Sums up my review, except we didn't save them they went down the drain.
Ha, I must have missed this...hilarious.
Here are the things we need for WDHR to continue on a success path:
1) Reduced operating expenses
2) Obviously more revenues and working capital, through more contracts (IT and WDHR)
3) less or no concerns of continuation
4) share reduction plan
5) positive continuation statement
Of course they aren't closing, they would in June if they couldn't raise the necessary capital. They downsized, hacked off a few warehouses and it shows. They may need to reorganize as their salaries increased by hiring managers. They need more overhead reductions. The 10k will be telling.
If you go back and read this in entirety they laid out plans and detailed time lines. If they can't raise the needed capital they would be in jeopardy of losing their company, the time from the last 10q was 3 months. Here we are 5 months later and they are still going albeit at a no bid. This 10k will tell exactly what will happen. This isn't just wdhr, this is all the debt from anything IT.
Tomorrow
Mercury fillings were used, does that make them valid today?
TBEV is so good it is going to the moon, NASA will sign a contract any day now and this will make everyone here zillionaires, GLTA TBEV....Circle K first then NASA and the international space station...wahhooooo
An HMIS is developed from an SDS sheet in the lab for labeling of chemical secondary confining units.
Also see my post on the peer reviewed science.
We know what it's currently used for, just because it's been used does not mean it is not harmful. Do some research, reply back with peer reviewed science or your comments are nil.
Your opinion is not valid, you have no peer reviewed research to suggest anything.
HMIS is a reference to an SDS. Funny you don't argue the science instead you nick pick variables that you know nothing of.
Here is an HMIS, which is developed from an SDS and is required on all chemicals in a lab.

Here is the HMIS for EDTA, if you still think it is safe you are dreaming.

"Final report on the safety assessment of EDTA, calcium disodium EDTA, diammonium EDTA, dipotassium EDTA, disodium EDTA, TEA-EDTA, tetrasodium EDTA, tripotassium EDTA, trisodium EDTA, HEDTA, and trisodium HEDTA.
Lanigan RS, Yamarik TA.
Abstract
EDTA (ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid) and its salts are substituted diamines. HEDTA (hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine triacetic acid) and its trisodium salt are substituted amines. These ingredients function as chelating agents in cosmetic formulations. The typical concentration of use of EDTA is less than 2%, with the other salts in current use at even lower concentrations. The lowest dose reported to cause a toxic effect in animals was 750 mg/kg/day. These chelating agents are cytotoxic and weakly genotoxic, but not carcinogenic. Oral exposures to EDTA produced adverse reproductive and developmental effects in animals. Clinical tests reported no absorption of an EDTA salt through the skin. These ingredients are likely, however, to affect the passage of other chemicals into the skin because they will chelate calcium. Exposure to EDTA in most cosmetic formulations, therefore, would produce systemic exposure levels well below those seen to be toxic in oral dosing studies. Exposure to EDTA in cosmetic formulations that may be inhaled, however, was a concern. An exposure assessment done using conservative assumptions predicted that the maximum EDTA dose via inhalation of an aerosolized cosmetic formulation is below that shown to produce reproductive or developmental toxicity. Because of the potential to increase the penetration of other chemicals, formulators should continue to be aware of this when combining these ingredients with ingredients that previously have been determined to be safe, primarily because they were not significantly absorbed. Based on the available data, the Cosmetic Ingredient Review Expert Panel found that these ingredients are safe as used in cosmetic formulations.

This study was done on cosmetic products and does not go into great detail on the carcinogenic effects of oral ingestion.
TBEV made with known carcinogen, EDTA.
You know what they, there's always one big headed monster in every group, and you Djoe are that monster here at WDHR. It's okay though, I'm just going to kill you with kindness. Go wdhr
Context is similar. States legalizing and having a cluster of different laws, exactly like gay marriage right before it was federally legalized.
You're comparing apples with fake apples my friend.
2016 should a good year, possibility of full on legalization, sorta like gay marriage but without the same magnitude of stigma attached.
It is very significant, before then the other website could have tried to steal clientele and even the name of the company. Locking it down is a pretty big deal from before when it was just a name anyone could use. It's definitely not a sure fire way to money, but it's a step that needed to be taken.
There was another website using a similar name.
Let's just work on getting that bid back.
I have two of these left after giving them out for taste tests, they are going to go down the drain.
Wdhr has until Oct. 13th to file, will it be this week or next.
Glta wdhr
I see that, thanks. I called but could not get through yesterday. Interesting that the cap is 467k and not 600+k, I will get the numbers and post here.
How do you know the OS when the TA is gagged?
I will call to confirm SS and report back. Cap is still 467,xxx so OS should be similar.
AS doesn't mean anything if they aren't acquired into OS. The current OS is 4 billion.
No one here expects the price to move with the current SS, so no one is buying into your fear.
We are all in here waiting for news and the possibility of share reduction. No one cares if it is 700 dollars or 2 dollars, not at this OS.
The volume for the past 2 months has had three spikes, the last few days is one of those spikes.
OS is about 4 billion, it would take hundreds of millions to move it. That's not going to stay like that forever, the Share Structure (SS) will need to be reduced via a share retirement plan. Once that happens the price can start to jump around.
With WDHR progress the stock price will progress.
Neither, the MMs will increase the spread on all stocks at the end of the day, check the bid/ask at the end of each day for all stocks. That price only means they are just giving way to the next MM, it just crazy high so they can wait and see what other MMs do before fixing a price. Brokers will not allow retail sellers to put a high % limit sale price, so you know it's an MM.
LOL, gap up to .25, I've seen bigger actually in the NASDAQ. I saw a gap up of 200 dollars, that lasted only for 1 day and the volume wasn't much, but it was still impressive.
That's just the MMs doing what they do, they will fix it back to trip 1s before open.
No, they were #1 on Amazon about a week ago, not anymore, and they also are out of stock.
Definitely will continue there, they have real revs, $1 million + per quarter, as opposed this POS.
Those shares are restricted. They are investing in the employee, that's a good thing.
I'm a tri-athlete as well and I didn't notice any improvement after core training.
Already posted that earlier today, look it up.
3 are in my frig and the last 4 (we split the box three ways) is being picked up tonight, I haven't told the last guy our reviews yet, I want him to be able to judge it for himself before I tell him what we all said. I have the same pic on my phone, but I probably won't waste any more time with pics.
This will be lopsided until the feds come in and just legalize and expunge everywhere. Just like gay marriage.
Review followup: today 4 people in my workplace tried TBEV.
1. Said it was okay, wouldn't buy it
2. Smelled and refused to drink it, smelled like medicine
3. One said he was glad he sold his shares
4. Said it was fine and thinks people would try it because it is new, but would not buy again
