RE: Easter Greetings, Webinar #29
To All CMKM/NHHI Shareholders:
As we enter this Easter weekend 2014, I want to wish all of our Shareholders a blessed and joyous Easter. The Easter season is very special for many of us, as we reflect on the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. His death on the cross was an incredible sacrifice for the sins of the world, and His resurrection is celebrated by us who believe as His triumph over death – opening the door to the free gift of eternal life through His shed blood. In spite of the hardships of this earthly life, we have much to be thankful for, and much to look forward to.

April 8, 2014 RE: Update on CMKM vs. Wells Fargo
To All CMKM Shareholders:
The long-awaited hearing to argue certain merits and aspects of CMKM vs. Wells Fargo was held today in Las Vegas. Briefly stated, Judge Scann has allowed our case to proceed. However, we fully expect the Wells Fargo legal team to attempt to delay/overturn the case and the move to a discovery phase in the days ahead. We have won this round, but there is a long fight remaining. We are essentially starting at “square one” again.
I am thankful that our case is still alive, and remain cautiously optimistic that we will eventually prevail and receive due compensation from a very large banking institution that clearly participated in a large and very damaging fraud against the company and its Shareholders.
I will post any court documents that are generated from today’s hearing on this website upon receipt, and will comment further as information is made available to me. Thank you and God bless.

To All CMKM Shareholders:
I just learned that Wells Fargo has requested another delay in our hearing that was set for April 1, 2014. The hearing has been reset to April 8, 2014 due to another case that the Wells Fargo lawyers are involved in that has run beyond the expected completion date.
Hopefully this is the final delay we will have to endure in this extended drama. Please monitor this website for results from the hearing on April 8 or 9, 2014.
Thank you.

Do negative sales tactics bring positive results? Some business professionals must think so; given the uptick in negative selling we’ve seen recently. This is unfortunate, because badmouthing competitors creates a negative marketplace dynamic that hurts everyone in an industry, especially the individuals who stoop to such practices.
At the National Ethics Association, we’ve even seen entire marketing strategies built around competitor bashing, from initial solicitation to close. For example, two salespeople recently slammed a competitor’s products in their seminar invitations. Then, during their presentation, they went on to make disparaging comments about a particular product (using a four-letter word beginning with “cr” and ending in “p” and containing a vowel that was not “e, i, or u”).
Frankly, we don’t understand the appeal of this approach. It creates bad initial impressions with the public (no one likes a rat). And it does not create long-term success (no one feels loyalty toward a rat). Salespeople who insist on tearing down their competitors end up losing three things:
1. Their reputation. For every prospect that buys from a negative seller, 10 others will be turned off by slime-ball selling. These prospects will share their opinions with friends and family, spreading negative word of mouth like bird flu in a crowded chicken coop. And although losing their good name might not damage a business owners personal health, it may well affect the future health of his or her business.
2. Their clean records. When you spread falsehoods about a competitor, the competitor might report you to the authorities. This may result in sanctions being issued for unethical sales practices. The trash talkers wind up not only with egg on their faces, but also with black marks on their records.
3. Their self-respect. Respecting oneself is even more valuable than having a good reputation and a clean record. Do advisors who wallow in dirty ditches wake up in the morning free of mud? Can they speak with pride to their children about what they do for a living? Can they sleep at night without “trash talk” echoing in their dreams?
Now, avoiding competitor bashing does not mean you have to go easy on your competitors. You can and should compete using relevant and factual data. Do your due diligence on competing products and educate prospects about their valid weak points. If those weaknesses relate to a key prospect need, all the better! Being a hardnosed competitor is perfectly legitimate, as long as you back up your claims with relevant facts and relate them to your client’s needs.
So if your goal is to build a successful business long term, don’t sell negatively. Go positive by understanding your clients’ needs, recommending the right (and appropriate) solutions, and highlighting how you’re better than your competitors. As Grandma used to say, “You can attract more flies with honey than you can with vinegar.” What Grandma didn’t say: “Vinegar kills flies”
scion....this is interesting....someone tried to take me out a couple of times over the past 6 months that I'm aware of....maybe more...over the CMKX situation....
next big leg down coming....
Oh please...Spot Gold is down another 6 so far today:
http://goldprice.org/NewCharts/gold/images/gold-price-performance-USD.png?0.31298759183396585
If the MM bring it down to about .018 they may bring in some buyers....the gap needs to be filled...with the economy improving there is little use for gold to be this high....lets see how far they bring it down today for those buying to buy....I bet they could get another 500K sold at that level.....
Classic Pump and Dump....this needs to be brought back down to .02 cents to fill the gap......

Oregon Bans Edibles:
Oregon dismays medical pot shops with munchies ban
March 20, 2014 9:09 PM ET.
By By CHAD GARLAND
SALEM, Ore. (AP) - Hash brownies, space cakes and other pot-laced munchies won't be among the items allowed at Oregon medical marijuana dispensaries, state officials said, and that's drawn criticism from pot-shop advocates.
The Oregon Health Authority released draft rules late Wednesday for medical-pot dispensaries to follow when they open as early as next week under a new law. Although medical marijuana will be available at the dispensaries, the agency wants to ban sweets containing the drug because they could be attractive to young people.
But dispensary advocates said patients who take the drug orally need the sweetened pot products. They say a little sugar helps the bitter medicine go down.
"It just stinks," said Gary Stevenson of Portland.
Stevenson, who has cancer, said he prefers to take the marijuana in food because it's more potent and longer-lasting. As a member of the group Oreginfused Kitchen, he also makes and distributes the types of pot-infused foods that would be banned at dispensaries.
He said he doesn't want to go underground. "I'm striving for legitimacy," Stevenson said.
The regulations are designed to implement the bill SB 1531, which the Legislature passed earlier this month and Gov. John Kitzhaber signed into law on Wednesday. The law allows local governments to block medical marijuana stores in their communities until May 2015. It also lets the health agency set rules requiring child-safe packaging and prohibiting products that it determines could be appealing to children.
Scott Grenfell, general manager of an already existing dispensary, said he has no problem with that part of the new rules.
But Grenfell called "stunning" the proposed rule that would ban from dispensaries all marijuana-infused products in the form of "cake-like products, cookies, candy, or gum, or that otherwise may be attractive to minors because of its shape, color, or taste."
Edible products are "a good chunk" of his business, and some patients can only take marijuana in edible form, he said. Grenfell has applied for a license for his dispensary under the new law but has not yet received a reply.
Tom Burns, director of pharmacy programs at the health agency, said the rules were written under the "strictest interpretation" of the new law and "as broadly as we could."
Burns said the rules could change in the next few days. He's taking public feedback on them — and a lot of it — but "I'm not sure what I'm going to do."
He said he needs to get the rules in place for dispensary owners as soon as possible because the agency is already in the process of issuing dispensary licenses.
Lauren Cusick, also with Oreginfused Kitchen, said the no-munchie rule would "hurt patients more than it's going to help kids."
It was already affecting her business. One of her clients turned away a delivery Thursday because they didn't want to have the products on the shelf if they became illegal, she said.
Stevenson, whose products are in 11 shops in the Portland area, said he plans to make his packaging so unappealing he might add a "Mr. Yuk" sticker.
"Children in pre-school know (the sticker) means stay away," Stevenson said.
