I agree that's why i asked where he saw the RS announcement, I can't find the mention of a RS anywhere.....

Plus even after they max the share count out the company has to approve it, then FINRA has final say if and when to implement the RS....

when they are retiring shares or reducing shares,
why would they follow that up with a RS???

Wouldn't That defeat the purpose of the RS.....

I've been through 3 RS now and I've never seen shares reduced or retired before it....Always see mass dilution to get it to split....

They might follow suit, of what ICLD did a couple of years ago....Basically same company as them in 2014-2015....

They own almost every subsidiary that ICLD owned.....
