HEVI more volume at 004 again
someone trying to protect a short position it would appear,
at least on the few trades today
hitting into the bid
HEVI 0032x004 interesting so far
shares outstanding can be returned/cancelled if they're not in the public float. have seen that happen many times when a shell is being purchased and a block of shares is owned by a particular entity for control purposes that never entered the public float.
so in the event that may be the case
the way it would work is shares get returned and cancelled.
and preferred shares are issued to another entity for change of control purposes. if the preferreds are used for a controlling interest, they don't
necessarily have to be issued and create dilution, if the primary purpose
was to use preferreds for a voting/controlling interest.
have no clue or info if that is what they plan to do here or not.
just awaiting filings at this point that spell things out
as to what they plan to do with this...
oh my. same here
this was 0055 in march?
there is no dilution. its a shell awaiting a
transition or merger to a new business by all appearances.
all the scarecrows are out spreading the r/s fear.
but I've done really well on some small R/S scenarios
ending up in mergers..
so lets just guess they're right.
and it does a 1 for 100 like the scarecrows say,
instead of something smaller like a 1 for 5 or 1 for 10.
if this ended up with a float of 5m, with a price of .05 or .10
after a 1 for 100, and something significant rolls into it..
those kind can end up trading in the dollars if they manage their share structure well. I've been in some that did.
HEVI getting current? 3 filings out
last time before moving to new highs consolidated for a couple of days
lets see if the chart maintains that kind of trend come monday
the dip was on 1/3 of the volume of yesterdays move up
HRAL 0005x0006
HRAL dip 0004x0005 -55% less than 12m volume
looks like nite just got some
0014 yesterday pullback to 0005 today, volatile to say the least
if the r/s risk ends up being a small one might still do well
if is handled with a share cancellation instead
all bets are off where it goes from here
watching to see what happens here...
nice call HRAL 0009
HRAL buying volume at 0007 this am
almost 30 million volume last 2 days, a pulse beginning to show
22 million volume? what's going on?
interesting
maybe some shorts will cover before the tickerchange takes effect
ticker and name change to QBAN on daily list
no, almost no one ever gets to vote on any changes, almost all of the OTC stocks have majority control in a few hands, who make decisions about everything, including share structure, financing, mergers, changes in business direction, acquisitions, etc.
oh, maybe not 100, way tooo many pages of similar examples to post
just do a googlesearch
I underestimated.
the point being, anybody can speculate whatever
number changes they want. but until they have a link
nobody knows anything other than what is posted at sos so far.
here is one of LOTS of examples
showing a proportional change
http://aethlonmedical.investorroom.com/2015-04-08-Aethlon-Medical-Announces-Reverse-Stock-Split-and-Nasdaq-Listing-Submission
I can show you 100 examples if you like
it happens all the time
http://www.reuters.com/article/2015/06/25/idUSnHUG6pT6GW+1cb+ONE20150625
authorized capital is adjusted frequently during
the r/s process.
it happens all the time.
and guessing it will be a 1 for 100
is made up out of thin air.
unless you have information you aren't posting links for.
one could just as easily say it will be
a 1 for 10,000. why not?
if you have any filings or news about that
please do share links.
same to you as well
it depends. on what was in the public float.
otherwise
that is not always the case.
have been in many mergers where the share structure
was changed in all kinds of ways
based on who owned what shares and what
deals were made to gain 51% control
depends upon whether those shares were fully
issued AND in the public float
shares held by insiders, or restricted shares
can by returned to the treasury.
it happens all the time.
a/s can be changed any time, up or down.
unless its fully diluted.
you have any filings showing it was fully diluted?
a/s and o/s are often reduced by sharecancellations, shares returned to treasury, etc. etc. it happens several times a week if you read news on the otc.
you guys are speculating on this
just as much as anyone else is
until there is an actual filing that spells the numbers out.
sure it does. it happens all the time.
lots of r/s numbers are changed in o/s and a/s by the exact same percentage.
which is a 1 for 5 change,
anyone posting a 1 for 100 is making up a number out of thin air
sorry
when people start saying 'factual' vs non 'factual'
and then make up a number themselves
it has zero credibilty
so who then is speculating? there is no evidence
of a 1 for 100 anywhere
that's a pure guess
your math doesn't add up.
a 1 for 100 would put it at 5m a/s
given its at 500 formerly
and the new sos data shows 100m
assuming by the math if there is any
r/s it would be a 1 for 5 based upon a recent change
of 500m to 100m a/s
do you have any filings showing
the change will in fact be accomplished by a r/s
instead of a share cancellation or reduction?
no problem!
time to call search and rescue?
