Kag - you might want to try e-mailing him. Let him know that you are an investor and would like to speak with him about the company. He will likely respond and let you know when the best time to call is. This will insure he gets your message. He may be out of town. This is the route I took and will save you the expense of repeated phone calls.
Mysscat - I will let it drop, however, your post was written as a direct reply to my post, therefore, I couldn't help but to take it personally! And the , "OMG, here we go again.", was uneccesary sarcasm. Practice what you preach!
Half full - I posted, your response for deleting my message in order for the board to evaluate your judgement! I did not do what you accused me of doing in any uncertain terms! I have the right to question a persons intelligence and can do so without calling them unintelligent! I now question your ability to process things rationally! Is that inappropriate or an attack, or is that a fact! And ignorance simply means "not knowing". Look it up in a dictionary!
Erthang,
I deleted your post as it was a personal attack on another member.
Calling someone ignorant and telling them they are not intelligent is not necessary.
The actual Board Moderator (EVO)reviews the deleted posts and reinstates them if they were hastily removed. If you feel strongly enough about your post being acceptable then take it up with EVO.
A copy of your post has been included in this writing.
Mysscat - My post was in response to the begging of those other posters, at the same time I was showing Kag some respect. Your inclusion of me in "begging" Kag to return is completely absurd and shows your haste in drawing conclusions and ignorance. Perhaps you should re-read the post, apologize, and direct your comments to the appropriate individuals. Hopefully you prove to be more intelligent than you seem!
So Bocxman, I'm trying to narrow down who erased my message. Was it you!
Yes, Kag! Either Boxman or Half-full apparently got a bit carried away with their power to delete messages. They set no standards and delete messages that they dislike personally that use no inappropriate language and can't be interpreted as a personal attack! At least one of the two are abusing the power and compromising the democratic nature of this board! When I have the time, I am going to investigate how to report my message being deleted without sufficient grounds to do so!
If that were to happen, do you think we would shoot to the moon on the pinks? Of course not, we'd get immediate financing and go straight to the AMEX! There can be no future on the pinks!
If we were trading on a major exchange, we'd be trading a lot higher, get more exposure and recognition for our technology, and be perceived as holding much more promise! That is the long and short of it! Not too many investors take a pink sheet company seriously. Their question is, if their technology is so great, why are they trading on the pinks? Obviously there is something fundamentally wrong! Most don't even care to investigate the reason why. The prospect of putting money into a pink sheet company is just too risky. We need big money to catapult us into the stratosphere, that just won't happen on the pinks!
What's the idea, erasing my message? It contained nothing inappropriate (mild disdain for: mysscat) that's it! You administrators are ridiculous. Get a hobby, cause you guys are doing way too much!!!
Kag- You helped make this board what it is. Yours was the voice of reason, and you kept things in balance and perspective. Some may have offended you with their brash worldly comments and perspectives. However, you've been around for a while and know that it is unrealistic to be so idealistic. This board will certainly survive your absence, but I did enjoy reading your posts! It's unfortunate that you allow others to dictate your participation in our discussions. It is what it is, the world, this board, and people. You have to admit, though, that this board is pretty good, comparitively speaking. Do you know of one that meets the high standards you suggest this board abides by? I didn't think so! God Bless, live long and prosper!
Are you willing to elaborate more on your conversation. Did you discuss the new non-radioactive test that Biocurex developed. The one that detected early stage I & II breast cancer & how that's going to play a role in acquiring more licensing deals? Any new info on getting off the pinks? I'm thinking, if he spoke to at length, perhaps you may have something more to share.
I do use my own wisdom on myself. That's why I'm pretty much successful. I'm trying to help you!
And, I most certainly do understand what fear is. Let me explain it to you, since you're a bit confused. There are varying degress of fear. First, there's the kind of fear that you felt when you knew the bully was going to beat you up after school. Next, you have the kind of fear when you get a call while on your beat and hear shots fired at the scene. Finally, there is the fear that you are going to lose part of your retirement on a pink sheet stock that falls in value below the .70's!
I do hope you begin to follow my wise advice and keep your negative predictions to yourself! If you want a positive outcome to your investment and you believe in the technology, why not remain positive and have a positive outlook across the board? Don't allow your petty pride to cause you to reject wisdom! You remind me of "stock jock", posting negative comments hoping a poster will convincingly refute your contention thereby putting your mind at ease. There are more effective ways to contend with your insecurities.
By the way, that was very immature, that stunt you pulled to bait "Kag" back on this board. How old were you again? Didn't I remember you saying you're a retired cop?
Here are some more words of wisdom, "One who publically displays their immaturity, embarrasses themself, the family that they come from, and erodes their own credibility.
(erthang)
You say that, but I'll bet you won't sell out on Monday and try to get back in at a lower price. You seem to be the type that will speak your fear, then hope for the best! However, spiritually your words are powerful. Haven't you ever heard of confession? According to the Bible, you can speak things into existence.
It might be best to just keep your mouth closed and keep your fears to yourself! Let me be the first to say that!
"Patience is a virtue"
(Confucious) I think
Look here, "stock jock". You contradict yourself. You say you believe in the technology, but I am the one wearing the rose colored glasses, right? If your belief proves true (the technology works as stated), the company doesn't have to prove anything to the investment community, the technology will do that and you will be paid handsomely, if you hold. However, you invest 25K in a (pink sheet) investment you are nervous (uncertain) about, but you believe in? Let's not talk rose colored glasses, let's talk intelligence!
As far as your ? about my personal investment with the company, "If you believe in the tech, why don't you mortgage the house?" Well I suppose I could ask you the same, granted you own a home ? How do you know I haven't? However, for your information, I own more than 7 times what you own, and I didn't have to mortgage my house. So I think I'll pass on any advice coming from the likes of you, "stock jock". I am doing just fine, thank you very much. You need to focus on your own investment decisions and not worry about what I'm doing. You are the nervous one with the uncertain beliefs!
Injected Cells Cure Tumors in Mice
Researchers hope the phenomenon can lead to a new path in treating cancer in humans.

May 9, 2006
White blood cells from mice that are naturally immune to cancer cured tumors in other mice and provided them with lifelong immunity to the disease, researchers reported Monday.
The finding indicates the existence of a biological pathway previously unsuspected in any species. A small team of researchers is working to understand the genetic and immunological basis of the surprising phenomenon.

Preliminary studies hint at the existence of a similar resistance in humans. Researchers hope that harnessing the biological process could lead to a new approach to treating cancer.
"The idea of cells being able to kill tumor cells … is very exciting," said biologist Howard Young of the National Cancer Institute's Center for Cancer Research in Frederick, Md. "But this is a mouse, and there is no guarantee that the same gene will exist in people."
The findings have not been replicated in any other laboratory, primarily because the researchers who discovered the cancer-immune mice have only recently bred enough to supply them to other scientists.
"Our initial ability to collaborate was very limited by the number of mice that were actually available," said Dr. Mark C. Willingham of the Wake Forest University School of Medicine, a coauthor of the paper.
But Dr. Zhen Cui of Wake Forest, whose team published the findings in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science, said he expected rapid replication of the results because the findings were so clear-cut and easily observed.
"This is a truly remarkable phenomenon … and it really needs confirmation from other institutions," he said.
Cui and his colleagues stumbled on the immune mice by accident in 1999. They were injecting mice with a highly virulent form of cancer cells as part of an ongoing study of the biological mechanisms that cause cancer to spread.
On April 13 of that year, a graduate student told Cui that one of the mice she had injected did not develop a tumor. Assuming the student had simply overlooked the mouse, he told her to do it again. And again.
After a total of five injections — the last equal to 10% of the animal's body weight — the mouse remained free of tumors.
Intrigued, they bred the mouse and found that about half its offspring had the same resistance. The trait bred true through subsequent generations and the team eventually had a colony of about 700 resistant mice. Cross-breeding the mice with other strains transferred the resistance to them as well.
When cancer cells are injected into the mice, their white blood cells surround the tumor cells and rupture them in a process called cytolysis. The same killing process occurs when tumor cells are formed naturally by the action of carcinogens.
As the animals get older, injected cells might form a tumor, but the cancer is cleared in a day or two. The animals live a normal lifespan, about two years.
In the new study, the team took white blood cells from the immune mice — a combination of natural killer cells, macrophages and neutrophils — and injected them into mice already carrying a variety of tumors, some of which were extremely aggressive. In every case, the cancers were destroyed, even if the cells were injected at a point distant from the tumor. Healthy tissues were not affected.
The mice that received the cells, furthermore, were protected from new tumors for the rest of their lives. The researchers have no idea how the immunity continues.
"This is the first report of a novel [treatment] mechanism," said Dr. Andrew Raubitschek, a cancer immunologist at the City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte. "The two most dramatic things are: one, that the response itself is outstanding, and two, the fact that they looked at a variety of different cell lines and found the activity was there for all of them."
The fact that the immunity can be transferred between mice indicates that the phenomenon is more than a simple aberration in one strain of mice and gives hope that such manipulations can lead to a therapy for humans.
"This deserves intensive follow-up," said Dr. Richard Miller of the University of Michigan Medical School. Cui's papers "are technically sound, carefully controlled and well thought out. But whenever there is a result this surprising, it's always important to have others confirm it."
Cui and his colleagues believe that the resistance results from a mutation in a single gene and are attempting to find it, but that has proved frustrating. The primary problem is that while the gene mutation may be in one location in one family of mice, it may occur on a different chromosome in another family.
If Kag wants to make a point by not posting, why harrass him? Move on without him!
Stock jock - You are the one that sounds like your working a spin job, dude! It will be interesting to read your future posts. Sounds like you're getting ready to reveal your BASH face!
Stock Jock - Give me a break! How can Whittenberg's sell of 19K kill a rally? He needed some extra cash, what harm is there in that?
Foam - that document is so long, could you indicate where in the document Recaf is mentioned? Thanks!
What does Credit Suisse First Boston have to do with Biocurex? Are they going to potentially finance Biocurex, or is Bocxman talking about this company as an "investment"? Well, how about it Bocxman? Everyone doesn't have your background knowledge or knows what the hell you are talking about! Enlighten me and others who may be ignorant!
Can anyone who knows what BOCXMAN is talking about re:CSFB put me in the loop?
Bocxman - What is CSFB?
Agreed, Dakota! We have lost focus. I think that if any one poster who shows a continued pattern of disrespect should be banned, plain and simple! No if's and's or but's!
It's great to see the bid move up to 1.08. I hope this marks a trend!
Have you checked out the Bocx board on Raging bull lately? It's a horrible board. Not much productive posting, the bashers continue to bash! Thanks Bocxman!
True
Bocxman - What makes old men so grumpy???
Bocxman - In regards to the future share price, since you want to talk realism, when this technology hits the market place and begins to garnish press coverage, the textbook valuations will go out the window. People will invest based on potential, not necessarily what the balance sheet looks like (which should be impressive in its own right). The stock price will be unreal! If you disagree with that, then you are the one that's out of your mind, I don't care what you did before you retired!
It's one thing to be realistic, but you are a bit harsh with your so called "realism". You act like you know things, when in fact you don't. You are just full of opinions. What you think is realistic, obviously is not to the next man or woman. Therefore, one thing i think we all can agree on is that you don't know and barely even have a clue! It is very realistic for a large Pharma to offer to buy the all of the rights to recaf for $500 mil! You've been sipping your favorite drink too long! As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure Dr. Moro would reject that offer! He understands the potential revenue streams, when the diagnostic, imaging and therapuetic aspects of the technology are fully developed will far exceed that amount. He wants to build this company into a revenue generating machine and continue to develop the technology, his life's work!
I'm sure if there were a vote to determine the most unrealistic poster on this board, you would rate in the top 3! So ease up, and sleep it off!
Kag - I love how you don't allow other's rudeness, entice you to respond in kind! You are a man of character. I will strive to be more Kag-like!
When the pr mentioned the progression of the science re: imaging with Goshen, I'm pretty sure he was alluding to the portion of the interview with me where he was discussing separting the molecules. Remember, at that time they were preparing to test that procedure in animal studies.
Kag - I must agree, which only strengthens my point! When Headache sober up, I'm sure he'll re-read the pr and better appreciate it's content!
Headache - I think you are coming from a very pessimistic point of view. The fact that pharmas are interested enough to sit down with Biocurex to discuss a licensing agreement is good news. You must not be familiar with business negotiation. Sometimes, the end result is that both sides can't agree on terms. You are not privy to any information about the terms, or the sticking points in those discussions. Therefore your speculations don't have any merit.
They have developed this new improved format to the point where they feel comfortable reporting on it. So they must be using it currently! That is not to say that they are not still improving on it.
I say you are very pessimistic because it doesn't seem logical to me, for you to interpret an "improvement" in the format as a negative! Not to mention the "new focus" on demonstrating that recaf can detect early forms of cancers. This is great news! If the technology demonstrates it can detect most forms of cancers early, it should capture headlines and television coverage! Sounds like you are a hungry man, who can't appreciative of appetizer because it's not the meal!
It seems to me that they have developed it to the point where they have a working model. I don't think it is in a marketable form though, but can be used to show "proof of concept" for pharmas. Just my interpretation.
First RECAF Milestone Contest? November 15,2006
"Foam", it's nice to be appreciated. Thanks!
He expects to use revenues that will come from those who license the technology, yes!
I think Dr. Moro statement that he wants to keep the therapeutic application in house, clears up any possible debate over whether or not Abbott has unlimited rights to commercialize all aspects of the technology!
Kag - there is no doubt that Biocurex has retained all rights to the technology. The wording of the licensing agreement with Abbott in the press release did not have detailed info. That is why there is need for a non-disclosure agreement. I'm pretty sure Abbott only has semi-exclusive rights to the diagnostics side, and even that may be limited to specific cancer types. We don't know. I don't think it would be very intelligent of Dr. Moro to allow any company to have rights to all applications of the technology! Besides, Dr. Moro stated in the interview that he was going to keep the therapeutic side of the recaf technology within the company! Remember, when we talk about recaf technology, we are talking apples, oranges and bananas, depending on what application is being discussed.
Kag- are you saying that implicitly by using the word "world-wide" they are saying that Abborr has the right to market any application of the technology from A -Z? It sounds to me that it just means that they have the right to market the diagnostic side of the technology "world-wide".
