Good Morning Peeps..
We had a pretty rough day yesterday and I am sure that a lot of people find it disheartening. I say this was normal and bound to happen. The same pattern that has been playing out has been happening for months now and yesterdays action was no different. Worry not, because as it continues to play out the price will rise again.
Here is why I say this. The chart below is the current 6 month (180 day) chart for CVSI. The part in particular I would like to bring to you attention is the golden colored dotted line along the bottom part of the chart.. this is the trend of the lows. As you can see as time goes by, the line is rising. This means the current low levels of the stock as still higher than the ones before it. Higher lows. The price of the stock might be tripping over itself once in a while but each time it gets back up it goes higher than before.
Dont get caught up in the microscopic details like some here would like to point out such as the stock is down 10% (or whatever the number is) this past week, its a classic forest for the trees scenario. As an investor and not a trader I prefer to step back and look at the big picture, like this chart shows. Simply put, the numbers don't lie.

Everyone here is entitled to their opinions on the stock. I have no problems with opposing opinions, as I have said before lots of times they keep us honest.
I am in CVSI for a few basic reasons, a lot of those reasons I just do not see in any other ticker. For example, this is an OTC company that actually makes a profit. Look around and you will see just how rare that is. The financials are rock solid, something else that is rare on this exchange. And the chart is set up nicely.. it shows that for the past year the stock has been on an upswing even if its at a snails pace. Notice the higher lows as the chart moves along. You cannot argue with the facts.
Other reasons are speculative such as the uplist to NASDAQ, any upcoming big box store announcement, etc. The potential is just too good for me to pass up.
I might just be one of those people that is married to a stock, but at least its a good one that has worked out for me so far.
Good Morning Peeps..
Seeing that the market is closed today, I decided to do a little charting. Below is the CVSI 1 year chart as of today. If you don't do any charting then it might look a little 'busy' to you as there is a lot going on.
The one thing I would like to point out is the gold colored dotted line along the bottom .. that is the trend for the lows. Notice how it starts out at the beginning of the year at 0.56 cents and climbs up to today at a little over $4.50.
Anyone that tries to tell you that CVSI is not on an upward trend is blind. The trend looks to continue for a while, so if you recently bought in then I think you should feel confident that the price will continue to rise, even if its a stair step pattern but rise it will, and this is without any major catalyst like an uplist to Nasdaq. Click on the chart to make it full size.

Here are some of my thoughts on the Carl's Jr CBD burger topic.
First, a snip from CNN's article (full article here) on the subject:
Carl's Jr. is testing out a cannabis burger to stay at the forefront of the CBD trend.
The chain said on Wednesday that it will sell the Rocky Mountain High: CheeseBurger Delight burger at one location in Denver, Colorado for just one day (April 20th, of course). The burger features a sauce infused with CBD, or cannabidiol, a non-psychoactive hemp derivative.
Though the promotion is limited, it's not a stunt. The burger chain is using the test to determine whether a CBD burger belongs on its permanent menu, said Patty Trevino, senior vice president of brand marketing for Carl's Jr.
"It is something that feels right for the brand," she told CNN Business. "We are all about innovation."
Ironic (?) that they release the test burger on 4/20 .. and notice that it will only be available at ONE location, in Denver. I do like the idea, and am willing to bet that more and more chains start testing the waters. I see no reason why it wont catch on and sooner or later all the fast food chains will offer some kind of CBD item. This is a great example of how the overall market for CBD is expanding, and CVSI can be a part of it.
I already have a six pack of CBD infused beer in my fridge at home.. just another example of the numerous amount of products where CBD can match up. The possibilities are endless.
I dont know if anyone posted this or not but just in case, this article is dated as of yesterday..
CV Sciences Inc (OTCMKTS: CVSI) Gearing To Breakout
From the article:
A combination of strong price performance and favorable technicals suggests that the stock is set for a breakout. Given the strong underlying fundamentals, CV Sciences is primed for further gains on breaking out of the current trading range.
Greetings Peeps..
This IS big news. To me, it shows that CVSI is serious. You don't get a firm like D&T to audit your financials if you plan to stay on the OTC.
With every announcement like this, its one step closer to NASDAQ membership. I cant wait.
I cant explain it either, I would think that once someone looks at the numbers and sees what a gem CVSI is, that the share price would be higher than it is. But its not..
The short attack did its damage back in the day for sure, just when the stock was on a big run. But a puzzle to me is CVSI was not singled out.. CRON (trading at $12 at the time) was hit with a short attack by Andrew Left too, just a few days later and today they trade in the $17 range.
The big reason to me is NASDAQ. As long as CVSI is on the OTC we will be trading at these levels. Most, if not all of the other companies that get mentioned around here are on a big board except us. Thats a BIG difference between them and CVSI, regardless of their financials. We need to be patient as the uplist process completes, and when it does say goodbye to the ball and chain thats holding us down. In my humble opinion, of course.
I do believe all of these demons will come to pass. I am in this for the long haul - 5 to 10 years, and expect big returns when I sell. I am also a very patient person and have learned not to panic when a stock drops. I can, and will, wait this out.
No kidding. Another way to look at it is like this:
We did $14.2M in revenue in Q4 of last year. Add 50% to that and this coming quarter could be over $21M alone. Thats a very rough guess.. but if the 48% in new stores produce the same amount in sales as the existing stores did, then this number is not so far out of reach. And thats without any kind of sales increase growth from any of the stores, thats if they all stay the same.
Good Morning Peeps..
I took a few days off to enjoy the nice weather but I am back and still reading the board.

A month or two ago I bought some of the gel caps just to try them out. I am in good general health with no issues that I know of but wanted to see if I noticed any differences when taking the pills. I did notice my attitude toward things improved and I did not get stressed so much while at work.
Last week I ordered the balm to try out too. I had a couple of red dry skin spots (the price of getting old I guess) that went away almost over night.
My point is I believe in the products and will swear by them. I tried them out myself so I feel like I can talk but don't take my word for it, try them out yourself. This stuff works.
Don't forget that there was no catalyst for new growth in Q4 of last year. We did not announce a Big Box store contract or anything. In short, nothing changed.. yet growth still increased.
BC might have a point if CVSI said "we just landed our products in 10,000 Target stores.." and then revenues were only $14,223,000 but that was not the case, Revenues still increased despite the lack of any big news.
It's only going to get WAY better before it gets any worse. When you start out at the bottom there is no where to go but UP and CVSI has been doing just that for the past few years.
Revenues
2016 : $11,060,000
2017 : $20,679,000
2018 : $48,244,000
Any grade school bed-wetter can see the growth trends year over year here.
