My favorite part is gold MINE!!!!!
Seven current lawsuits with the best IP lawfirm known to man...If just one settles in the next few weeks, setting a precedent, the market cap skyrockets to 250 million or above 10 cents for the PPS IMO.
Seven (7) lawsuits ongoing right now which means anyone of these companies can be having internal discussions saying it doesn't matter what the other infringers do we need to settle. It looks like we might have one here in the next few days!!
Ropes and Gray puts my mind at peace with these lawsuits and this investment overall. When I started to invest in SFOR last year and read Mark Kay's announcement of a 3-prong attack last April, after the MSFT settlement, I felt confident in SFOR. Then in June 2016 three (3) more lawsuits were announced and I felt better. Then in March 2017 when it was announced that R&G was involved and starting four (4) new lawsuits as well as taking over the IPR portion of the original three (3) lawsuits I thought..... It doesn't matter how long it takes....just sit back and let your money accrue!
There have certainly been bumbs in the road with SFOR but my family has benefited greatly from the SFOR ride thus far and we intent to stay put for a long time to come.
Could be.... But does it really matter???? We're blessed to be involved with a PATENT PROTECTED emerging technology that everyone will eventually be using. Whatever happens will be good in my opinion based on all of the things they have in motion. What if the PPS goes down again? Who cares! We all know that given enough time the PPS continues to rise (hopefully big big time by next year)...0001 To .0138 in the last year. I'm in for the Long term although you shouldn't expect me to get SFOR tattooed anywhere...LOL.
'We will be posting our findings soon'??? No one is scared here. All of us Long term SFOR investors already know what we own so we won't be swayed either way but happy hunting.
If it does, it does. Eventually it is going to up one way or another because everyone will be using the process they control. What if it takes 5 years? There is no way you will make the same income on another investment as you would by holding your shares with SFOR!

Those that sold this morning we encourage you to be careful of the small penny stock mentality consuming some on this board. For many of us involved with SFOR we see SFOR as an investment, not a micro-cap play and will continue to buy significant shares on any dips.
At .013 the market cap is 29.5 million????? Is under 30 million the value of SFOR patents? ROPES & GRAY involvement means SFOR patents worth only 29.5 million???? Come on guys... You're ridiculous to think the PPS will go down.
Thank you! ROPES & GRAY may bring results tomorrow for all we know.
Based on previous posts that have outlined ROPES & GRAY's costs per hour, 7 litigations at the same time with numerous attorneys???? They would have MILLIONS in expenditures already.
Would ROPES & GRAY cause SFOR to become overwhelmed in debt by billing them for 7 LITIGATIONS at the same time or are they ready to milk this cash cow....
ROPES & GRAY doesn't agree with you...
According to those who would see you sell your shares and lose your money. But not according to ROPES and GRAY, the best intellectual property lawfirm on the planet who forged a relationship with SFOR two months ago to start suing 7 initial patent infringers and numerous ones later. R&G usually only deals with BILLION dollar mergers, acquisitions and multi-hundred million dollar lawsuits.
We're in a very fortunate situation to be involved with Strikeforce at this level.
Rollin, I couldn't agree more!! Thank you for your post.
MUST READ: What to expect in the near future:
1. Q1 2017 revenue: 182K compared to 117K in 2016.
2. 2017 is the first year of SFOR revenue in 6+ digits each quarter.
3. Billion dollar law firm ROPES & GRAY could achieve settlement at any time. Mark Kay stated that revenue was to be expected in 2017 from settlement.
4. Q3 and Q4 expected to be 'meaningful' revenue increases.
5. ROPES & GRAY/BLANK ROME, two of the best IPR law firms on planet earth have teamed up with Strikeforce Technologies for 7 infringement lawsuits. Three lawsuits ongoing since JUNE 2016. Numerous additional lawsuits coming.
6. March 2017 ROPES & GRAY announces significant partnership with SFOR. HUGE DEVELOPMENT. They only get involved with HUGE companies. SFOR is a HUGE exemption.
I couldn't agree more. Most of us are Longs. The flippers said everyone should sell because the 4th quarter had 42K in revenue. The 1st quarter had 182K in revenue and they still say sell.
Mark Kay said in his interview that an announcement regarding the large deals that are in place is coming out. I'm going to laugh if it comes out on Monday.
ROPES & GRAY doesn't think so.... They are very excited about the best future with SFOR. That's why they joined last month and took over the IPR's.
Market cap is 30 million. Very low for a company being represented by ROPES & GRAY on 7 infringement law suits.
I agree that everyone has to do what's best for them but remember that ROPES & GRAY would not have gotten involved recently unless they ALREADY KNEW THE OUTCOME (WITH 7 CURRENT LITIGATIONS). My guess is that they could've long settled for less money but are rightly trying to get the big revenues SFOR deserves for serious infringement.
After 16 years of being in business and currently with OVER $500K on hand and a JUST RELEASED 10K that shows a 40% increase in revenue year over year and huge contracts at the beginning of this year ALREADY DONE with significant revenues coming over the next several months, SEVEN LITIGATIONS ongoing that could settle anyday, they're in trouble??? How are they paying for their new best friends, the MICHAEL JORDAN of IP law firms since last month... Ropes and Gray?
The only one in trouble is you thinking you would have another chance at cheap shares....
Mark Kay has already stated money is no longer an issue but maybe you know better than him so you had better call Ropes & Gray (THE PREEMINENT IP LAW FIRM ON PLANET EARTH) who just announced they will be working with SFOR...last month) and let them know that the SEVEN LITIGATIONS ARE OFF according to you!!! You are a funny Man.
Weak? How much better was Q1 2017 then Q1 2016 percentage-wise? Over 40%!!! It will only get better from here! To think that all of this is a discussion WITHOUT SETTLEMENT as well. WOW, great things ahead.
How come you didn't mention that this is SFOR's largest organic revenue quarter at 186K??????
We know that this company is going ballistic. The ship will take off for good with the SERIOUS numbers coming in on November 15th. That is the latest possible date for shares under 5 cents although there are SEVERAL other opportunities for the PPS to ride through 8K's regarding announcements of deals, settlements, etc.
This is a great discussion topic that we will see play out soon enough.
Yes, I know. I was making a statement to more of a broad based audience.
Can someone explain how SFOR is out-of-cash and PAYING FOR 7 LITIGATIONS AT THE SAME TIME WITH 2 OF THE STRONGEST FIRMS IN THE PLANET??? Would a BILLION DOLLAR FIRM LIKE ROPES and GRAY really worry about 300K in operating cash??? Stop being petty people. We all want cheaper shares but do it the right way.
What we already know is that Mark Kay stated cash flow is no longer a problem for SFOR in an email response. What has happened for SFOR for him to be able to state that? We have already gained insight as to what is going to happen THIS YEAR based on the 5-9-2017 radio interview with him. Peeps will still try to create fear though. THE ONLY FEAR ANYONE SHOULD HAVE IS NOT HAVING A POSITION FOR SETTLEMENTS THAT CAN HAPPEN AT ANY TIME.
CyberJ, great post!! Could be any day, at any time, that we see the IPR is terminated or dismissed and then NO ONE will EVER AGAIN get shares at these prices.
Everyday I check the USPTO website for case updates. HAVE YOU NOTICED HOW MANY CASES ARE DISMISSED OR TERMINATED!!! Could today or tomorrow be the day we've been waiting for?????
For the 62nd time, no more reverse splits and proven by 10K's. Again peeps, if you had invested in Strikeforce one year ago today at .001 you're money TODAY would be 13 times more... And there is much more to come.
MUST READ: All SFOR investors (not flippers trying to scare you) know that a stock changing settlement can be announced on any day, at any time, even tomorrow. Ropes and Gray law firm handling the IPR review is a game changer. The infringing companies were unaware of their involvement until the IPR. EVERYONE needs to do their OWN research, understand the litigation opportunities, large deals that are in place, etc, and do much more than listen to the chatter on this board.
I think 'Hate Liars' hates Liars as well! So funny to keep watch of all of this.
True Longs know that everything can change on any day, at any time with settlement. When that happens, all of us will already have to have a good stock position to really benefit. All of these boards conversations will simply go silent at that time. Don't get too caught up in them.
SFOR is an investment in our future... No longer a stock play!!
B RY, great find! This is no longer becoming a stock play but an investment in our future!
Sissy, I don't believe any individual settlement will even be for hundreds of millions of dollars but I could be wrong. But, after the first settlements, when EVERYONE realizes that the IPR has been challenged and lost, I would imagine that multiple settlements and new lawsuits (which will include ongoing royalties) will occur rapidly. Collectively we could see over a billion I believe. If someone is foolish enough to challenge SFOR's utility patent which is owned 100% then they could pay in the hundreds of millions depending on their level of infringement.
Aba, you too!
