wow its amazing how folks still get Excited over things that have ZERO AFFECT on the companys ability to produce what they said they would.........you continually see investors get excited and tout the NEW WEBSITE! THE NEW COMPANY NAME! THE NEW TICKER SYMBOL!

Some of these folks BUY shares or Buy MORE shares and it props the PPS up for a bit.......then BOOM! it retraces within an hour or so.....case and point.......look at RSDS this morning..........apparently they have a new website...which I have not looked at because its a waste of my time....the PPS is up but I anticipate it will continue its downward spiral.......websites dont mine things out of the earth..........websites dont stop the Dilution.........have a good day everyone........

Here is my original post which you responded to and called a "blatant LIE" which now you just showed was not a blatant lie in your own words confirming that the stock did TRADE today in the .06 range.........no twist.....no spin.....just the facts...I stated it was trading in the .06 range today.......it did.....matters not if one trade or 100 trades.....of course in the scope of things this squabbling over how many trades in your mind constitutes trading in a certain range is ridiculous considering the continued downward spiral of the company with no NAMED CEO! and now an IR/Consultant guy with two names who is playing on multiple message boards instead of working at getting that form 10 filed for ya..........pretty sad.......

I MAY HAVE FOUND SOME IMPORTANT INFO. After digging around I found one new thing that I hadn't noticed yet. Here's are the 5 things that I mainly searched for:

1. Sec Administration Proceedings - none
2. SEC Litigation Releases - none
3. Recent PR's by SEC - none
4. 10b-17 Notification filing for a RS - none
5. REGDEX/A - 3

I found 3 amendments to the old REGDEX.
Filing Date: June 5, 2007.
Effectiveness Date: June 5, 2007
Filing Date Changed: June 14, 2007

I called Thompson Financial to have an analyst email me the details of these REGDEX/A's. TF told me that they didn't even have them in their system, even though they usually have them 3 days after the Filing Date and he couldn't figure out why he couldn't find them.

Then I told him that the "Filing Date Changed" had today's date on it. He said that he couldn't tell me what that meant. Either he didn't know, or he knew and he couldn't tell me, or he wanted me to pay the $25 per file to find out.

Whatever the case, if the details to these 3 new amendments have already been found by someone, please tell me. It will save me some cash tomorrow, because I am calling TF back first thing in the morning.

Perhaps Berman sold some of the 504 shares to private investors and everytime they sell a chunk of them, an amendment has to be filed. I am new to these REGDEX files so I am just speculating.

Also, the SEC accepted these REGDEX/A's at 2:29 p.m. today. There might be a connection with the big drop and the new filings.

Like a dumb arse, I held most of my shares during this last run and I have thousands to lose, so spending some cash on these filings is a drop in the bucket.

To any new investors, this is a great time to get into RSDS...at least for a lotto pick...of the century. We still have an abundance of DD in the IBOX. 256 mines located in URANIUM rich Utah. I am still optimistic that RSDS will eventually blow throught he roof.

If anybody knows anything, please enlighten me/us.

Good luck with your investment if you are still holding RSDS, my guess if if you are the shares you hold will be worth half their value by this time next time month due to a R/S or another A/S increase with the continued dilution.........I dont see much in the way substance on the positive end for shareholders in that stock.....history is repeating itself in that stock.........looks like berman is going with what he knows best........

Just ask yourself....would you give jim plant your credit card number and personal information at this juncture? I would submit to you that MOST folks would not because bankruptcy could be announced at anytime and you may not get the products you ordered or the warranty is worthless on companies that dont exist anymore.....

#2-What suppliers are going to want to do business with cyberkey considering all the legal issues surrounding it? who wants there name along side jim plants and cyberkeys? well it doesnt look like anybody does or there would have been replacement products after sequiam dumped them.........

I concur........very similar to a TASR or FRPT stock........good products while surrounding themselves with big names and big name Resellers............This board will be flooded with posts of folks announcing which stores the smart scan lock is in and how they are selling.......summer is heating up! And the Smart Scan lock is only one product.......we have the BioBox 007 yet to launch and the ongoing sales from over 200 resellers of the Biovault 2.0! Revenues should look pretty nice going forward..
