So just to make sure I understand this right, this grant that TPIV talked about is separate from the grant that Mayo received using TPIV product?
It would do wonders for TPIV if Mayo (Keith Knutson) would make mention of TPIV or its product once in a while when they speak of their goals. I’m not sure but the only reason I can guess that they don’t is, there might be some guidelines that prevents them from doing so.
I believe we would have a 150m evaluation right now if they would mention them. JMHO
They want all credit to go to Mayo Clinic.
Good to hear from you BluMarlin,
I agree with you 100%! It would be ludicrous for longs to sell now!
Take care and I will see you at the finish line!
I was around for the last two splits but continued adding, so I will be very happy to see this company become a 350 mil dollar MC and more.
We are still a long ways from getting to the price we were at when the last reverse split took place.
It is nice to see the bullish activity of the past few trading days.
Could it be a large investor slowly taking a position for himself?
Thus the reason for the increase activity and share price appreciation?
Yes, I agree! Thanks Phantom!
As I have said before, thank you for your continued support and steady, level headed composure when posting. I know it’s been rough constantly battling the negativity but I appreciate your staying through it all. There are people like myself who depend on The talents of ones like yourself who have a deeper understanding of the way things work in the markets like the warrants and shares etc..,
In the end, while it’s our own individual responsibility to do our own DD, it’s people like you who help make it easier for people like me by your continued posting the facts and not just your opinion.
Thanks again Phantom!
Gotcha!
Thanks!
It’s obvious that TPIV is on to something here. You don’t form the relationships they have if your a quack. You do not have as many phase II studies going on as they do if their a quack. Keith Knutson and Edith Perez would not waste their time and talent working on something as important as they are if your a quack.
I don’t claim to be smart but it doesn’t take a genius to know that large institutions like the Mayo Clinic, AstraZeneca, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Sloan Kettering Hospital, and Kenneth Dart would not enter any agreement or form any relationship with a company that was a fraud as someone on this board is claiming. The United States Department of Defense would not donate 13 plus million dollars to the Mayo Clinic knowing the Mayo Clinic was using a product from a company that was a fraud as someone constantly alludes to in their posts.
I apologize to all the longs here on this board for letting off steam Friday and making a statement that was irrational.
I miss hearing Blu and others positive comments and I think it’s a shame they quit commenting because of basically one poster who constantly lies about TPIV. Im thankful that Phantom has not given up posting for the benefit of us longs who sometime needs reassuring.
So, there ya go 79!
Thanks Phantom!
Please Marv79, don’t think I agree with you because I don’t-lol
I just want you to know I was letting off steam from a bad day.
I have been and will be a long on this company. I will either do very well or not so well, either way I do not agree with you any way, shape or form.
I don’t mean to throw any wood on your fire, in fact I would like for it to go out-lol
Hey Phantom,
I agree whole heartily!
Hoang even stated on record that he didn’t sell any shares when questioned on one of the recent shareholders meetings.
Thanks for all your hard work!
I compared your numbers to the 10q and it looks good!
Thanks!
I know, just having a bad day and when I checked the stock and saw it dropped .19 it was just to much and I let off some steam-lol
Never dream we be back to $.25 a share pre-split. It doesn’t matter that tpiv has relations with Mayo Clinic; Astra Zeneca; Sloan Koetting Memorial Hospital.
I guess it doesn’t mean a thing no true believers in the stock. At least the big boys on NASDAQ doesn’t care for.
I sure hate to say this but I’m starting to believe that there’s some truth to what Marvin saying.
It’s ridiculous that the prices ran up just dump the stock.
I’m beginning to lose my patience after all these years.
CEO States that the study at the Sloan Kettering with Astrazenecca remains open.
The CEO stated he never sold a single share of his stock, the company held back some of the awarded shares to him for taxes.
Just to be clear:
1H 2018: Report interim results from ongoing Phase 2 study of TPIV200 in combination with AstraZeneca's durvalumab in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer
Memorial Sloan Kettering-sponsored Phase 2 combination study with AstraZeneca's durvalumab in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer
Data from the first 27 patients enrolled in the study are currently being analyzed by the study's clinical investigators at MSKCC. TapImmune anticipates reporting the results based on these 27 patients in the first half of 2018. If the safety profile remains favorable and there are sufficient signs of tumor response, patient enrollment may resume and the study can be completed as designed.
So the study is ongoing!!!
Hi Marv,
Where did you get the idea that TPIV-200 and AstraZeneca Durvalumab trial was stopped?
It states on the 3rd quarter update that it’s still ongoing.
Be careful of the rumors you start.
Don’t respond, he gets paid by each reply to his same old message.
Tpiv is alive and doing well. It has missed its delivery but it has missed it in the past and they came through none the less.
Be patient and pick up more shares when you can.
The facts are TPIV has met all their promises, the facts are they were late on the majority of them, still the facts are they met them.
The facts are someone is trying to start a rumor that could have major implications. The facts are it’s illegal to do that.
How many sold their position because of a rumor someone started?
Should be looked into!
Marv,
Are you starting a rumor?
Nice article!
When are you going to sell?
Do you guys really think they care if we sell out our measly few thousand shares of stock?
They have what they want and that’s the facts. Mayo, AstraZeneca, USA DOD, Sloan Kettering Hospital ect...
Be patient and let Marv keep on beating his war drum and you will get to pick up shares for a bargain.
It was said before that TPIV never gets their timing right because they are depending on others. However, the facts are they have always delivered.
I used to like to come to this forum before when things were positive but lately it’s the same old beat of the drum.
Patience is a virtue and good things come to those who wait patiently.
Hey Marv,
If you would like to sell your shares, I would be interested in buying them. Pm me and let’s work out the details. That goes for Printscreen and Bruce as well.
Pm me to work out the details, at least you guys don’t have to hang around an B and moan about it.
Thanks!
Thanks for your analysis of the report!
Do you know enough about it to decipher whether it’s good or bad?
I can’t tell myself-lol I want to say “That’s excellent news!”
.246 pre split price, looks like a bargain.

What does it mean when it says TPIV will not receive any money for these shares?
How does this affect us as share holders?
Hi Marv79,
You never answered my earlier question. Do you own shares of TPIV?
Thanks!
Have you sold your shares in TPIV?
I think this is a good article to read for any stock or stock holder who is disappointed in the performance of a particular stock they may own.
I happen to own a large sum of TPIV shares and I not happy with the share price as it sets, however, after reading this article it helps ME to keep MYSELF in check when it comes to ME voicing MY disappointment.

Hi Tuitui509,
I can't listen in could you share some points when you can?
Thanks!
I appreciate your reply and your reminders.
Thanks!
Hi LloydDC,
I'm curious and if you know, would TPIV be obligated to inform its shareholders about a Mayo Clinic trial that was extended while using a vaccine that is licensed to them (TPIV)?
The question was raised by Marv who has it out for Wilson. Although I don't agree with all his rhetoric, I am curious if TPIV as a company is required to inform its shareholders about such a extension. I'm not sure if they didn't announce it and I just missed it.
Thanks!
Hey Marv79,
Why don't you take the suggestion TomP1 gave you on an earlier post?
TomP1 Quote: "So channel all this frustration into contacting the major shareholders and convince them they are making the wrong choice by continuing to support this CEO."
That sounds like good advice to me instead of saying the same old thing over and over again on this board.
When you find out their position on Dr Wilson then let us know, we would be interested in knowing if they share your view of him.
In the meantime, please stop ranting about him. Sell your stock already or buy more to average down but whatever you choose to do please, please quit whining.??????
Hear! Hear!
