I thought this was interesting. Its is research on how long 510ks take to get approved by FDA
http://www.emergogroup.com/research/fda-510k-review-times-research
That was from May 21,2013 man! not this year
Because no CEO would go on Facebook to clear any situation up.
NVM that was it. my mistake, you just didnt post the table that is below the words.
Some of our shareholders have asked about how our products differ from the widely advertised product, IcyHot® Smart Reliefâ„¢ Pain Relief TENS manufactured by the large European pharmaceutical Sanofi (33 billion annual sales). This is very good news and illustrates a positive sign of the change in the industry approach to pain control. A pharma company the size of Sanofi has realized both the market need and potential market size for drug-free pain relief. However, their Icy Hot Smart relief products have some significant shortcomings compared to BioElectronics products.
The ActiPatch® and IcyHot® Smart Reliefâ„¢ TENS technology provide different clinical applications. ActiPatch® repairs and regenerates damaged cells by reducing pain and inflammation and accelerating blood flow. Whereas, TENS is only blocking pain signals and has no healing effect.

There is actually another PR i found yesterday that list a ton of details on why they are different. Ill find it and post it. give me 15
Glad to be here, thanks seven
Ed cant blow that date. Only the Auditors can.
With more than 7 billion shares and not a whole lot of sales (million +) I am not sure I agree with the .05-.10, you may be right but it just seems tough.
STOCK! WE GET IT. BUT, what if they get approval, sales are good, they buy back shares! instead of R/S. solves problems
Or they can buy back shares over a period of time and not do a R/S. This would alleviate any concern. If they get approval that is. I am guessing you disagree though?
I actually thought today would be a red day, even after yesterday news. reason being is because i thought a lot of people would short, and then i felt tomorrow would be green. However, with the mistake. I dunno anymore
I am surprised. People must have not understood the significance of last nights PR. Other wise this would be in the low 3's right now.
20 business days, so i believe that is monday
What is the benefit of them holding it down? (serious question)
What do you guys think the increase will be tomorrow? 2 cents?
This made it to the WSJ. WOW!

Folsom, CA / ACCESSWIRE / July 16, 2014 / MyECheck, Inc. (OTC PKINK: MYEC), an electronic payment solutions provider and the leader in fully electronic check technology today announced that has entered into a new agreement with Simplifile, LC, a current MyECheck customer, to dramatically increase the transaction volume that MyECheck processes for Simplifile.

As in it was a "What-if" Scenario
Where did you hear of a 50M licensing deal?
Thank you Seven-UP
Alright, I will hold because if I sell, Im only getting 400 bucks, I invest 3K. Its not a life threatening loss. But it is frustrating just because they have a good product according to users but it seems Biel just doesn't care. How do you not have clinical studies completed when you know you need to go to FDA? I am not a business owner so I do not know what it all entails. So maybe I am wrong in thinking they should have been ready. Ill give them to December. It seems as though a lot of people have actually sold. For the past couple months, its been mainly red days.
I really just dont think this is worth holding anymore, might just cut my losses and bounce. I cant decide...someone offer some information for both sides
Wednesday Fight
Please do not hold your breath! You will surely pass out by the time this puppy makes a move. I am holding till I hear whether that well was delayed again or not. This time they can not blame weather. So it will be interesting to hear. If they announce something crazy, like OIL!!!!!!! then you can take this post, print it, burn it, send it to me in the mail, with a letter that says, "Your an Idiot"...... but if they announce, hey we are still drilling due to other issues, then you can buy me a gift card to Morton's steak house, with the 50 dollars that will be left for everyone.
Reverse Stock splits and stock splits do not effect preferred shares. If you have 20 c/s issued and 5 Preferred shares. afterstock split of 2:1 you would have 40-5 respectively
Luigi....your and idiot. Plain and Simple.
Whitefish, did you just get done studying for FAR hahahaha, love it man, your nailing it.
And your also capitalizing that expense with that sucessful litigation so two benies right there
good point, I am an auditor. I would agree.
Anyone else surprised this is still trading in the mid 2's esp with the F/S coming up and the recent news about office space? seems weird to me.
Whitefish, "should" is much different than "required" FASBs are more of a grey area sometimes and when they use the word "should", this usually is followed up by a revaluation every year testing for impairment
Does anyone know when this amazing, well performing, best stock in a portfolio, turns back to FNRC?
Call the close today. Winner gets to eat one hell of a chicken dinner
I never thought today would be a red day. Not after yesterdays news. pisses me off really, not because its going down but becuase people are stupid and selling. Dont they wanna make money. I KNOW WHAT I HOLD! MYEC 4 LIFE
No one ripped us off. This company is not doing well. MM's have nothing to do with it. I doubt they are even watching the stock.
hahahaha No, But i own about 250K and I still wouldnt want one
Does anyone think there would ever be a R/S. I am not saying THERE IS ONE. I am asking, in a hypothetical situation, would there be one?
Amazing surge, than back to low volume. WTF "DUDES"
hahahaha.. your right, ill just get cases of coars.
Are we really sitting at 30 cents after a 20,000 R/S? I have 200 shares worth 60 bucks. Im laughing out of pitty for this company. My god man. They better have something good to say, otherwise im taking out my 60 bucks, giving 10 to etrade, and buying as many 6 packs as I can with 50 bucks.
Is there a time frame for FDA approval or is it "soon" meaning it could be a year
