USA, Continent, World, Universe... very witty of you. But that still doesn't clear the cloud about where the drinks are sold.
I have been told? where? :) General locations like California don't count. :)
CEO is doing a terrible job of communicating, or lack thereof. Best historical hoaxes always had an element of mystery surrounding them. What's so difficult to provide knowledge of where VGID product is sold? In fact, it is counter productive when you have product to sell, and don't tell your potential customers where to buy it. It's like saying, I'm the world's best guitar player, but only play when no one sees or hears.
Have you been to Venice beach? I have. There isn't a single store or a few stores. It's a row of retail properties. It's unreasonable for me, or anyone, to go hopping from store to store trying to search for a drink, when MediMike know where it is. Or does he? Or does it even exist?
Appreciate your humor.
Name: Jim
Email: XXXXX
Website: XXXX
Comment: I'd like to order your drinks. How much do you charge?
MediMike: Hi jim they are only available currently in bulk for retail outlets where are you I might have a store there
Jim: I’ll be in SoCal area 90029 on the 24th of August.
MediMike: Keep in touch we are all over LA :)
Jim: Great. Where?
Jim: Mike,
So, where would it be possible to purchase product in SoCal? Preferably in close proximity to 90029 zip code?
Jim
MediMike: Venice beach has a shop with them In it is that close
Jim: Great. What is the shops address? I will stop by and get a few bottles.
Jim: Mike, What stores are selling the drink?
......MediMike hasn't replied in over 3 days.
This is totally awesome. Either too much weed or fraud? Gentlemen, what are your thoughts?
Thanks. That's 2.5 hours south of where I am going to be. I'll try to make it there. What drink is sold in those 7-11s? RK?
I'll be in LA/SD area this weekend. Let me know where I can get the product near 90029 zip code.
Great. I will be in LA/SD area this weekend too. Want to meet up? I'll be staying in 90029 zip code. Lets go shopping together?
I'll be in LA/SD area this week. Send me locations where I can buy product. Preferably near 90029 zip code.
Nobody buys unknown drinks on a website. Best places to sell is retail, such as 7/11. On the other hand, nearly everything is turn-key in e-commerce. It doesn't take much to start selling online.
Certainly, fraud can be purported by the auditors as well, as in the case of Enron. However, the incentives in Enron were very different than VGID. Enron was paying high fees to hide the wrong doing. In the case of VGID, there's no incentive for a CPA to mislead. It's a clear exchange for a CPA, fee for audit work. However, for the owner, CEO of VGID/FHBC, there's great incentive to commit fraud. Unless investigated by authorities, the likelihood of getting caught is slim. Most investors will just take their loss, write it off, and move on to the next prospect. Meantime, it's easy to keep selling an infinite amount of shares, make up financials, dabble in drink creation or Photoshop prototypes, create more companies to sell more stock, etc., etc.
Ultimately, the questions before us, should be asked by any prudent investor.
What's the product? Patience, RK, Roadkill, Hair salon(relative's hobby?) ice creams struck(crazy),etc. Well, ok, we got something to sell or service to offer.
Where is it sold? Still unknown. Addresses were given, but product couldn't be found. I had two different individuals tell me that they went shopping for the product and both promised to send me pics. Great! The interesting fact is that the two different individuals sent me the same exact set of pictures. Really? That is very unlikely. MediMike, if he even exists, in his genuine online identity, offered to tell me where the product is sold, but never actually gave addresses. Then, stated product is only sold in bulk, and once I offered to buy in bulk, he disappeared. Not much confidence there.
Can the management team verify validity of what is told(financials)? It's what both, the investors and company management should want, to have confidence in the numbers. It's part of checks and balances that management should strive to accomplish. It is a fiduciary duty of the CEO to project confidence in the company data. Obviously there's room to improve.
Lastly, I've requested to meet with CEO, several times, on his schedule. He always had an excuse why he can't meet. In fact, if there's a theme to this company, is that the CEO always has an excuse. It's the SEC's fault. It's the attorney's fault. It's the distributors, and the list goes on and on.
Meanwhile, the stock keeps going down. No wonder there. Ohh, unless the owner is committing fraud and diluting of the stock, multiple companies, on a regular basis. And of course, the fraud-show must go on, for when it stops, there will be even more questions to answer.

Not audited on monthly basis. Once, at least once a year would be sufficient.
So many notes issues to various entities. Who, what are they?
Where are we going to see audited financials from FHBC?
Auditing financials is normal and a justifiable expense. The reason CEO doesn't want to audit financials, is because they're fake.
Are financials audited?
Why? If you have an unlimited supply of shares, it's pay day. :)
Ms. CEO does everything at the last minute. That is not a responsible, proactive quality a CEO should have.
LOF, another likely flop
Looks like someone's been unloading shares.
No one is angry. Shareholders are customers too. We want to buy, taste, enjoy the product. Where is it sold?
Great. Share the list.
In Harrods? what does that mean? What's the address?
It's interesting that there have been meetings with distributors in northeast, new england, northwest, spokane area, new mexico, socal... and no one can tell me a retail location where product is sold regularly. :).. awesome!
I will be in Los Angeles CA next few weeks. Where can I buy the drink?
Anyone else able to buy drinks in August of 2018? Proof?
In our day and age, anything's possible. I received from two different people the same pictures, even though, each stated they went out to check on the product sale individually. No other secondary or reputable source was able to confirm. I personally called the stores to see if it's for sale, and none of the attendants could find the product. So, yes, the cloud still remains above VGID and FHBC.
It can very well be fraud.
There was one incident where the product was for sale, based on one person's record.
Every venture CEO was involved in keeps decreasing in value. Probably because it's all fraud.
Thanks Mike. Got it.
I've just confirmed that (FHBC)RK Super Vitamin drink was indeed available for sale at a 7-11 store on 4/11/2018.

Mike, feel free to send me your evidence as well to jk98102 at gmail
That's great to hear that you've made the effort to go out and verify the product. You may send it to me at jk98102 at gmail
10 cents? Who would anyone even consider such a crazy thing! Assuming the financials are correct, outstanding stock is 2,024,197,000 x 0.1 would imply a market value of $202M with revenue of $1M and zero profit? Very humorous.
-----------------------------
This thing is closer to .0001 than 10 cents
I will not stop critique or calling out the obvious. Fraud is fraud. Can't call fraud a mistake when it's deliberate. When clarification is requested, it is dismissed as unnecessary or not customary. Quarterly not typically audited? That's ok, do something atypical and audit one or two Quarters to clear the fog. Don't want to do quarterly? Audit 2017 tax year financials. None if it is done. That is terrible and smells like fraud.
-------------
no quarterlies are audited - even on big boards.
I think you need to stop that line of critique as every one has heard it a million times and made their own minds up.
No way is a CEO of a public company going to "make up" a complete set of numbers. Occasionally items are recorded incorrectly and the SEC catches up with them. For example I have seen companies book a big order as delivered because they pushed it over a line in the ware house,m then next quarter it was cancelled (and pushed back). SEC didnt like that.
Indeed, I don't know, and neither do you. But if we analyze the facts, actions, rhetoric presented by CEO, the likelihood is high. It certainly doesn't pass the smell test. Very much looking like Fraud. The stock keeps going down. No product. Questionable financials. No direct proof of any kind. All we see is hearsay.
----------------------------------------
You said "All we know is the financials are fraudulent". We don't know that and you don't either. I know of no pink sheet company that pays to have the financials audited.
If you have proof that the financials are not accurate, show us.
