What's pretty funny is for someone to think that 3 patients haven't been dosed. GHS, who is the majority owner of Oncolix and is also the host for the trial, is lying? If they are, my god would they have a serious lawsuit on their hands and they have some deep pockets too. Every shareholder here would be rich by the time it's all been settled. The dosing of the 3 patients is even put into the merger filings, so we would have eveyone one of them by the balls.
That would be the stupidest thing for anyone to lie about. It's even stupider to think that there haven't been any patients dosed.
IMO
To have an opportunity to grab shares at this level literally right before what everyone has been waiting for with the trials is an absolute gift. Easy 10x-20x from these prices.
That's not a lot of shares LOL. And unless you are one those people holding preferred shares, you have no idea what their intentions are with them. If they sell their preferred shares, they also lose their voting power and ownership stake in the company. Probably not going to happen in my opinion.
Also, if we haven't had any results or trial news by then, every investor has the opportunity to exit their positions before August even arrives. Everyone is safe for now.
That's fine. I hope my bids fill down below. A low float stock with minimal dilution and a promising drug is easy money. I'm not in a rush either. I'm holding for trial news and beyond.
You do know that's not manipulation right? The bid is the highest price investors are willing to buy and the ask is the lowest price investors are willing to sell. I can personally put a bid in to tighten the spread and I can keep wiping out the ask to move it higher. That's called retail trading.
Yesterday's carnage corrected with 1500 shares. The ask is so thin that even a day of dumping hardly does any damage. One nice catalyst and this will launch.
Sucky day, but that's the most trades and action we've seen here in a long long time. If BMAK is done dumping we could make a nice bounce back tomorrow and into Friday.
BMAK moved back to .0424.
We are VERY close to news. Yes everything costs money. If this stock can get to a fair valuation and market cap, raising money to accomplish those things isn't far fetched. This company can't doing anything until PPS is much higher. It wouldn't be smart for anyone involved to try to make those moves at these levels. They are going to have to put those plans off until Prolanta gets some momentum going for this stock.
Company should announce that and put it in a filing if they are.
This is all white noise tho ugh. Fundamentals haven't changed. Potential hasn't changed. It's just not trading favorably right now. It can all change so fast, like if we get news after hours.
Well either way, we are going to be starting a dosing group any day now. That should draw some interest here. If they note any efficacy and no adverse reactions in the mid dose group, that should help as well. Any positive indicators in a cancer trial usually results in a nice PPS increase. Innovation Pharmaceuticals is the prime example of that.
Also notice where it says next to phase II accelerated approval fast track breakthrough? If they are granted that, they can possibly skip phase III and get an FDA approval.
They are currently in the mid dose group which should already be paid for. They will need money to complete the second group of phase I which will be the combination with chemo.
Check out the slide:

Are you talking about the current dosing group which is the 99-day dose escalation monotherapy or the 28 day combination therapy with chemo? Because I'm pretty certain they are all set for this current doing group monetarily.
With every note that can possibly convert in the next 12 months, the SS here will still be very shareholder friendly. With solid trial data, this stock will still be worth .50+. My advice to everyone is not to panic in these times and load cheap prices if possible. This stock isn't going to get crushed into the subpennies and if it does, it won't be there for long. Just need to keep your eye on the big picture and the light at the end of the tunnel.
We're due for something. The company has never been this silent. Dosing is supposed to start in the 1st qtr of the year. So we have about 3 weeks. We might bottom out in the .02's maybe a little lower this month, but if we get the news about patient dosing, could make for a very solid bounce and make everyone happy if they take advantage of the cheap prices.
Well we know he's going to come through at some point, so if it did hit those levels, it would be temporary and short lived. Would be a great opportunity for everyone to snag shares and really make a serious ROI.
1 year ago today, ONCX was at it's 52 week low price of .007.
I've never seen OTCX before and hopefully BMAK passes quickly.
Yeah we are. I was hoping for news this week, but it looks like we might have to wait a little while longer.
I just want the PR mainly to ensure that the company is progressing and hitting It's milestones. I would hope it has a positive effect on PPS, but I'm not in a rush either.
We really should be getting something soon.
I completely agree with this post.
$2 million total through the multiple cohorts of phase I is how I interpret that. We know that they must have enough money to get through this current cohort considering we have a PR from the company stating that Prolanta was shipped to the trial site sometime in January. Prolanta isn't cheap and it wasn't made for free. I'm also under the impression they might be scaling down the trials to make them more cost effective as well.
They will certainly have to raise money again at some point this year. From what the company says, they are looking for non-toxic financing through an investing or licensing partner. With the PPS being so low, I believe they are going to wait before raising the financing. The higher the PPS, the less shares they need to offer, which equals less dilution.
IMO
It will be nice when we start seeing consistent 100k+ bids and even some 1m+ bids as well. If Prolanta starts looking like a true contender after phase I and into phase II, big money will have no choice but to take notice.
OTC Markets isn't on a 15 minute delay?
I'm not logged into my account. What's it looking like?
The quiet is nice I agree.
If we can get to an average daily volume of 500k-1m with solid buying pressure, this can run nice and steady all the way to the promised land. The tradeable float is miniscule, which can allow for us to run better than some of those other OTC biopharma's.

The DD is awesome here and every day we are closer to news and catalysts.
I've gotten quite a few close people to put some money into this as well. This stock was hot during the reverse merger hype. But a lot of momentum was killed and scared investors off after the Nigel Bosworth AEPP debacle, then the reverse split 8-K, and then the AS and OS increase when the merger was finalized. A lot of short sighted people looking to make a quick buck bailed. I would've bailed too if it wasn't for the DD on Prolanta. It's very intriguing with a lot of promise. Obviously you cannot base everything off of Somavert, but Wen Chen effectively antagonized growth hormone, which is very closely related to prolactin. He developed Prolanta to be the same as Somavert, but targeting prolactin. Similar results are very possible, but not a guarantee. The mice studies had great results and from what Redman said of the first 3 patients, they also showed some promising results.
Innovation didn't get there over night though. It took quite a while for them to run if you look at their chart. I feel like these otc biopharma plays slowing gain a following over time and it kind of snowballs until a major catalyst takes place. But word of mouth will spread and this stock will get discovered slowly but surely. We just need some positive efficacy data and that will catch investors attention. We are pretty much guaranteed to get solid safety results, because as I've said before, Prolanta is like 99% the same drug as Somavert. Somavert didn't have any issues in its phase I trial. The only way someone could have an adverse reaction to Prolanta is if antagonizing prolactin receptors somehow triggers some weird response. But chemically Prolanta is very safe as it is essentially the same as Somavert.
IMO
This is what I have been trying to stress. Our market cap is nowhere even close to where it belongs. It's an absolute joke. Innovation Pharmaceuticals is a clinical stage company and OTCQB and they fluctuate between $80m-$120m market cap and have been as high as $600m-$700m. The market should eventually correct for Oncolix. If it doesn't, I will quit trading forever.

Buying at the ask dropping the price
Yep it's nice to see that page updated. We are getting close. Everyone is here because of Prolanta and we will soon learn it's potential. It's what we've all been waiting for.
We're all still here
My recent email response from Wen Chen talking about Prolanta potential. It's amazing how I was able to have a normal conversation without him feeling threatened or harassed.
Here is the response:

His salary is below average for a CEO in the sector. He's been deferring most of his salar over the past several years. Average out what he's actuaklly taking during that time period and it's not much, especially for someone in his position.
Innovation Pharmaceuticals executives are making $465k per year and they are clinical stage. I don't see anyone on that board complaining.
Yeah they've been around for a decade and I don't think they are going away anytime soon. All they need is enough money to coast through 2 phases and if the results are good, the rest will take care of itself.
