very poor way to get to #5...negative information on amne's reverse splits, poorly written prs, prs that have to be retracted, sec. filed regdex 504 in place...all of this can't be good for amne

did you ask the important question? did that company have a regdex 504 in place when it went from .02 to .0003????

as i see it jetguy, amne has at least 32 million shares to sell, that being the difference between 42.5 million insider shares and 75 million a/s. amne will have no problem with the 504 in place

thank you jonw616 for reminding me about the tax loss season that is upon us. i hadn't even considered that with amne, been telling myself to wait on purchases of other stocks, but had completely skip right over amne....yes move with caution and slowly, wait for the right moment to strike. remember amne has created alot of bagholders that may need a tax loss....

well we all can see where getting to number one has taken amne, no trading volume to speak of today...none for days to speak of......

jetguy...i don't think it was ever up on the ibox...is it required to be posted in the ibox? i have seen other boards where the 504 info is clearly post at the top of the ibox, i did ask the mods to see if that should be posted to the ibox...they haven't replied yet.

well i have stated many times that the float is way to small. in the past few weeks amne have traded most of the float, i believe what shares of the float that haven't traded belong to long time shareholders. this all leads to only one place to get trading shares AMNE, the COMPANY.

speaking of the web site for the nevada sec. of state, did you notice the filings by amne, on 02/02/2008 amne had total authorized capital of $530,000.10, but then on 07/30/2008 it had plunged to $80,000.00...ouch that hurts

thor in the ibox...it clearly states insiders own 42,500,000 common shares and insiders own 11,500 preferred shares, that would then leave the rest in the company treasury. the last i checked, johnny c. and terry m. are the only insiders listed by the filings on the nevada sec. of state web site for amne.

well don't leave us hanging...what is the difference filing/notice???? same thing in my book. whats not strange is how i could see what was happening just by the very low float and the fact that 74.5 million shares are either OWNED or CONTROLLED by johnny c. i didn't need a sec. regdex 504 filing to see that coming...lol

now jonw616, just knowing amne sales crews are working on bringing new associates on board is movement. yesterday was day six of the 18 month plan,we should have our third associate signed by now. however, the really exciting day is sat. nov. 22, that will have been 10 days into the master plan, and everyone knows that means amne will have signed their 5th associate, THAT MEANS OUR FIRST STATE will have been conquered. this will be a time to celebrate. just my opinion, but i hope our next pr. has all the information about the employees' hard work and accomplishments to date. go amne

well at least rgno never ever did a reverse split, which is more than can be said for amne, while everyone has waited nine months for amne to launch, all they got was killed by two reverse splits, while amne has wandered in the wilderness aimlessly, with a falling share price after each reverse split to pour salt on the wounds. no, i will continue to hold amne's feet, johnny's feet and terry's feet to the fire, always!

rj2...yes, have already done the visions of sugar plums thing...not going to do it again! amne steps up to the plate and hits it out of the park or they don't...so far amne is hitless in 9 innings[months]

another day of zero volume, no trades. on a more positive note the spread between bid/ask has closed to a more reasonable .07 bid/.09 ask. that .01 to .09 spread was a choker.

that just may be the whole point, in nine months all these amne fools have acomplished is two fluff prs' back in may/june only to retract them in aug. so for the first seven months amne has done nothing on a positive note for the company. now, nine months into the game plan they come up with a BOLD statement of $25 million in revs in only 18 months. why should anybody believe this, after all they haven't even created the subsidary for the game plan, what have they been doing??? all while terry mixon PLANS on implementing the game plan. no where in the lastest prs' have they said that they HAVE hit the ground running and any part of this plan has even been started, after nine months. and current and future shareholders are to believe after nine months johnny and terry have fast track these bold $25 million claims, the disclaimer at the bottom of the pr is almost as long as the pr my favorite part "forward-looking statements speak only as to the date THEY ARE MADE" ouch.

"maybe the company will get a loan" not in this credit market and not with the financials they posted on picksheets. amne can't even get people to trade the stock! nobody believes a thing these guys say, as the volume speaks volumes

goldbuster, you know full well the first half story is very much on topic here AS PER IHUB ADMIN. wishing it away will never work. over 182 million shares were never returned[as per pr stating post split 365,000 shares]. who has those shares, why will they not surrender them?? imo, its the old guard wanting to still play in the sand box called amne/amgg/cpn/rgno.
