So, after I get my proxy vote info, how do you suggest I vote?

Pardon me for butting in on this, I just felt I had to add my two cents.. and this is just my personal opinion.

I don't like dilution. Yes, the execs that get the shares are being paid to perform, and do a good job and all that. So far, that has not been a problem that I see.. revenues are up, profits are being made, etc.. but the share price is stuck in a channel right now. I do not believe the share price will stay here, we have sunnier days ahead once we uplist, big box deals, all of that stuff.

The float on CVSI is not large (in my opinion) and it is in an investors favor to keep it small. Dilution will only increase the float and make our shares 'worth less' .. when the execs are already being paid a handsome salary (again in my opinion) to perform their jobs.

Yes it is a common practice to pay those guys with shares. But if we must then I say make it as small an amount as possible, or put an asterisk on them and make it performance based instead of guaranteed. At least until we reach a certain level, maybe one that a NASDAQ listing would bring.

In short, I am not for the evergreen deal at this time. If the execs want to use a blue chip stock system to get paid, then make the company a blue chip stock first.

A fool and his money is a friend indeed.
