This is just my opinion: There are different ways to play this depending on your risk tolerance, goal, and needs. You can't really take the advice of anyone on here as they cannot possibly understand where you're coming from. If it was me I would personally hold. I feel that there is a strong chance that momentum will return, sometime in the future (but who knows when). But that being said you gotta do you my friend.
Great news and nice find!
lower highs and lower lows ;-(
um no
Yeah I noticed several of my POT stocks were starting to come back last week. Hopefully now that Sessions and Trump are at odds, the pressure will be of MJ for a while.
Is there news or something? Why the 10% pop?
I just looked on FB and couldn't find anything remotely suggestive of a deal between Aurora and Growlife.
Link?
I'm thinking it's going to blow right past the .014s into the .013s today
Long PHOT but this sounds like fluff news to me.
Nice read.
4.8% is more than barely...its pretty dang good imho
Looks like its going to open down today.
Indeed

Interesting news story (video) on Marijuana legalization
It looks to me that after recent dilution there are about 2.5 B shares outstanding. Is that correct?
These are coming so fast now they're hard to keep up with. Does anyone know exactly did they needed this $327k for? It referred to a Feb 2 announcement date but couldn't find anything on that date. They're acting like a kid who goes to college with daddy's credit card. I'd love to believe that PHOT is trying to turn the corner but it appears they are continuing to play games to pad their own pockets at the expense of the shareholders.
Unfortunaltey that's the name of the game in pennyland...
Hopefully it has to do with the pot laws going into effect this year. it would be great if they started cultivating.
"Here's what the commission is doing in the first six months of 2018
The Cannabis Control Commission must start accepting license applications from potential retailers, product manufacturers and cultivators by April 1, 2018.
The five-member commission also has to endorse regulations on protocols for independent marijuana testing facilities by May 1, 2018.
The commission can issue the first retail licenses starting on June 1, 2018. (They cannot issue approvals before that date.)"

Hmmmm I wonder if marco and the gain needed a the cool mil to pay themselves more bonuses.
JT what are you seeing in the charts that makes you say that. I'm seeing sideways trading with low and decreasing volume, money indicators are negative still, and RSI is average. Don't get me wrong I'm long PHOT and would like to see it pop but what are you seeing that is promising?
Agreed, it wouldn't take much rfom management as far as communication to get this ticker going.
No timeline was ever stated or promised. https://twitter.com/marcohegyi/status/951210111409709056
Not really. What makes you think that BTW?
I can't find any expectations or guidance? Do you have info regarding that?
3.3 mil on the bid .0184, geez
Hopefully you're right and the first one wasn't doing the job.
I don't know abouthis this whole audit thing. My thinking is that the frist auditor didn't produce the results they wanted so they went shopping for a second firm to possible give them the results they want. Definitely sounds fishy to me.
How is the cube as far as quality? Are you growing with it? DId you find it to be a good value?
Thank you for that info!
Hey Les, do you know when annual financials are due out?
Care to elaborate on this "PR misrepresentation"? Do you have anything specific regarding that or is it unsubstantiated?
I'm fine with holding onto those shares and seeing how it plays out.
Yeah dilution is a total crapper. Hang in there. Good luck.
Hey Billy, I'm playing this one a bit differently. I bought in a total of 3.75 million shares at .004. After the run up and Sessions dip I ended up selling 1.5 million shares to cover my position, so I'm playing for free right now. If I sold now I could make 36k on the deal but I truly think there is going to be a big MJ bubble in the next several months. For me I'd rather hold. I'm trading in a self driected retirement account which can't be touched for another 16 years without sgnificant penalty anyway. My strategy is simply not to lose money, which in this situation isn't possible so I'm going to wait it out and hope for .30-.50. Who really knows but its a total crap shoot. If something dire happens I'll dump and make whatever but to be honest its a bit of an exciting ride.
Smokey, just curious, how are you playing PHOT(if at all)? Are you currently holding? Have you made any significant money off of OTCs in your life? The way I look at them is that there is significant risk to getting burned but if you are willing to acknowledge that there is alot of potential to make good money off of them too. I'm not sure if PHOT is truthfully turning to the corner and trying to become a legitimate player or not. To me it doesn't matter. I'm sure we've all seen these companies get pumped to 1, 5, or even 200 bucks (look at CVSI in 2014). But I think if you have clear goals and are disiplined and savvy there is plenty of money to be made. (so long as you don't believe a word of the hype) So many of these OTCs have to do with greed not only of the management of these companies but also of the investors and once the hyesteria train leaves the station then all bets are off.
Its one thing to give your(self) and officers a performance bonus that comes directly out of profits for sales goals exceeded but IMHO its a bunch of BS to write yourself a bonus check that requires financing at the ultimate expense of the stockholders. Although I remain hopeful that there's a good (and yet unknown) reason for this I think they way they've done it is a load of crap. And if you read that press release they spin it off as a postive for the company. I gotta say I'm disappointed with maganement on this one.
Bernie has put out a petition to legalize MJ.
