Hoggydog and everyone that has money invested here..i would like you to do yourself a big favor and click on my name(profile) and then click on my number of posts and go back to the 7th row by clicking on it at the bottom of the page..and just start reading from there ...post after post of all the DD I did and how this company is screwing it's shareholders.
ACDU is an illusion....AB Ltd. is just another My Pleasure Ltd. and could be the same???
Budget
Xanadu, lmao, that was really funny...what about all the subsidiaries....wasn't there like 21 of them?
Still laughing..
Budget
HH718, you and others here believe you own land in Nicaragua...YOU DON'T..Abraham Blauvelt Ltd.<<make believe company does. Here is from a recent 8K filing...
"ACDU will own all of the shares of X Corp. ACDU obtained an apostille of the formation documents of X Corp. and is in the process of filing them with Nicaragua to establish a branch office. Once this occurs, the seller of the property will provide a deed for the lots to X Corp."
X corp is a make believe company also and is it's own ENTITY just like My Pleasure Limited did to us with all them subsidiaries which were there own ENTITIES and just made up also.. ACDU shareholders own absolutely NOTHING but the name Accredited Business Consolidators Corp and it was made up also. I've seen other very recent 8k's where they use Accreditedbiz and "The Company" which both also means Abraham Blauvelt Ltd...<53% private owner.
Budget
Everyone thinks that 8K yesterday was great...lmao reading all the posts on it. That Regulation FD Disclosure is bad news folks...here is the SEC interpretation, if you take the time to read it all you will see which ones they are really using..and it's not good.

Congrats on your plays T-T, I did over 3 hours worth of scans tonight with no results except for a short squeeze possible on FTR, hitting new 52 week highs...206.9 million shares short...watching for that 5.59 break<(52week). Oh, this might be a % play on last so many days with nice volume and coming off bottom... might have a % pop in it. http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=IBRC

Sky, I just hope many shareholders here did get out on that last run to .0102 before anyone could figure out it was a scam also...just different players.

Abraham Blauvelt (died 1663?) was a Dutch privateer and explorer mapping much of Central America in the 1630s, after whom both the Bluefield River and the neighboring town of Bluefields, Nicaragua were named.
One of the last of the Dutch corsairs of the mid-17th century, Abraham Blauvelt was first recorded exploring the coasts of present day Honduras and Nicaragua in service of the Dutch West India Company. He later traveled to England in an effort to gain support to establish a colony in Nicaragua near the city where Bluefields, Nicaragua presently stands. Around 1640 Blauvelt became a privateer serving the Swedish East India Company[dubious – discuss] and in 1644 he commanded his own ship successfully raiding Spanish shipping from a base in southwest Jamaica, today known as Bluefields Bay, and selling the cargo and prizes to the Dutch colony of New Amsterdam (New York). After peace between Spain and the Netherlands was reached with the signing of the Peace of Westphalia in 1648, Blauvelt, unable to stay in New Amsterdam, instead sailed to Newport, Rhode Island in early 1649 to sell his remaining cargo. However the colonial governor seized one of Blauvelt's prizes and with his crew arguing over their shares, the local colonists, fearing that Rhode Island acquire a reputation of trading with pirates, forced Blauvelt to leave the colony. For the next several years Blauvelt commanded a French ship called La Garse, later living among the natives of Cape Gracias a Dios near the border of Honduras and Nicaragua, until the early 1660s when he was recruited for Christopher Myngs' raid on the Spanish colony of Campeche Bay in 1663. However, nothing more is known about his activities after this time.

Joanna Chmielewska was the pen name of Irena Kühn née Becker (2 April 1932 – 7 October 2013),[1][2] a Polish novelist and screenwriter. Her work is often described as "ironic detective stories".
I see My Pleasure Ltd. walked away with $1,350,000.00(hats off to you Joanna..??<<if that's your real name at all). Now I see they handed control to a another make believe company with the same arrangement (53% private interest) wow...rinse and repeat..
Same thing going on again...ACDU is it's own "ENTITY".. they own nothing. Believe this or not but ACDU is your worst enemy.

Art..they are "Accredited Investors" better known as Death Spiral Financiers...here is the definition of the "D" filing "Companies selling securities in reliance on a Regulation D exemption or a Section 4(6) exemption from the registration provisions of the '33 Act must file a Form D as notice of such a sale. The form must be filed no later than 15 days after the first sale of securities. For additional information on Regulation D and Section 4(6) offerings, ask for a copy of the Regulation and the pamphlet entitled: "Q & A: Small Business and the SEC" from the Commission's Publications Unit or see the Small Business Section of the Commission's Web Site."""

As far as making a phone call...Sigma Labs will say "WE" are not selling any shares... which is the truth...the Accredited Investor who bought that block is the one selling the shares..
Here is the definition of Accredited Investor
"Under the Securities Act of 1933, a company that offers or sells its securities must register the securities with the SEC or find an exemption from the registration requirements. The Act provides companies with a number of exemptions. For some of the exemptions, such as rules 505 and 506 of Regulation D, a company may sell its securities to what are known as "accredited investors." The federal securities laws define the term accredited investor in Rule 501 of Regulation D as:
a bank, insurance company, registered investment company, business development company, or small business investment company;
an employee benefit plan, within the meaning of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, if a bank, insurance company, or registered investment adviser makes the investment decisions, or if the plan has total assets in excess of $5 million;
a charitable organization, corporation, or partnership with assets exceeding $5 million;
a director, executive officer, or general partner of the company selling the securities;
a business in which all the equity owners are accredited investors;
a natural person who has individual net worth, or joint net worth with the person’s spouse, that exceeds $1 million at the time of the purchase, excluding the value of the primary residence of such person;
a natural person with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year; or
a trust with assets in excess of $5 million, not formed to acquire the securities offered, whose purchases a sophisticated person makes.
For more information about the SEC’s registration requirements and common exemptions, read our brochure, Q&A: Small Business & the SEC"
