We shall see.
I'd rather hear nothing unless it's news about loans closing or somebody gifting Henry a billion $$ because he's such a nice guy.
I think at this point Henry would do best to just be quite and keep working on getting the company in a money making situation. ANYTHING he says that is anything OTHER then a loan closing will be met with little or no enthusiasm. And the LAST thing we need right now is a CC....UNLESS it's to announce loans closing.
News? Next week?
What news? Or are you just guessing/pumping.
Could be.
I wonder if they can hide the dilution some way. It is a very weird trading event that I have not seen on any of my other stocks.
It never moves the price, just adds to volume. On those trades it does bump the price, the 20K plays stop.
20K flips again.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PHIL/quote#trade-data=
Always at the same price of .00085. We talked about this being dilution but it didn't show on the last o/s update. What the hell is this? Is it legal? Does the SEC need to be clued in? This has been going on for a while now.
Hoodwinked? yes...and no.
I bought PHIL for the first time 18 months ago. At first I was planning on being a Philionare. Then I started to notice patterns from other OTC stocks I have owned over the years. The big talk about NASDAQ and huge loans were the tip off. After doing a bunch of my own DD I discovered that PHIL is exactly like most stinky pinkies. The CEO talks a lot, pumps the price and then dilutes to make bank for himself. And in the end goes nowhere.
I started flipping this and got all my money back and then some. Still have 5M shares but now they are freebies. Yes, we were hoodwinked. But how you end up dealing with that is up to the individual shareholder. Me? Well, given the last 18 months performance, this is just another pump and dump to make money with short term.
But thats just my opinion... But I'm not a bagholder, so what do I know.
Theres always next week...
Or maybe the week after... I think anybody with at least a 4th grade reading comprehension knows Henry can't qualify for any loans. It's amazing to me that people think he will get a million dollar loan with $5,000 revenue.
Oh, yeah that one.
Only been hearing (no pun) about that one since 2017.
Which FDA ruling?
There have been a few. Wonder what ever happened to the Tinnitus treatment that was waiting for FDA approval a few years ago. I guess shining lasers in peoples ears didn't pass the FDA sniff test.
Party over already?
Matt is loosing his touch. Good money to be made on this one. One of the better pump and dumps out there. Glad I bought in a few weeks ago and dumped in the 7's.
20K flipper is back.
What is up with that? Since it didn't show up as dilution what is the deal with the constant 20K flips at .00095
O/S stayed the same.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PHIL/security
Nope...no idea.
Curious though. Always the same price of .00085. As soon as the price moves to .0009 those 20k trades stop. Just curious. Not a normal trading pattern to me.
OMG! 20k over and over is a lot!
Like clock work...click...click...I've seen over 10 trades for 20k in the last 10 minutes.
If that goes on all day it could add up to millions. Great way to sneak shares into the pile undetected.
Pretty sure we will see a big change in the O/S after hours today. Those first class tickets to Vietnam ain't cheap.
Needs more time to dilute.
Play the Covid card and keep dumping those shares. I'm seeing a ton of those 20k trades already this morning and it was pointed out by somebody on ST that it could be a broker dumping shares in small increments so as not to affect the price too much.
Guess we will see after close today if the O/S count goes way up.
20K flippers are out.
Looks like the new way to game the system is to constantly flip 20K shares. I'm starting to see this action on a couple of other stinkies I own.
A month since the last .001...
Dropping volume, loss of interest and stuck in a rut. I got a bad feeling this one is going to flat line for a long time unless Henry finely finds that rabbit in his hat.
Since the DD is clear that Henry has never completed anything in his life, I think we can once and for all forget about the Philionare club.
I'm shocked I tells ya.
Kidding... Surprised it's holding up as well as it is. If it weren't for flippers and MM's playing this one, pretty sure we would be a lot lower.
If there is no news by the close tomorrow, I wouldn't be shocked to see us move down more next week.
Just a guess, but...
I'd say the same thing happened as Philand Ranch, gold mines, bank loans, solar companies, liquor companies, sorghum companies, Diamond deals, land deals and all the other stuff Henry has talked about in the last 20 years....
NOTHING!
LOL! One of us will see.
I think I've seen already.
It sure is!
A new 52 week low is coming VERY soon.
It is what it is.
I provided the proof of what I did and you can take it for what it's worth. I know it sucks being a bag holder, but there are ways to lighten the pain while we wait to see if Henry is legit.
Where your wrong is trying to buy 5M shares at once when the volume is low.
Heres what I have going with PHIL right now. We closed at .0008 so I'm thinking I should get that million shares Tuesday morning. If it pops to .001, great. But I'm thinking that 7's might be up next week and the flip trade will have to run at .0007-.0009.
Did it with HPIL too...
I like money. The only way to make money on these stinky pinkies is to trade them. I also flipped BIEL this week, didn't make much but it was looking real iffy and I didn't want to be stuck with it like I am with GNCP.
With PHIL, I'll hold some long and flip the same million over and over as long as I can. It's a win/win.
Lots of longs here.
I used to be one of them and still hold 4M shares for long play. But until Henry ACTUALLY closes a deal, it's a great flipper stock. You don't want to be on the side lines in case Henry really comes through for once. This will never run to any huge numbers but we could see .02 again if things really happen.
I suggest looking over the last financials before making any rash decisions. And if your a history buff, check the companies history of completions.
NICE! got those 8's back.
Bought 8's last Friday, sold em as 1's yesterday and bought em back as 8's again today. Can we see 1's again today? 2 flips a week would be nice. I'll have enough dry powder so when this goes to .0001 I can buy that 10M I want. Then maybe another run to .002?
This is looking interesting again.
I might jump back in when it hits trips. It's good for big runs. I've made good money on this one in the past and I might give it a try again.
This is a short hold, make your profit and get out stock. Going long and thinking Matt will take the company places is silly talk. It's a pump and dump, nothing more.
Now..now...thats using common sense.
You know thats not allowed!
True, and could run again.
It's worth hanging on to a few M shares just in case the pumpers can work their magic and make this go again.
Update on Henrys Asia trip.
From 2011. Sounds like he had a good trip and got a lot done....or not.
https://www.facebook.com/notes/1494882094039268/
So you see, Henry is consistent, if nothing else.
Oh, definitely an opportunity lost.
Smart investors (not me) should have bailed when it was near .02.
So...just curious...how much have you made from PHIL? Isn't this about investing and making money?
Speaking of old books. That one runs both ways. Pumpers will be pumpers.
Doesn't matter to me.
I've already made my money off this one and still have 4M free shares to play with. I do feel bad for the people who were listening to all the pumpers when this was over .01 and are now bag holders.
Bottom line: Henry doesn't deliver, period. Once this fact is realized, this is a great stock for flipping. Or was... I think this one is all but played out now. I'll add at .0001-.0002 and sit on it for the next run.
And my favorite... https://www.facebook.com/Philand-Ranch-156432821090772/
This one is good too. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/phi-group-acquire-majority-interest-181500860.html
Give it time.
If Henry continues to dangle carrots and not deliver anything, we will see those .0001-.0002's soon enough.
Companies that triple their losses in 9 months rarely, if ever see the SP go up. In fact, most of those companies go bust.
On second thought...
Another thing that will accelerate the tanking is hitting the 52 week low. I think once that .0007 paints will will see a lot of ship jumpers.
Yup, that and trust.
There are a lot of bagholders here that still think Henry will come through. Even though many of them are down 70-80-90% they won't sell because it's Henry and he says God Bless.
It will tank soon enough. Lots of people have lost interest with this one. Were not even showing up on the radar anymore. Low volume and constant dilution will keep this in a rut for a while longer then it's off the cliff for good. You watch, in the next few days volume will kick up and down we will go as people will start to toss in the towel.
Too many bag holders to sell.
I think so many people are under water on this one that they have nothing to do but to sit tight and hope for the best.
The smart ones already saw the writing on the wall and sold.
I did. Didn't surprise me a lot.
I think most sane person would know that the odds of Henry getting those kind of loans was a long shot at best. He might get smaller loans, but those billion $$$ deals were nothing but click bait.
You better look at that 10Q over again.
Net loss from operations 2022 - ($15,466,610 ) 2021-($530,149)
Net revenue $5,000
Showing a net loss of $18,604,163 for 2022 so far versus that same time last year of $1,240,626.
Not sure how you see anything good about that 10Q. PHIL lost millions more then the previous year and generated less income.
After looking over the 10Q, I'd say...
Very low trips incoming. By far the worst financials I have seen from Henry. TONS of share printing and dilution. HUGE net loss and only put $5,000 on the books as revenue.
Can't wait to see the pumpers slather this pig with lipstick.
