-> Using real money to hire full-time employees. Sadly, such a lost concept with most OTC stocks.
Didn't really expect any news at all until next week.
Do you think insiders are having the same types of issues converting their paper?
Outside of what is reported in the SEC filings, all the numbers and percentages being quoted are industry averages or revenue sharing on similar projects.
And THOSE numbers are just guesses by industry watchers.
Who knows what will catch fire with the public? Like Vegas and Wall Street, Hollywood is just another big craps table.
Not really. Just has to consolidate and move up incremently over the next several days. Not much shakedown yesterday after that tremendous move the day before.
Not looking for .10 in two days. Maybe .06. Patience.
Rylawi, look at the related article at the bottom of the page.
Different poster writing the commentary, but similar language, writing style, factoids, etc.
Fishy.
Late edit: Not fishy. Not sure what the proper IT term is, but I think this is one of those websites where software generates
the content based on hot tickers of the day.
Same with the research reports for sale (the real reason for the site)
-> report templates loaded with boilerplate and factoids drawn from Edgar-type financial databases.
This morning I put in a buy order at .032 when PDOS was .031/.0315 bid/ask. After several minutes, they filled half at .031 (first) and half at .0315.
MM's sure made it look like selling rather than buying.
And it worked. It took them all day, but they wormed it down a few ticks.
Holding all.
I bot & sold RYUN through eTrade during all the non-DTC fiasco. No problem there. Guess it can move if most can't sell. Many could not get it transferred either.
That's why I bought and also why I am holding for a longer swing here.
Real reporting. Real company. Verifiable PR.
Too many pinkie players are accustomed to CEO's and PR guys taking calls and spewing baloney.
Legitimate communication with stockholders should be done through SEC filings and public info releases, not chatboard drama talk.
I think I'll give Steve Jobs a call about those margins on the Ipad. Think he will call me back with details? lol
Actually, Houston, we do not have a problem.
We have a fully reporting company that is issuing filings on a timely basis. NOT a roomful of old guys in Boca playing pinochle while taking "IR calls" from stockboard dudes like you.
That's what 8-K filings are for, kimble.
Get a clue.
This is where they make you sweat. Going out for awhile. GLTA!
That "sell" there for 10,884 shares? Put in order at .032, waited several minutes, then this.
ha!
Edit: that next 10k is the other half.
I agree. No gap up and no hard sell-down.
PDOS weekly chart is awesome, too.
PDOS very nice, little selling this a.m.
Going out for coffee just to avoid watching the inevitable scary dippage mid-afternoon.
PDOS has a nice, solid forward-looking event. And real! lol
Don't see that much.
Yep, I checked OTCmarkets.com.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PDOS/company-info
I am running on the assumption that all 500 mil are out.
Thanks.
This could be multi-day day. O/S only 500 mil.
No sells in yet. I think .10 easy, if not today, day or two.
Memories of QBID. My first time. Was stock virgin then.
If we blow .037, I will pass out.
PDOS - super call, once again.
Peeps love the moving picture show.
He is sitting by the pool soaking up some rays for the premiere.
NEOM looks like it juicing up for lunch. Little housecleaning here before next leg?
Whaddya want? A cookie?
i_like_bb_stock alerted NEOM chart several times this week.
Yep, you called NEOM for days under .04. Thankyou!!!!
I keep an eye on you folks over here at "bb stocks". lol.
Added NEOM this a.m. Going to hold for awhile. Get these pikers out first.
