I think this scenario is in the best interest of Dozy, and TMNA shareholders. But at this point it's anyone's guess. As always appreciate your perspective!

TIO as of now is MICT, with the prospects of the FTM. TIO has much less value than TMNA, but TIO is saying screw value. Will it correct, maybe, maybe not, but value usually pays off. MICT and Mercer has absolutely zero value. The fact that TIO is on NASDAQ helps, but if this merger stalls, which is a distinct possibility....TMNA shares are golden.
This is my hope. TMNA has the value. But at these current PPS's either is fine. Calculating share structure of each entity, it's a win-win owning TMNA IMO. Not a fan of Mercer, and think he's gone soon in either scenario.
"If those conversions or Nasdaq change of control doesnt happen by June 30, 2023... then TMNA will default to owning Delaware Sub (which has Tingo Mobile and Foods)".
A mentor of mine always said slap the ask, especially when selling. It was understood that slapping the ask when buying was a given. That being said, MM's jobs are to make a market and provide liquidity. Part of that process is establishing a bid-ask spread. They have algo's that manipulate the spread (widen) it based on the V. Supposedly the spread widens when there is no volume. This is where MM's get retail. They use that "given" to manipulate the spread and search for bid-sitters, and thus marginalize the PPS. And the bid-sitting retail folks walk right in all proud they got xyz P. Can we please slap the ask when buying and selling. It may take longer to sell, and your buy may not exactly be on the ask P, but it will get the PPS moving in the right direction. Bid-sitting kills any and all momentum.
Long GDVM, GLTA!
Buying and selling on the bid keeps the MM’s happy and the PPS declining. Trading 101.
PSAR bullish flip today!! If history repeats itself (and it usually does) we could be in for a nice move!
Excellent article on Dozy M, and the Sheffield United potential deal, and what it means for the integrity and financial wherewithal of Dozy M! He's the real deal!
For the most part agreed. There are a few though that are undervalued to the extreme IMO, and TMNA is one! Withholding judgement on TIO. As long as the CEO that ran MICT into the ground is involved with TIO, and the transfer of shares, I'm skeptical. GLTA!
Will buy more at these levels. Total nonsense at these P and V levels.
Algo’s have alot to do with it for sure imo. But you can bet the human that monitors the algo, has his/her pay affected by what happens daily. My neighbor runs a trading desk. Very enlightening.
Might see a delay with filings if Melvin thinks the cusip change can happen within those few days between on-time and late with the proper late filing paperwork filed. I’m hoping for this so I can buy the fear. Anyone that is long this Name doing any DD will love any PPS decline.
From what I saw briefly glancing at the limited L2 I have, 90% of trades were buys, and PPS is B/E. You wanna know who controls the OTC look no further than our criminal enterprise MM’s endorsed by the SEC through lack of enforcement. Seen this for-ever with this Name. Look at the Nasdaq stock relying on TMNA’s revenue, and compare the PPS over the last 30 days. Supposedly the arbitrage will pay off, but not if the Mm’s have anything to say about it.
Love fat bottoms!!!! Charts of course.

Love this song!
Never thought I’d see this low. But can’t say I didn’t think it could happen with the way otc mm’s control things. Will be a buyer till the cows come home on this Name. Material events will happen soon imo.
Yep, saw that as well.

Long term hold for me. First buy in June of 22. Fully plan on long term capital gains rate for any sells. Happy to add with any dips in the meantime. Nothing fundamentally warrants selling anytime soon. Cisco Gold partnership (Veemost has applied and meets the requirements for application) are not OTC stocks. MM’s and their Algo’s control the vast majority of OTC land. Watch how fast ask walls disappear with even a small ask tap. It’s amazing how fast this moves with buys and sells on the ask.
75 tick spread, who would sell on the bid here....oh wait MM's control the spread for the most part!!
TMNA is still ticker I’m buying. Happy to see TIO soaring. Btw, why is this post allowed according to Ihub rules. Invest has a vendetta against makinez!! He’s obviously only posting here because of his/hers/it’s stupidity.
Absolutely!!!
”He is a Liability to this relationship”
I can’t wrap my head around Mercer being a. part of Tingo. Something must happen before the shares are transferred imo.
Absolutely yes yes yes.
Pay up the $5Milly termination fee as detailed in the filing and MERCER be gone.
He brings the stench of a past failure to a Billion dollar Company!!
From the get go this morning within a minute, MM's set a line in sand. You can say dumb sales into the bid, an ask block, whatever. When there is no volume, it's MM's buying and selling amongst themselves, paying and returning favors. Been that way for awhile now.
Point taken. If you like the TIO Name, buy it. I prefer TMNA at these levels. I'm talking about what Mercer brings to the table, which was a failing Company struggling to keep a minimum bid.
Yep, Total mumbo jumbo. Brings nothing to the table except a Nasdaq listing which can barely hold a minimum bid price to stay listed. Head scratcher for sure. Maybe at some point it will become clear why this route was chosen.
OTC Names flounder for the most part and are dictated by MM algo's. They are also dictated by shares that are continuously diluted by so-called CEO's. Then good news allows the CEO's to dilute more. We don't have that here. In fact, the opposite, A CEO who is reducing the Authorized, and is not posting fluff news. The algo's don't know that, so when the MM's give us an opportunity with a dip, I'm a buyer. GLTA!!!

Thanks for the advance notice. Today's volume up 200% over the 10 day average (which was during the earnings run-up). PPS up 50% today, and here you come in all your Red Letters and nonsense. I will either block or not for comic relief. This Name is fine. Still waiting to see how the FTM works itself out with TIO. I know the numbers, but people, specifically DM concern me.

I'll look daily, but I'll think about selling once we are in the dollars. This is a fun stock to own!! Share reduction, increasing revenues, and a cusip change soon which will unlock the material events flow.

Another good day!!! ER should be very good based on what we know. How much of a drain will Mercer and TIO be is yet to be seen!

I'm curious why you think this is retail slowing the up-ticks with a large ask wall? I don't think retail would shoot themselves in the foot like that. Could be wrong, but my thinking is that MM's can and do anything to slow momentum. Is retail trying to slow the climb to add shares? Volume says no. Just doesn't sit right with me. Curious for your take.
$GDVM$
Absolutely 100% agree. In my 20 plus years trading
OTC I've never seen this much MM involvement. Their algo's are ridiculously short! Only thing that will win is volume, or on slow volume days tight bid support and ask slapping. It's not easy but we can win on the slow volume days if folks are smart.
More contracts and $750,000 more revenue. Excellent!

Very sorry for duplicate posts....something must be going on with my computer
Of course, that's what we know, makes zero sense to me though with a Company that can't keep a minimum bid of $1. I would hope and pray that Dozy has an out if TIO gets delisted. Good luck with your bids, hopefully they are tight to the ask to spur a nice run here!!

Yep, get the GEM thing, but Mercer/MICT? There was certainly better choices.

I'm saving plenty of powder for the inevitable dips with this MM crew we have working this Name. I looked at the number of buys vs sells and it seems to be about 5-1, and here we sit down over 12% for the day. Nobody can convince me that very many of these sells are retail. It's all MM swap trades. The MM on the sell side will be the MM on the buy side next time, they are simply taking care of each other while the PPS declines.
Edit, the number of sells has increased dramatically over the last few minutes as MM's are on the prowl for weak hands.
I'm not selling to the crooks.
GLTA.

OTC MM's rarely sweat anything retail throws at them. That being said, I believe there will come a time TMNA shares will rise exponentially (sooner than later for obvious reasons). I can't wrap my head around anything else with this Name. Unheard of Revenue for an OTC Name, and here we sit at .2213, and 6 months ago we sat at 2.40's, with only positive news (except the tri-angular garbage merger involving a down-trodden MICT and its CEO) since. Merging into a Nasdaq Name that can't keep above $1 was not a smart move, but I'm still holding out hope that Dozy and his team has something up his sleeve that TMNA shareholders will like. Can't wait to see the numbers Friday!
