Indeed, I don't know, and neither do you. But if we analyze the facts, actions, rhetoric presented by CEO, the likelihood is high. It certainly doesn't pass the smell test. Very much looking like Fraud. The stock keeps going down. No product. Questionable financials. No direct proof of any kind. All we see is hearsay.

You said "All we know is the financials are fraudulent". We don't know that and you don't either. I know of no pink sheet company that pays to have the financials audited.

If you have proof that the financials are not accurate, show us.
