My question yesterday on why they added Per Wold Olsen to the BoD. Is this a reaction to Denver?

My guess is if Denner wants to continue to build his stake, he won’t let this thing run away.

The appointment of Per Wold Olson recently to BoD. Any potential conflict and/or response to Sarrissa? Was kind of out of the blue and will this have to be affirmed at next annual meeting by shareholder vote?

Well, when the news broke last year about their interest in acquiring shares, I think I remember initially we were up but eventually closed red or flat.

Only thing I can think of why they would not, that’s been said on here before. It opens them up to liability that they mishandled the original case by not catching the cropped table, etc.

I have been on V for 2+ years, got Moderna Vax last summer, no booster. Wife and daughter are teachers in a germ factory. Son is a senior in college and home for break. Go to the gym regularly and to food stores, etc. and don’t wear mask. Have not had a sniffle since being on V. Gotta be some benefit in the long term for V. My concern with these V Covid trials has always been that there has not been a long term buildup of EPA in the system to show efficacy.
