Just wondering. When Sinopec and/or Addax put out a press release, are they compelled to mention ERHC. And if they don't, how would the press release benefit us?

Fishdog...At that point in time (1997) we were buying ERHC as a completely different company. At least you only bought 600 shares...I bought 1,000. Oh well,you win some and you lose some. Now it seems we will win some!

You must have paid the price in the range of several dollars just as I did. I did dump those for a tax loss a year or two ago. Now at last I'm getting in the plus column!

Maybe I missed something, but when I looked at 'Jake's' posts, I didn't see a single one for ERHE until today.

Getting very tired of seeing 72cents! Hopefully with a real PR, if it comes later this week, we will finally break that ceiling.

red...yes, but Japan wasn't causing the meltdown.

redinvest...the Asian markets are down by several points today and I can't remember all the details except that one of the countries is known for setting the pace on what consumer spending is expected to be going forward and that is not good.

Buying up American companies is helping the Asian countries get rid of our currency without making it look so obvious.

I am giving serious consideration to the matter. In the .80's I will break even with what I have.

I am more positive than I have been in MANY years.

Hmmmm....I own about 12 different stocks and ERHE is the ONLY ONE that isn't down this morning due to the 'Asian correction'.

Looks like the flurry of activity has settled down. If we hold at .75 or .76 at the eod that will be fine.

I'm watching it now. eom

One has to wonder how many more days this stock will be driven down, who's doing it, and for what reason. You could say someone wants to buy more at a lower price, but that doesn't seem to be the case as not many shares are being traded. Perhaps we will go back up to .72 today.

The word 'fortnight' reveals who the really oldtimers are with this stock... LOL I think we all began to cringe every time we heard that word back on the old RB board!

The circumstance(s) was the fact that a fortnight stretched to months, and in some cases years before the event under consideration would actually take place. Not a one time circumstance.

That 'financials' report this morning didn't look all that good to me...probably cause a drop in price this morning.

I think I'll go outside and watch the grass grow. Nothing happening here. I'm being very careful not to say anything negative!

No recaps...onward and upward or downward whichever happens. Upward seems to have the best percentage going forward.

I have enough money, through other investments, to keep me comfortable for the rest of my life, so I'm no longer going to waste my time concerning myself with the day to day gyrations of ERHE. I hope it does very well, but if it doesn't, it won't affect my life.

So...no more negative comments. I'm sure you'll all agree over the past 11 1/2 years I've said it all!!! LOL

Hope we can sing the song 'What a Difference a Day Makes' today with a boost in the SP!

Digdeepforsweet...You are certainly right about that! Michigan is a sad place right now. Perhaps there will be a day when ERHE runs up so fast that I won't be able to catch it until it reaches the 90's. LOL

OT: I'm sure many here would find it difficult (or impossible) to believe, but I really am the life of the party (so some say :<). I play the piano for sing alongs and have actually won a few singing contests. It's just that I've been so exasperated with this stock over the years that on this board I'm sure at times I've come over as being a real grouch. Where else could I grumble about it.

If all goes well with ERHC, as most here feel it will, perhaps I will join all of you in LV and let you all meet the one you 'love to hate'. LOL
