Please Newman have mercy on them . Please give them one more day.
When everyone was touting how MHRA has new guidance to revolutionize approval process this year from Jan , everyone was calling me basher when I predicted that govt agencies don’t drastically change that fast and 10M everyone was touting about is nothing when considering entire budget , backlog and workload .
Yep … if you have been progressing through your plans at break neck speed over 20 years , others will need time to catch up
Got it !!
Crickets ???
That’s about right
Anyone who doesn’t fall in line
Anyone who asks tough questions
Anyone who thinks that taking public money comes with accountability and fiduciary duty of providing shareholder value
And you obviously know the list
….. is a paid basher
It’s quite amusing to see those posts
Wow . How’s that manipulation ?????
I was being sarcastic
There was a very long term brilliant strategy in doing so which is mere mortals don’t understand
Yep looks more like new raise is being negotiated at less than .40
As I had predicted after ASM and before market open , that how market will react is not a rocket science . It was quite obvious except to a dozen or so here .
You can go back 10 years , people have been predicting 100 bagger for ages on this board .
It certainly has been more than 10 bagger in those 10 -12 years if you consider OS going up more than 10X.
Those are the facts .
“
How soon will this happen? If MHRA approval is granted, pretty quickly. LP said in the ASM that NICE (reimbursement in UK) is literally checking in with them waiting for the MHRA approval.”
Don’t know which ASM you attended . I will appreciate someone else who has listened to the ASM few times and understands application process to NICE ( evidence and pricing model and where we are in the process ) and then appraisal by them , point it out to you .
I think “ impatient” is probably the only adjective that you can’t use for long term longs of NW if you are objective . All other adjectives are subjective .
Wrong board
Well at least we are not getting excuses like “ whole market is down you basher “ anymore .
My bigger concern is that there are large number of investors who have been invested for many years and maybe looking for a good exit point so that can get out of this in green and move on with their life , which you can’t blame them for either . Of course I am not talking about dozen or so here who claim to hold the shares for years to come .
I agree
It may have been a binary event 2-3 years ago if everything was done /happened in expected time frame with JV/Partnership/BO, FDA submission etc announcements in rapid success after that . But this far late and down the road , unless accompanied by some meaningful revenue / upfront capital infusion prospects , I doubt there will be a sustained response . I hope I am wrong and there are some exit points over next few months after approval for people who have been waiting and there is some FOMO of entry points to sustain the price .
It is one year old article ? Am I missing something ?
For that to happen the market cap after approval had to go up to 5-10B organically , because no BP has ever bought a company for more than 10B and paid 2X of the market cap that I know of . That premium is usually a lot less than 2X for that price range . So only time will tell.
Better than nothing
LP, LG , Bosch , Boynton , listed under management on the website , doing so with smaller amounts at least few times in last 12 years with a PR would have made more difference in my opinion .
Thanks
Good to know
I agree
With number of shares they have diluted to , of course their buying can have no meaningful impact on technicals anymore . It is a signal of confidence , reassurance , putting your money where your words are , strong self belief , giving more and stronger reason to others to believe in them or , also to put their hard earned money as well where company put their money . You can put it anyway you like . It’s not something novel or unique that is not done in capital markets . Of course bigger revenue generating companies do share buybacks as well which obviously they can’t do .
And another way to answer is that you don’t see any officers high-fiving after buying more and more shares on the cheap , like some elated handful here do every time SP touches new low- boasting here cheerfully that they were so lucky to buy such cheap shares yet again, for yet another very last , this time the absolute last time they could have bought this low , “ load up more”, “ sell me your shares “ etc etc .
Because it is free . And that doesn’t boost confidence of new or potential investors . Getting free options doesn’t cost money and if they become worthless , I kept getting hefty salary every year anyway and didn’t loose any money on options if they become zero value . But if successful options will be worth a lot and then I can put my money to exercise those at heavily discounted price with ZERO risk .
That’s the big difference between buying stock by risking your hard earned post tax money and getting free options .
Have been saying that for years now that why hasn’t single officer made any major purchase in open market in 10 years to put their money where their words are ( which are free) to boost confidence in the SH and the market .
You can find statements all the way going back a decade which make you wonder now .
That it was a scientific meeting and was not meant for investors among many others I believe
That is absolutely true
I hope you are right and this never ending dilution ends
Hard to understand what to make of it . So they are starting commercialization only in UK after approval , only with existing grade B units . But they won’t be even starting to develop a pricing to submit to NICE till grade C’s are ready and they know how to price the model . So NICE won’t even have application to appraise and approve current model . So where will the commerce in that “ commercialization” come from in next year or more . Of course the usual handful will claim that cash pay business will generate gazillions .
For me more important fact to know is who have been 10 major clients of advent by revenue ? What percentage of total revenue of Advent has been only from NW every year for last few years ?
That must be a lie . I thought FDA only approved NDA’s from BP’s?
And there was no big conspiracy by all the BP’s and all the HFs on the planet against this company ??
Must be a fiction !!!
Probably only place where “investors “ are happy every time SP goes down year after year for 10 years because they can buy more .
Rest of the world considers investment well worth if they get a chance to sell at much higher price to realize gains in reasonable time .
That’s what common sense would have said . Those applications , at least majority of them should have been ready by now ( four plus years from data lock ) except for specific things for each RA maybe . But the language they used was they will start working in next several months , whatever that means . It is non specificity on steroids and then squared . So Gary is making several assumptions not based on facts or on what was said . But reading between the lines .
Yes I have , but I haven’t taken money from public for it . And now your point in investing in capital markets being ?
Go to some philanthropy and donate time and money there if “ feel good” is your only objective . No one has assigned you the judge of other’s goals of investments in capital markets and their moral compass , unless you hear voices which told you so .
Nah , they are a hedge fund , they are not in it for money . It will be so twisted to assume that.
And how do you know they didn’t short to bring the price down before signing the discounted deal and also didn’t sell at least some of them right after they bought for quick profit .
Let me guess - “ you assume that not to be case and want the rest to trust your gut feeling “ , just like every BP spending 100s of millions and hiring 100s to prepare for DCVax manufacturing ?
Let’s see - no near term meaningful revenue (NICE price model not even submitted yet), no near term well defined plan for large non dilutive cash by partnership/JV etc , no BO, no well defined timeline or plan for uplisting , no well defined time line for FDA submission . Let me take a wild guess , SP has absolutely nothing to do with any of it and 100% to do with shorting and manipulation . I hope I got this right ?
Pretty much sums the NW promise
“Let's give the last half of 2024 a chance to play itself out”
And what other choice do SH have ?
