- You call KG's office and tell him how you feel.
- You can call the MHRA and ask them what the hell is taking them so long? Desperate Families of dying patients demand to know.
- You can call Stein's clerk, and ask him how long does it take to evaluate a damn formula for loss causation?
That should keep you busy for a while.
What's the overarching theme here? NWBO continues to amass a warchest of advanced scienctic data, while new Eden patents continue rolling in. I think about how deeply rich a prospectus NWBO is positioning for Tutes to coincide with approval, and a CUSIP change, while the MTD can come at any moment. If I were Management, that's exactly what I'm doing.

So approval is supposed to be the holy grail as they say, what do you think happened there?
I recommend scrolling through Peter Davis posts this morning. Lots of 🥇https://x.com/peter_brit?t=JWFeg5t0FD-ZgEUq6Fcdig&s=09
dstock - It's also worth noting that the standards for safety and effecacy is night and day, between infectious diseases and Cancer. The CDC world is headed and controlled by a cabal of puppets, who have proven themselves complicit criminals willing to engage in influence peddling, and silencing to cover for misrepresenting safety and efficacy. In other words, since the inception of the CDC, it's public knowledge, that the agency is an island on to itself in terms of accountability. It's not to be confused at all with the more open policies demonstrated by the NCI.
That makes a lot of sense. I don't see any prerequisite of the Edan installation, as being essential to get the treatment approved first. An approval lifts unnecessary burden on company resources to focus them on the eminent arrival of the units and efforts to achieve signoffs as soon as that's possible IMHO.
Newman - The tree watchers are now focusing on the shrubs before their feet. KEYTRUDA QUARTERLY SALES REVENUE IS UP 20%! 20%, according to the article dstock shared this morning. One doesn't have to be a talented dot connector to appreciate the enormous significance of that data. That's a jaw dropping number, and unfortunately, it will continue to outpace marginal treatments like Keytruda, which is sunsetting anyway. The demand and pressure, at some point will overwhelm the regulators, who will find most of the blame placed on their shoulders. Any idiot can tell us what the daily ticker shows, and try to pass as some kind of Oracle or Ivy League groupie, but I look at the market demand potential, and see it as a potential feeding frenzy. Does it need saying, that Patients find what they want and need, especially, when their lives are measured in days? After approval, perhaps Ex and the gang of layman, should look at creating an 800 number fielding desperate inquiries, and provide scientific reasons to perhaps try the helmet, or IDK, something else 🤔🤓
dstock - Indeed, very sad but not surprising. Those of us who follow raw, unfiltered, self-funded sources of newsworthy information have known, and have seen the alarming trends over the past three years. The most noteworthy excessive increases are in Cardiovascular/Stroke, Neurological, and Cancer diseases.

New funds allocations for Govt's worldwide still hasn't come, as I often remind people. Here's the UK's attempt to stick a bandaid on the much bigger issue - https://bmmagazine.co.uk/news/rachel-reeves-set-to-slash-spending-and-sell-off-empty-buildings/
TTsr - I agree with Zandie, I was suspended for a week for sharing his post, and in my opinion, why give freedom of speech deniers the satisfaction? I would delete the post immediately. You don't want your voice silenced, as you never know when there's something of importance you want to share. Just tell people to visit his handle on X. That should be fine.
With two days left in July, not even the MHRA can hide behind the clock, especially as they stand with many days past, and fewer left remaining.
Newman - Thanks I did not know that.
Blackrock, Vanguard, State Street own NVCR. So much for those IV league trained analysts. That doesn't include the illegal backdoors to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange until 2022.
NWBO has a high stakes high profile case before the court. It's not an afterthought like Citron by any stretch IMHO. The court asked for a claim amendment on a single, narrowally defined issue of loss causation on 30 * trades. Assuming Posner delivered on that ask on top of the many additional data pages, I don't see the intellectual power needed to decide in a more timely manner, than we would typically see with everything else that airs on the long end.
Gary - I did a search on this player, and it's like he barely exists. His best year was in 2013, but compared to what? I saw like maybe 3 or 4 match wins, but not a tournament win. Then it's pretty much nothing after that. He's 30 years old. I subscribed to his short reels. He plays like butter. Smooth as silk. I posted a video clip of him on Roger Federer's Instagram. If this guy gets enough followers, who knows he could earn some serious money as an influencer. It just goes to show, there's a huge divide between great talent, and what it takes to be a champion.
Gary - OT, I'll make it brief. Go on YouTube, and search for Takuya Komura. Who says, "no one can emulate Federer's strokes perfectly."
I always look forward to Monday's, then thru Wednesday. If no news, back to Monday. I look forward to the first two weeks of the month. No news, rinse and repeat.
Senti - Violence at any level is abhorrent and heart wrenching. It must be terribly traumatizing. In another way, sadly, I'm traumatized everyday, how especially in the last few years, I've yet to see posters I've read here for years, still have no clue, or experience something at the gut level to notice, something is terribly abnormal with the way information is disseminated and presented. I'm not suggesting devasting events could be in any way a do over, or less painful, but in my minds eye, I'm thinking who wouldn't want to know what really happened, verses what they've been told, who the players are behind it, and for what ends? Ever wonder why Generals have used the word "theater" interchangeablely with the location of a battle? People confuse genuine truth seeking as "rabbit hole diving." When that absurd view changes for the majority, I promise you this, "devastating events will no longer occur, because the audience of the intended narrative will fail to produce the reactions for which they were intended." Print it.
Doc Logic - Thanks. It didn't occur to me.
XMaster - His recent spending spree is not reflective of someone who's fearful. That was my main point. As for his holdings, he has a web of offshore shell companies, and certainly, every tool to dodge taxes, and asset protections at his disposal.

Not a sign of worry in the wake of the recent Citron indictment....
He's doing better than me 🎾👌 I had an amazing opportunity to hit three days a week with a former professional tour player. He was renting an apartment in the Condo I'm in. He inherited a rare mutation that causes nerve degeneration, but more on the mild side. He was a young prodigy featured on the cover of tennis magazine in the 70's. He had two hip replacements, wrist surgery, and two toes fused. At 65, this guy was playing unbelievable!!! You wouldn't know he had any of those issues. He got to every ball. He could put the ball on a dime anywhere on the court. But COVID happened, and he also got sucked into the whole Trump delusion syndrome. I was walking on eggshells. I remember when he asked, if "I wouldn't mind if he picked up the balls with his racket instead of his hands?" 🤯😂 I said, "sure, no worries." When he asked, "how many COVID shots I had?" I had to lie, because I had none, and so I said "two," and he said, "he was boosted." A week later, he says, "sorry, I can't play today." "I have COVID🤔🤣" Meanwhile, he said his Ex, who's a shrink, had to be admitted to the Emergency room with a giant cyst in her armpit, and a fever after the shot 🤔 🤯Anyway, he just took off and moved down to Florida one morning. As amazing as it was to have that level of tennis consistently in my life, and it really did wonders for my game, his beliefs, and walking on eggshells, where I found myself being Mr. agreeable to avoid triggering him wasn't necessarily my idea of a worthwhile trade off.
I'm being summoned back on to the tennis court....
But what about 10/07
That's my birthday day. Just saying. 🎂🙏💰
IMO, it's a complete turn off when claims are made in such absolute terms:
Moreover, there's way more than enough evidence of criminal collusive acts committed by AF that should have warranted indicted him. If not him, who?
ae kusterer - That's all fine and good in recognizing the scheme of the Wolfpack, and more so for those new to the stock, but where the hell is the SEC? Posting details of the crime scene doesn't change what happened. Thank God for b*lls to the wall LP, because there's no trophy for victims, certainly not empathy.
