Mako raised 51 million this way!
Bloom Burton is a legit play here. I see bigger things this time, an exit strategy/buyout for sure!

call me crazy but I think we actually move up tomorrow big-time if we get $15MM cash and are covered for the next 2 quarters..
I believe we finally have (and will be announced soon) analysts covering us, building up positions, who will help support this stock and support financing future expansions. Can you say Strong Buy from two health-care centric investment firms?
Guys guys - relax a bit.. Overnights are the best type of visit to the shelf. We'll be down hard tomorrow am and moving back up aft lunch time and over the next little while heading into Sages.
In an overnight offering, a company with an effective shelf registration statement sells its securities overnight after the market has closed for the day with the plan to publicly announce the completed offering and file a supplement with the SEC, describing the overnight offering, early the next day.
Why would a company restrict its offering to one night?
Doing an overnight offering reduces the offering company’s risk that Wall Street will short a company’s stock depressing the stock price. Investors in an overnight offering agree to buy securities based on market price levels before the rest of Wall Street learns of the offering.
A disadvantage of an overnight offering is that the sales effort is generally highly limited, focused on current investors in the company’s stock because there is little time for marketing to new investors.

So far, we don't know that the estimates aren't already on the highside. They went up substantially so it makes me believe they have factored in many more risk factors.
If this deal goes through, plus sages and aorn visibility, I believe we will be at 3 dollars in April.
Yes I agree with your math and have the same questions. I ask we all followup and get answers. But likely it's a call to shelf in the March timeframe.... I believe we will see this stock run up before shelf is announced
About time eh??
It would be good for Titan to explore buying these guys out fully if/when they have the money...
I wish I was on Twitter I would tweet this at the big Wall Street guys and major doctors and hospitals etc. Good find!
How do you vote if not on Twitter?
100% total
6-8% insider
that's all I know
It may be easier for warrant holders to exercise and sell shares vs. selling warrants as warrants market is much less liquid and holders may not maximize value
I believe like others have said here, you should make phone calls to the CFO, CEO, etc, to build your confidence, but after my last chats, I beileve it was the right approach. Minimize dilution when you expect the price to be moving up. They believe it for some reason so let's see if they're right..
They already did. Chris is his name
LOL should start a buyout rumour here... (kidding)
They need to uplist in the US!
I hope they undertake a position on Titan and start with a buy just before the Sages conference. They can use this time now to buy up....
Hi - I don't believe this page has changed in many months. But would be great to chat with someone about Bertner..

Hey drop me a note so I can reply to your notes at jetuomi@gmail.com
Hey I think that was always the info on that page.
I would suggest everyone follow Titan on LIN to see these types of posts and comments..
LinkedIN Post by a John Valvo saying the prototype shown in NY this past week was beautiful and he's definitely liking what Titan is coming out with. This was in response to a Robotic Surgery report posted.
I believe the burn rates drop once we move from design to testing, which is when the 5-6 devices are built for in-human testing. I see us back down to 4-6MM per quarter..
And they will buy another 4MM in shares from us.
I'm thinking Longtai saves the day before April..
I think you misunderstand. I'm long but see sell signals like this as a sure buy signal. They are motivated by the opposite effect and are looking to cover their own short cheap.
That's actually a good sign. We are going up!
They have the wrong stock symbol on Titan URL can everyone msg or post to ask for correction??
I see us hitting 80 cents next week!
Wow. Sometimes I can't believe we don't have more speculative buyers..
Well one thing is for sure, Longtai will get a 15% discount on market price so when April roles around we'll see a drop of about that amount.. I'm hoping we're above $1 by then but I have my doubts.
Mr. Fowler passed his cognitive test.. Could use some more relevant news..

Yah there are two Titans out there, I see that 3 of the new hires are legit hires.
I'm not sure what indicated I spoke to any other than TITXF executives (and def. not smoothie king)? I was simply answering Posi back in his typical vague fashion..
I think we should be calling Titan.. She's just doing whatever Titan pays her to do.. Its the exec team we have to push to start marketing their own company
Not random guys...
We don't agree often but this I agree with!
I had a chat earlier this week with two execs and I'm excited for the product but discouraged on two fronts. 1. No near term uplisting in US and 2. No push for broader Investment coverage. All focus is on product (which is good)
My thinking is we may want to put our energies to getting coverage on this by emailing bloggers and investment firms, news agencies, etc. Otherwise it's going to be another quarter or two of complaints re: low stock price.
What does everyone think?
