Sounds like the perfect place for an amazing casino, hotel, and beach vacation...

Can I get some Northrop news please? :)
Hard Rock hungry for more hotels...CAPV to benefit? http://www.hotelnewsnow.com/Article/15231/Hard-Rock-cranks-up-hotel-expansion-goals
READ ME! Doesn't anyone do any valid research before jumping to wild conclusions...? Here's everything you really need to know about CAPV.
8k from 11/16 told us:
1) Company is focusing its attention on developing 2 specific property assets: "a vacation resort on the island of São Vicente and a 10ha block of land on the island of Sal
2) Subsequently, they have terminated agreements with other potential properties (releasing 246,750,000 shares back to the Company). Company then cancels these shares.
3) After share cancellation, OS now sits at 53,056,005, with roughly 27.6million attributed to insider/majority holders, making float ~ 25million.
4) Also, in order to lower future business costs, the company is being reincorporated back into Nevada, by a merger with and into Cabo Verde (Nevada), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Cabo Verde (Delaware). "The principal reason for reincorporation from Delaware to Nevada is to eliminate our obligation to pay the annual Delaware franchise tax which will result in significant savings to us in the future." So stop with the Pan Ocean stuff. Makes no sense.
You may ask yourself... why the share reduction? Why is the the company focusing it's attention on only 2 of its properties?
Maybe this can shed some light: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/cabo-verde-capital-inc-development-154800417.html
"Cabo Verde Capital Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Pink: CAPV) (CAPV), is very pleased to announce that it has entered into discussions with Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos to develop two locations in the Republic of Cabo Verde."
Oh gee, what a coincidence.... so in October, Hard Rock was interested in 2 of its properties, and now in November, CAPV cuts its OS drastically in order to focus its attention on 2 of its properties... now is it just me, or does the OS now look way more appealing for an acquisition from an outside company, say perhaps, Hard Rock Hotels??? Speculation of course, but makes perfect sense.
There, now you are up to speed on things.... Now go buy some shares for this dramatic climb.
Realistic price Estimations:
$32mil equity listed in last quarterly, and a OS now of 53million, should be technically be book price ~60 cents with new OS. But book value doesn't equal market price.. potential growth has to be factored in based on market feelings. I'd say short term target without any news 10-20 cents. Any Hard Rock news and this will go ballistic. Or it may just go ballistic anyways and pull a KBIO. Who knows.
How much it is worth depends on how much the market thinks it's worth. But technically with $32mil equity listed in last quarterly, and a OS now of 53million, should be technically 60 cents. But market value must take into account the future potential for growth.
The Hard Rock news was an outstanding positive for this company: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/cabo-verde-capital-inc-in-development-discussions-with-hard-rock-hotels-and-casinos-2015-10-06 However, it seems like it flew under the radar, or the OS was too huge to allow movement, and low volume took this down to oversold levels.
The elimination of OS was a brilliant move to regain attention and interest. Bravo whoever thought that up. And like I said, the reduction makes it more enticing for a buyout if someone has genuine interest in the properties (i.e. Hard Rock). Until we get further Hard Rock news, I see no reason why this can't get to higher levels such as 10-20 cents in the near term with the new SS and float. But my opinion only.
That report is over a year old and has no basis on the company's current status... which now appears to be in a much more improved state.
Float has been reduced to roughly somewhere in the 20's(million) based on recent 8k, reincorporation into Nevada will achieve future reductions in cost, and we are awaiting confirmation of development talks with Hard Rock Hotels.
If Hard Rock decides to move forward with development of CAPV's properties, this stock could easily hit a buck with this float. Or alternatively Hard Rock could just buy them out with such a small OS now. (Or maybe that is the secret plan that's happening with this share reduction?)
The Pan Ocean sticky has no basis either. That address in the 8k appears to be possibly be just the company helping CAPV to file the Nevada paperwork. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Barely anything on ask... and almost 800k on bid?? What?! With a good amount of volume next week, and some strong hands... 10 cents+ could be a reality.
So this was trading between 10 to 20 cents this summer before the OS share retirement.. With new incoming volume and attention.. and this new float, this could be absolutely massive...
Support is gone... Bids at 14 now?? Hold tight. This sorta sucks.
There... I cleaned up the 17's for you... who else is going to help?
Crawling back up....?
Happy 10q Day! (hopefully)... where we learn our short term fate.... and hopefully they're smart enough to stick in a few good nuggets to satisfy the anxious.
Another strong close thanks to wonderful PR... :/ Gee what will the next PR be? "Check for $160k order now being driven to bank for deposit."
So why did volume massively influx around 3:30 today? Can't believe it was due to the filing since that occurred in the morning... promo? or news tomorrow?
For those concerned it's taking too long... New ideas, new agreements, and implementation of new procedures, etc take FOREVER in big companies, especially F500's. I should know because I work for a company within the top 20 F500's. Things have to be sent through, approved, and tested by what seems like a million people before wide scale implementation and acceptance. The product doesn't magically appear the day after a signed agreement. Weeks and months are nothing. Don't beat yourself up and overanalyze the day-to-day things. :)
Let the fireworks begin.. MM's back from lunch early... PUMA doing work.
Getting lunch and then some popcorn so I can watch the fireworks show that will begin in an hour or so when they decide to whip it back up...
BMAK still chilling on 22, being all like "silly retails." So who here got cold feet? lol.
I've watched L2 since last Thursday on this thing... MM's are playing the "take it down" and "run it back up" game over and over.. hoping for you to panic and sell your shares. Remember and think.... nothing pumped this to begin with. Why did this even begin to run in the first place...? end of year news.
Volume started before the quarterly was released. That little statement in the quarterly just about confirmed what's coming.
Also, remember, Northrop just won the huge bomber contract in October: http://www.cnn.com/2015/10/27/politics/long-range-strike-bomber-northrop-grumman/. And remember, ADCF added Paramjit (Pete) Walia (former Northrop Grumman Manager) as Vice-President of Marketing and Operations earlier this year, making a Northrop agreement more likely. Any contract with Northrop now (which is a high possibility) is now pure gold with its recent bomber contract award.
I wanted to highlight a quote in the quarterly that was filed just 2 days ago: "Management anticipates that the Company will secure its first product development contract during 2015.".... Considering there's only 5 weeks left in 2015, minus the holidays, means they obviously were confident just 2 days ago that contract news is incoming very soon.
Haha I was thinking the same thing from this morning. Not today cowboy. Lol.
It was a ghost town on this board last week. I stopped in and was trying to figure out where all the initial unusual volume was coming from (and luckily bought in under 30). There was no pump, no nothing. Strange. It flew under the radar for a few days, until today, of course. But the question still remains... why? Upcoming contract news? It's the only reasonable explanation. Based how this trades, any news will slingshot this so far up its not even funny.
I've always thought of t trades on the OTC as the official reported "damage done" by the dilutive MM's during the business day. This link I found touches on the subject nicely: https://incrediblepennystocks.wordpress.com/2013/06/25/incredible-penny-stocks-what-is-a-form-t-trade/
You're absolutely right... We have no proof... But, with that said... I'd really hate to wake up one morning and see it gapped up a penny because they announced a F500 name and me not holding. Everything is risk vs. reward. And that's why I'll have my few million shares sizzle on the back burner for a couple months to see.
Cleaning out loose hands... hold tight...
Hold tight... MM's losing control.... PUMA has jumped to 0.009.
I'll be loading more tomorrow is price stays around here... but honestly, without any news, we'll be chilling here for awhile. Probably no news till after 10q I'm guessing? But then again, who would have called a Fri PR so who knows what's up these people's sleeves.
Reloaded heavy at 30 when it got manipulated back down... sorta think this is a pre-game show to upcoming run. Or even a prelude to upcoming catalyst.... The jump in volume mysteriously started out of the blue last week. The volume now is outrageous compared to its history... Which makes this quote in the 10q yesterday stand out to me more than ever: "Management anticipates that the Company will secure its first product development contract during 2015."
Watch them walk it right back up...
PUMA on 6 now.
It's almost as if they walk it down a bit to trigger stops and eat up the shares.... then take it back up... but they've been doing this since before the 10q... which keeps making me think maybe there's another incoming catalyst.
PUMA's been playing this stock for days.. possibly accumulating... When he lets it go finally this could skyrocket... If any news announcement... this goes way past a penny..
Let's break that 52week high!
Looks like you got your nt 10-q today. :)
Yeah the primary basis of searching was why has VS been been brought up multiple times in the past 6 months, even as far back as April. And why does Regina Miracle list both VS and Adidas as big customers.
"Hybrid's partner has numerous Fortune 500 clients, several of whom are part of the ©Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals group www.roadmaptozero.com, such as Nike, New Balance and Adidas."
http://www.roadmaptozero.com/membership/
Well look at that... L Brands is a committed member. You know who L Brands owns? Victoria's Secret.
"Regina Miracle International Holdings Limited is an intimate and sports apparel designer and manufacturer. The Company's biggest customers include Adidas, Reebok, Under Armour, and Champion. Regina Miracle International operates in Southeast Asia."
Wow, it's quiet... Decided to share some research I found over weekend...
So I've seen Victoria's Secret appear a few times in postings over the past 6 months or so (as a rumored potential partner), and decided to follow-up on the lead.. Here's what I found.
Supposedly, Victoria's Secret bras have been causing women to have unknown irritations and rashes over the past 5 years, with first reports showing up around 2008. Here's an article from 2009: http://www.nydailynews.com/news/world/bras-burn-women-claim-lawsuit-victoria-secret-bras-rashes-scars-article-1.362528 Company's response: "Victoria’s Secret has long denied that its products contain formaldehyde, and in response to earlier complaints against its products, had issued a statement saying that its bras absolutely did not contain formaldehyde and that the company maintained strict quality control over all its products..." The controversy has continued even into last year as blogs have shown: http://ipinionsyndicate.com/is-formaldehyde-victorias-biggest-secret/
Well if not formaldehyde, what about isocyanates? Are foam bra cups made with isocyanates? https://www.google.com/patents/EP2680715A1 "Polyurethane foam materials 215 and 225 are formed through polymerization of at least one monomer containing hydroxyl groups and at least one monomer containing isocyanate functional groups."
Ok, so the foam is Victoria's Secret Bras utilize isocyanates in the process. So where are Victoria's Secret bras made? What company makes them? ... Regina Miracle International. http://www.sprg.asia/eng/html/client_detail.php?dbnum=1&id=630
Where are they located? You guessed it. China. (or more specifically, Hong Kong).
Is this their secret "foam manufacturer" and the reason for their China visits over the past year? Could the investigation into the rash complaints lead the company into looking for greener modifications to their products and HCTI was involved? Or just another rumor?
Snagged some in last hour to top it off.. you can put me down for 3mil. And thanks to whoever painted it at the end to make my account look pretty. :)
Average Vol 43k... but 11/11=1.1mil and 11/12=4.7mil and today 10:30a=757k. Can't find any catalyst. What's going on here?
