I have long believed that UC has been buying up as many shares as he, his family, and friends possibly can.
They have been net sellers. 8B to 704B O/S in one year.
Race cars, new homes, hummers, motor homes, Vegas casinos and large bank accounts.
It appears to be burnt toast.
Do you zen, or any of you longs blame UC for this mess? After all, UC was telling you filings in the middle of 2004! What happened? If the filings would have been done, you wouldn't be sitting here three quarters of the way over the 1000 foot cliff.
zen, bottom line buddy...one word> scam.
You got it.

Stick with it. Stay long. Buy more tomorrow morning.
Maybe the SEC and the NASD have sent caution opinions to the brokerage firms.
And what is that reason?
Just give it a few more days zen, your shares and certs will be worthless... as a matter of fact, they were actually worthless several times through the day today.
That is not true. There is no obligation at all.
Many brokers ARE still accepting buy orders but that will start to change over the next several days as the other firms follow Ameritrades lead.
Why will we be sorry zen,,, we have no money riding on this scam either way.
Lets see,,, maybe 10 posts per day at 30 seconds per post comes out to about five minutes a day... hell, you should feel privaliged to have me here because I sometimes take more time then that to take a real good shit.
I was told by a source of a MM that there were no bids several times through the day. The 00 trades were trades less than 100 shares. The brokers, broker/dealers, MMs were clearing all odd lots off of their books...cleaning house so to speak.
There is going to be a lot of people holding worthless shares very soon. The CMKX shareholders will soon be able to add the CMKX shares to the other worthless divys they were given.
naaaa, this is how it ends...Its over. Brokerage firms are shutting down the buying. More will follow tomorrow.
I heard many trades going off under .0001....OUCH!
I just heard that many trades under .0001 are printing.
Your posts are worthless and not worth reading on this or any other message board
Good, then don't read them. Besides, there is nothing to debate.
This company is DOA.
C-Ya
BYE!
Whenever anyone gets taken to the cleaners on a scam, it's always pocket change.
Stick with it. Stay long. Buy more tomorrow morning.
You already lost. It's over. We called the undertaker this morning.
How did you know?
This one is working out fine for us. How is it working out for you?
Because of my bashing, three of my friends BOUGHT subscriptions.
And we will see very soon. Things are moving along at lightning speed.
They beat me daily.
Don't bet on it. We'll be here long after the delisting and the shares are worthless forever, rubbing your noses in the fly infested feeces leftovers.
Ignutz, how much have you lost on this scam. Thats spelled> S C A M.
Great post zen. Read it.

Okay, you asked for a post with facts and logic. Here goes:
Take a good look at the post I'm replying to. It's a perfect example of exactly what I've been talking about recently. You'll notice that a lot of the pumping of CMKX comes in the form of questions. In other words, people support investing in CMKX by a series of questions. As I've said, having a bunch of questions about a company is a terrible reason to invest in it. Having a bunch of questions about a company says nothing but that the company is keeping key things secret from the shareholders (i.e. the people who buy into the company as partners in the company, and who have every right to such information. Can you imagine becoming a partner with someone who asks for your money but refuses to tell you how that money is going to be spent?). Secrets aren't a reason to invest in a company. In essence, this post is telling you to adopt an investment strategy based on how much you DON'T know about a company. Can you imagine someone telling you straight out..."Invest in this! Look at how much you don't know about it! C'mon, you have all these questions, right? It's gotta be a winner!" Does that sound smart to you? Well, that's exactly what's going on here. Investment decisions should be made on the ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS you should ask, not on some strange crappy logic of placing some sort of inherent value on the existence of the questions themselves. Look at the title of the post: CDLIC Asks: Why, Why, Why, Why, Why These Numbers? Do we get answers to these questions? No. The poster offers a bunch of questions as reasons to invest when he/she (and the company) should be offering answers to these basic questions.
The post starts out with: "If the float numbers are as bad as many are predicting, then I ask the following:" Followed by a series of questions. What do the existence of questions have anything to do with the float numbers? We got the numbers straight from the company -- 703 Billion OS and 400+ Billion in the float. These were PR'd by the company, and they are plain as day. We know the numbers are bad. What do these questions have anything to do with making those numbers better? We are missing the answers to these questions, but that doesn’t mean that the missing answers have to have anything to do with the OS and float. Furthermore, the missing answers do not have to be positive, so how can these questions support anything in CMKX’s benefit? It makes no sense.
So why all these questions? What's the point of the post I'm referring to? Why does CMKX pumping often follow this "series-of-questions" format? (aside from the obvious, which is that the company keeps information from us "beloved" shareholders and leaves us with nothing but useless questions). Well, it's simple: This post is not intended to be an informative component of a meaningful dialogue on the positives/negatives, risks/rewards involved in investing in CMKX. This post is nothing more than an ADVERTISEMENT. That’s right, an advertisement for stock. In fact, if you take a look at the structure of all of the "pumping" posts, you'll notice that they are advertisements for the stock, not opinions, or dialogue, or discussion. How many ads have you seen that use the same technique? Plenty. The point of such an ad is to bombard you with a bunch of rapid-fire points that don't really make any sense, designed to fool you into believing that there's substance to them. “Got CMKX?” That one is a perfect example! Think about all the ads that throw questions at you, hoping to convince you that you need their products--it's a good technique because it fools you into thinking that you haven't considered these questions, and that you must listen to the person who obviously knows the answers. Look at this post, and tell me it doesn't look exactly like an advertisement.
We need answers to these questions. None of these questions point in any way to underlying value in the company. INSTEAD, ALL OF THESE QUESTIONS ACTUALLY SUPPORT THE ASSUMPTION THAT CMKX IS A SCAM, BECAUSE THE EXISTENCE OF THESE QUESTIONS MEANS THAT THE COMPANY IS HIDING VALUABLE AND ESSENTIAL INFORMATION FROM US SHAREHOLDERS. There is NO WAY IN HELL that any legitimate company who cares about its shareholders and who is sitting on unbelievable valuation will keep ANYTHING from its shareholders and the market. Only con men and scammers pump while always keeping the essential information just out of reach.
And to prove that these questions have no value whatsoever, I will answer them in a negative way that is just as plausible (if not more plausible) as any positive answer. This proves that these questions don't point in any specific direction (negative or positive) other than the obvious negative that the company is hiding information essential information from us:
~Why would Roger Glenn (partner in a 300-man NY law firm) get involved and take on CMKM as a company only to end up being embarrassed?
Roger got involved to help legitimize the insane pumping and dumping that Urban was doing. He was hired to save UC’s ass. Obviously UC screwed up somewhere along the line. It’s written plain as day by CMKX in the Updated Corporate Strategy PR: “A new team of securities attorneys has been instructed that their prime assignment is to correct any deficiencies of the past and to cooperate fully with regulatory bodies both in Canada and the United States to minimize the possibility of such deficiencies in the future.” Well, Roger was obviously hired to get rid of and minimize “deficiencies” in the company (i.e. pumping and dumping and other shady transactions that screwed the common shareholders). Given the SEC halt, it's obvious that Roger didn’t do a good job. Or maybe he did do a good job, considering that the SEC only sites a technicality against CMKX and nothing more serious concerning pumping and dumping or serious illegal activity.
Roger is a lawyer. Lawyers get paid to help clients in legal situations. I don’t think Roger is embarrassed. I don’t think he tarnished his rep. I’d hire him if I was in a bind. Wouldn’t you hire him if you had the money? Do you really think anybody outside of this bubble community of penny-stock players knows what the hell CMKX is? Does anybody care about CMKX? CMKX isn’t a popular company outside this tiny bubble. Did you ever hear of the other scam pink sheet company Roger represented? CMKX wasn’t the first. You may have heard of it, Janice most likely has, but nobody out in the real world ever heard of these companies. A big company like ABC isn’t going to turn down Roger because of CMKX. Get real. Roger was hired because he was paid and he bailed because CMKX is a scam. You should ask the question: “Why did Roger bail?” not the dumb one you’re asking.
~Why, after the results of the TDEM aerial survey identifying “hundreds of magnetic anomalies”, i.e. potential drilling targets, did US Canadian Minerals purchase a $15,000,000 interest and St. George Minerals purchase a $10,000,000 interest in CMKM if the stock is so diluted and there is little to no value in CMKM’s claims?
The results of the TDEM aerial survey may have been great. CMKX stock has nothing to do with that. The deals struck between these companies gave these companies direct access to the direct profits coming out of the ground. In other words, these companies gain a percentage of the potential of these lands directly. If CMKX started pulling diamonds out, these companies would get a piece of that cash. It had nothing to do with stock. In fact, these companies screwed us shareholders because they get direct access to the cash profits and we get worthless stock that has no way in hell of ever going up in value given 703 Billion OS. The common shareholders are on the bottom of this pyramid. Looks like they don’t give much of a sh*t about us now, does it. And another thing, CMKX stock ISN’T worthless. 703 Billion Shares at .0001 is 70 MILLION DOLLARS! And remember, these deals were struck when CMKX was selling for way more than .0001. Have we seen any deals struck recently? No. Back then the stock was worth something because it was being bought by the billions per day by us losers who were suckered in. It was an easy pot of gold for these companies.
~Why would Mr. Robert Maheu become a BOD member and Co-Chairman then to have a "non-viable" company on his hands?
It is not a non-viable company. CMKX is a mind-blowing PR machine, an incredible advertising phenomenon, a peerless pumping monster with die-hard, cult-driven, unwavering, totally stupid and blind shareholders (including myself). This company’s name is worth millions in the penny world. In the penny world, CMKX rules. Robert Maheu probably just wants to pick up a shell that has a lot of buzz, an instant advertising giant, an automatic pumping machine. Maheu, because he isn’t stupid, sees the potential in the support of the sheep--the CMKX shareholders. Here is a company with devout followers willing to give their life savings to it. Looks good to me. Who knows where Maheu is going to take us. Plus, who’s to say Maheu isn’t going to do an R/S? With 703 Billion, he’ll have to! So, Maheu will do an R/S and ride CMKX’s name wherever he wants to go. One thing is for sure. Maheu doesn’t give a sh*t about you and me. Obviously, nobody involved in this 703 Billion OS POS gives a sh*t about you and me. “NO!” you say, “NO R/S! THAT’LL BE DISASTROUS FOR THE COMPANY! UC CARES TOO MUCH!” Disastrous for the company? LOOK AT THE COMPANY! IT’S RUINED! HOW CAN IT GET WORSE? An R/S is all Maheu can do at this point. The company is already a POS. And if UC cared, he wouldn’t have issued 703 Billion OS.
~Why would Mr. Robert Maheu bring on his favorite law firm that he has had an excellent active relationship with for over ten years without believing there will be a positive outcome to the CMKM venture?
This one is too easy. It was stated in the Updated Corporate Strategy PR: : “A new team of securities attorneys has been instructed that their prime assignment is to correct any deficiencies of the past and to cooperate fully with regulatory bodies both in Canada and the United States to minimize the possibility of such deficiencies in the future.” Obviously, Maheu brought in his team of lawyers because CMKX is legally screwed up. This question is the dumbest yet. You think Maheu would enter CMKX without legal protection beside him? He’s not an idiot – obviously he needs some legal protection because CMKX is legally down the toilet. It's a scam. Why would having a bunch of lawyers on board mean that CMKX is in a good place? A bunch of lawyers to me is a red flag that someone got screwed and it’s probably us. If Maheu thought there would definitely be a positive outcome to CMKX, he wouldn't need the lawyers. The question is ass backwards.
~Why has Mr. Michael Williams agree to be on the BOD in CMKM if it has little positive going for it?
Same reason for why Maheu is here. Doesn’t anyone see that this company is an automatic self-advertising behemoth? Michael Williams and Maheu probably have ideas for this company that have nothing to do with diamonds and everything to do with how easy it is to sell the CMKX name to idiot shareholders like us. So, they’ll join the company, do an R/S, reorganize the goals and strategies, and ride the CMKX name.
~Why did CMKM and Nevada Minerals hold a Shareholder Appreciation Party in Las Vegas last October (at a reported cost of $200,000) if there was not good new?
THEY DIDN’T HOLD A DAMN PARTY FOR NEWS! I followed that whole event from when it all started with Sterling at the races. If you were on paltalk at that time you’d know that it wasn’t a party for releasing news. It was a very small gesture at the races that got WAY out of hand. UCAD and company told people at the races that, since they all have so much fun they should get together after an upcoming race. That completely and totally SNOWBALLED out of control!! And by the time it hit the airwaves, UCAD and company had no option but to follow through with a big party and pass it off as such. What started as a simple invite of the fans at the race to a simple get together, turned into a worthless extravaganza. If this was a shareholders’ meeting, why were race fans who didn’t own any shares invited to attend also? This wasn’t an official announcement. It started with Chris from UCAD saying something stupid about a little party, and then everyone was saying it was a Shareholder Appreciation Party. I heard Sterling on Paltalk. I heard Chris on Paltalk. Believe me, this wasn’t a planned event to mark the release of news. It was a stupid invite to race fans at the race to get drunk with the con men from UCAD and CMKX. UCAD and CMKX got screwed, because they got tangled up in a big event…but I’m sure they didn’t mind, seeing as it was OUR MONEY they were spending to host the party. Ask yourself this, if this WERE in fact a party to release HUGE NEWS, then why would they let one stupid stage-jumping woman ruin the whole company? Makes no sense. If there WERE huge news to release, it would have been released, either at the party or right after. A company doesn’t sit on huge news. A company wants to make money. It makes no sense to sit on huge news, especially if the only thing stopping you is one stupid drunk upset shareholder. C’mon now, use your head.
~Why has Mr. Urban Casavant continued to expose himself and promote CMKM stock if the stock has no short-term future?
Because shareholders continue to worship him. It’s that simple, really. I think I saw something in a movie once about conning people. In the movie, a con man said that when you con someone, you should do it in a way so that the person NEVER KNOWS he was conned. A con man won’t just flee. He’ll get out of the con, leaving the mark thinking that the mark came out of it better, when in fact the mark was screwed. Or, he’ll exit the con with the mark never realizing one way or another that he was conned. I read about a con in a magazine recently. The conmen lured a US citizen to another country and were working on getting him to hand over a large sum of money. Mid-way through the con, the mark started to catch on and wouldn’t hand over the money. So, the next day, "police officers" came to his place and started to take him to jail telling him that his recent activities were illegal. They said that they would only let him go if he “bribed” them. The mark handed over the money, and I’m sure he thought he ended up on the good end of the deal. Little did he know that the whole thing was staged and he had actually “bribed” the con men. Now, if the mark never caught on to the con in the first place, he would have handed his money over without a thought, and I’m sure a different exit strategy was in place that would have left him without a thought that he was ever conned. Or, the conmen would have continued to string him along, bleeding more and more money from him. Point is, if you got conned, you’re not going to know it. UC can dance all he wants in front of us, because the shareholders are dye-hard believers, unwavering supporters. The fact that you are asking this question is the reason why UC can get away with this. The fact that you are asking this question should show you exactly how UC can and will continue to string you along as long as he wishes. UC can continue to expose himself, because nobody calls him out on it. Nobody even has the nerve to ask him face to face. And because of all the secrets the company is keeping, nobody can prove anything. Look at this post I’m responding to. Look at the pumping. Nobody has caught on. Nobody will catch on. UC can string us along for years, or leave us thinking it was everyone else (SEC, BASHERS, NSS) but his own fault. It’s the perfect con.
Good for you Tim. You should double up tomorrow.
Zak, I am long and strong on CMKX!
I've called him a boob, an idiot, a windbag, and a bag of hot air
And you still own the stock... ROTFF zen!
Do you reward your wife with a punch to the face when she does nice things for you?
What in the hell does that have to do with anything zen?
Look at the time and sales from the beginning of the day. 90% were sells hitting the .0001. The insiders must be cleaning out their sock drawers of any remaining stock.
You know whats amusing zen, people like you never put the blame where it belongs.
Shorts, market makers, the SEC....How about the ones that actually run the company zen. You know, the guy that spends his time at the casinos and race tracks. You know, the guy that has one drill rig that sits idle on some dump site.
O go stick it zen. You've been had.
The second part of your post saying it was a scam and CMKX has no fundementals is where I disagree 100% and contend that statement is simply wrong.
Point out to this board just one fundamental thing that Urban Casavant has accomplished in the last three years for you the shareholder? Go research Petro Plus, another Urban disaster.
I see 8 billion shares that went to 704 billion. I see race cars. I see new homes. I see new hummers. I see new motor homes. I see lots of time spent in casinos.
I see a scam.
naaa zen, you got it wrong.... I just would hate to see anyone else fall for this scam from your postings and others.
Why would you want others to suffer the same missery as you?
After all, we can tell you are being destroyed over this stock scam.
