So, if this company can post $1MM+ in revenues its VERY FIRST quarter of actually selling product, you do not believe it could make $15MM in revenues within a year or two?
think ima jump ship on this one and board a little later
it'll be back:)
if I could get my 50% loss up to just a 25% loss i'd get out, but it just aint happening for me :)
Look at all that dumping......
and im still 30% underwater haha
Anyone that has been trading sub pennies for more than a month finds out quickly that 95% of all of these companies are pump junk. The good thing about these fellas is you can still make a lot of money on pump junk and most people don't care. Outside of having too much vested interest or being a child, most people do not have an issue with non-positive posts about their stock as long as there's some good information to run on. I think what most regular everyday traders can't stand is people posting 50 times in a day the same information over and over and over doing nothing but acting like they have a 50% stake in everyone's position. Furthermore, any person that takes a Ihub forum posts and actually makes financial decisions from someone else's opinion deserves to lose every penny they have.
Remember that one time yesterday when you said "This is my last post in this board! Not interested anymore. "
Doing a lot of logistics myself in procurement, i had issues last week getting loads out of Texas. The logistics issues could have been related to the flooding in the area. A lot of time either trucks get physically stuck, or trucks are all bought up moving emergency material to specific locations. That could have absolutely nothing to do with it, but just my opinion.
crazy thing called NOAA. The heaviest hit areas of Dallas received around 7" accumulated over the past 7 days. When i lived in San Antonio in 02' we received around 30+" in less than 7 days. That's a flood.
you can host an international conference call with 10,000 listeners from a satellite phone in the middle of Botswana. I listen to several a year from people on airplanes/coffee shops/parking lots of a conference. I have family and friends in Dallas/Houston/San Antonio and Austin and the Dallas area dealt with by far the least amount of flooding. I'm not calling it BS, because frankly I don't know, but if I had a CC so important that I scheduled it a month out in advance, then I postpone over an accumulation of 1" of rain over a 5 day period prior to my CC....I would expect my investors to think something fishy is going on. It makes little to no sense. Hopefully i'm wrong and you all bank though.
wow congrats to all you fellas who made some cash today. bummed i missed the bus.
Every company has to have a first sale, and as a startup company, working with other startup companies is your only option a lot of the time.
I'm curious though, are you saying that he's doing some fraudulent activities on paper to pump the stock or are you saying the company is fraudulent as a whole? I've bought the drink in public in more than one store and it has been confirmed to be in many other stores all across Texas. I can't vouch for the other states, but there has definitely been posted confirmations. I just don't see the point of what you are trying to accomplish here. The 800 cases thing.....agreed, looks a little odd, but overall its still a 100% real product that is selling in stores and overall the taste quality is pretty good, so why wouldn't it grow? why wouldn't someone want to put a couple bucks in the stock and see where it goes over a year?
If he also owns a distribution company, there's legally no reason that he can't make purchases through that company. I dont see why people are calling that fraud. If he's buying the product then stuffing it in a warehouse....that's one thing, but if its a legitimate distribution company there's no reason he can't make those purchases then distribute from there. Most large manufacturing companies run their whole business structures that way.
dumb why? There's no indication of anything positive here at all and the run it had the other day was really based on nothing as well. There zero hard evidence behind the hype and all they just did was make it so now they dont have to provide that evidence
you can day trade just about anything, but there's nothing wrong with sitting long on this stock. The company has a completely proprietary product that seems to be incredibly revolutionary and useful across many industries. It could completely tumble and collapse if the FDA does not provide approval, but it could also make some longs a boatload of cash if they are in the day it does get approved. Some people have real jobs and invest in ideas and 90% of average day traders don't make jack of the course of the year.
Why is it shorts...and not just a shady looking action taken by a company after a spike based on relatively nothing? I got cash sitting in this, so im not trying to talk it down, but all i really see is blind optimism and nothing concrete.
There's a legitimate concern anytime a company decides to not report anymore. It's not being scared, its being intelligent with your money
dumping at a loss if i don't see any explanation by tomorrow
It's the day after an 80% jump. Lots of folks just waiting to see how it reacts. I wouldn't pull a knee jerk reaction, there is still plenty of upside here in the short term. Awful day for me though, I have 5 positions that all closed at a loss of over 10%
will run hard after lunch
I'm getting close to the point of selling at a hell of a loss just so I can take that money and try to get back to even elsewhere. completely idle money is no bueno
no cleared cash to get in under .01:( it's been a rough day watching this after looking at it for the past 3 days
See through what? A question around the financials of the company that the company itself provided? A question around why the news of a release of a game for apple watches is so important if they've released several games in the past that the chart and financials show you directly did not turn this company into a long-term profitable business? I still own stock in this company, if I didn't own stock or be considering buying stock I wouldn't spend the time. I was looking for legitimate positive information that i wasnt already able to find and I was basically told I was stupid for selling when I did and to not talk to that person anymore. I mean...whats the point of a stock forum?
There are 3 people posting 99.9% of every post on this forum.....that says a lot.
Tolbert, i tried actually discussing the stock with facts as well. It doesn't work.
My lack of public forum participation really has nothing to do with my comment. I own shares of this...although i sold most today, but im not here to bash it around, im just trying to figure out what actually occurred that caused the spike. I see they've started working with Nudge on their in-game marketing around this new free-play business model they are working towards, but other than that I don't see anything beyond announcing they are going to make iwatch games.....like 10,000 other companies. I read this section out of their most recent 10-k (posted below) and i'm curious why this doesn't concern anyone. They are pretty much openly saying that without a miracle they will have to dilute. Am I wrong?
To date we have relied on cash flow from operations, funding from our founders, and debt financing to fund operations. We have extremely limited cash liquidity and capital resources. Our cash on hand as of December 31, 2014, was $14,688, and our monthly cash flow burn rate is approximately $56,000. For the year ended December 31, 2014, our revenue was $53,677.
Our future capital requirements will depend on many factors, including our ability to market our products successfully, cash flow from operations, and competing market developments. Based on our current financial situation we may have difficulty continuing our operations at their current level, or at all, if we do not receive additional financing in the near future. Consequently, although we currently have no specific plans or arrangements for financing, we intend to raise funds through private placements, public offerings or other financings. Any equity financings would result in dilution to our then-existing stockholders. Sources of debt financing may result in higher interest expense. Any financing, if available, may be on unfavorable terms. If adequate funds are not obtained, we may be required to reduce or curtail operations. We anticipate that our existing capital resources will not be adequate to satisfy our operating expenses and capital requirements for any length of time. However, this estimate of expenses and capital requirements may prove to be inaccurate
So this jumped 50% over FRZT putting PR out that they are going to make games for the apple watch? Im confused.....
That's really my thought. A bunch of people lost their butts yesterday on AMDA because of speculated FDA approval based off of PR from 2-3 months prior and when you do any sort of search around this partnership, you literally gets hundreds of posts of the exact same "Telefix Scores with Use of Verizon....." and they are all dated Apr22 and there's little to nothing following that. Why wouldn't telefix website show news that they are having a CC on May 29th if its going to be such a big event? It's either that secretive, or they have the worst investors relations known to man.
That's cool, and im not claiming its not completely legitimate, i'm just saying that I have an 'agreement' with Comcast over my monthly service. It's what the agreement entails that is significant, and that data is severely lacking.
I know the response will be "well, that's the point of the CC", but in my experience, i haven't seen a lot of announcements around one company going into a partnership with another company and then the primary company withholding information around what any of it means for a month. Also, does anyone have any comment around verizon's diversity quota and this being a female-owned business?
Just my concerns, i have no intention of completely getting rid of my position. Also, i trust the copy/paste of personal emails about as much as i trust random IHub posters TODAMOOOOOOONNN comments.
Has Verizon confirmed any of this? Any link or anything beyond these standard subpenny PR news sites? I can't find anything. Also, i read repetitively how big this contract is and when i spend an hour looking into the "partnership", I don't see how this is guaranteeing telefix revenues in any fashion and frankly I can't find one exact explanation around exac. Am I missing something? Also, is anyone concerned that their webpage.....the webpage of an 'internet of things'company......hasn't had an news updates in years? I'm not bashing, i actually own a position in this stock, but unlike most, i'm getting more and more concerned the closer we get to this CC date. I see better fundamentals in the completely speculative subpenny biotech sector and outside of random posts from folks who really don't have facts to back anything up, i can't find anything that shows this agreement is anything that substantial.
