There are no institutional investors. Just like there were no real contracts, just fake news. Any credible institution would be embarrassed to participate in this.
Anyplace he can hype the stock is a good place.
He'll probably come out from hiding soon. Tell everyone how crazy this is and that he's buying stock at this price. That should buy him time till he has to PIVOT.
He knew offering was sh..show during roadshow presentations at the Wafflehouse.
Anyone wanting to be the next Verb partner please call Rory. No money down, no commitment, only requires your name on the press release.
Is it time for a SHAC call?
There was no demand, no institutions, just Rory speak.
Lower now than before Version 1.
Uh Oh, fake news no longer working.
You're pulling on the curtain. Rory has to PIVOT before completely exposed.
Can people opt out of all video's or do they have to unsubscribe individually to each direct marketer?
They're hoping some user might someday actually close a sale using the product. How would you like to receive a verb video trying to sell you a home security system? Kind of makes you not want to open any more emails.
Remember, Verb's a stock, not a business.
No analysts following this pos.
Spot on. No big buying frenzy in the offering. No institutions. They were lucky to even complete it at 1/3 the expected price. The current price proves that.
Did an Oracle trained sales person close this deal?
Is that Oracle sales force all trained up yet?
I know they're going to spend every minute of the day selling verb product.
Yes, they lose money on every sale but they don't care. They don't have anything better to do.
Excellent summary. Btw, where is the most transparent CEO in America?
Most things that are unpopular are so for very good reasons.
You don't see Warren Buffet buying unpopular companies hoping that they'll get better. He buys popular companies that can be improved and become even more popular. There's no reason to believe that verb is popular in any context. Especially with most current shareholders.
Hope is not an investment strategy.
It's the only way to avoid reporting losses in the short term.
That combined with misleading information that verb has agreements with big companies. Go to 18 minute mark in the video below. Did Notifi CRM ever do business with any of the companies flashed on the screen?
Your house is also worth a billion right? Only you are smart enough to recognize its value.
We know who doesn't write reviews. Rich Bohn. How hyped was he?
We heard less from him than from ORCL.
Not sure it's a great strategy to count on the prosperity gospel in this situation.
The PIVOT is the M.O. here. Same old story. Start the video here at 12:25 to see one of Rory's earlier pivots. I wouldn't want to be a SC employee at this point. You know the ax is coming so that Rory can once again work his magic.
Fusz intergrated into Oracle too, don't you remember? That was fantastic!
Msft integration will be equally fantastic.
Verb is a stock not a business. They had no viable products. That's why they had to buy SC. They had to hide the fact they don't have any way of producing revenue. They're presently looking for the new pivot to bolt onto the SC platform to make it look new and exciting to draw more suckers in.
Perhaps you can expound on the adoption of verb products as they relate to HIPPA?
No chance. How many customers inquiries do you think msft has received about verb? My guess is zero.
By Rory's standards anyone who uses Word is a "partner" with msft.
Verb is as much a partner with msft as it is a "peer".
Fake DD!
True DD!
Countdown to the pivot begins. My guess is Rory comes up with a story shortly after Q1 that recreates verb as an AI company. They'll mine video for data. Yeah, that's the ticket.
Rory knows he need to wash out all the suckers so he can convince a new crop into this pos. Now he just needs to pivot into a new business that he can hype. Verb is the new bbooth. What is the next fusz?
Down another 13% today. SHAC time?
Yes it will. Pray that past performance is not indicative of future results.
Congrats! You might be one of the last people who can say they bought the stock when it was still above $2.
Is the Verb team in Hawaii?
Is it pivot time yet?
I wonder what the other 5 people who watched that thought?
And you've been right on the money about this.
