Anyone seeing over 9mill in t-trades this morning? Coming up on fidelity.
Who knows, still rolling on free shares so no real big deal but compared to most of the OTC beverage tickets these guys seem to have some legitimate connections. Hopefully they have some longer terms plans in the works once these notes are completely paid off.
Cheryl Shuman recently started following their twitter account. Could get interesting.
Great points Chef, welcome to the board.
I agree Max, a catalyst is on the horizon. The company has been actively filing, but the news so far has been underwhelming. They are certainly in the beginning stages of what could be a solid social media company.
At least they are following through with their promise of selling on Etsy.

As 514 pointed out and from what is in the 10Q, it looks as if KBM, Tangiers, and Firerock are looking to cash out. The good news is once these notes are converted, there is a nice lull until anything else is due from what I can tell.
So I was the one throwing up those big flash bids as I wanted to see how low the converters were willing to take the price down. They stopped showing my bid at .003/.0031, which tells me their conversion price is likely in this range for now. I'll continue to bait them lower this week if it seems like they are not done selling.
The gap and constant slamming at the open is getting rather annoying. They've done this consistently for the past two weeks making every candle red. Any thoughts longs?
Dare I say it, as I know you hate this one, but DRNK might be good for a bottom bounce soon. Don't shoot the messenger...
Just in case anyone is interested, I spoke with Paul (IR guy) and Q2 is out on 8-13 along with an analyst conference call that will be PR'd a week prior to the release.
Take initiative and email Paul to ask him yourself.
PBurroughs@aezsinc.com
You must have balls of steel to hold on to all those shares from last week and add here! Impressive. Go CMGO! Still waiting on my 6s....
Where are all the pumper mcpumpies at to get this going again! Lol, think I'll move that bid to six once someone starts dropping bombs on that 9mil in 7s.
Got a bid in at 7! Come on and fill me!!!
Not a problem at all, I'm happy we worked this out.
And again, thank you in advance for following the moderator guidelines as they pertain to the removal of pertinent posts, regardless of your personal feelings or position on AEZS.
Have a wonderful evening and good trading this week!
You have confirmed that an RS is a potential option the BOD of AEZS has discussed and thus is clearly relevant. Regardless of how the discussion is framed in a post, coffee talk or not, you have no authority to remove such posts. As a moderator of this board, if I see you delete relevant posts, I will be forced to ask that you be removed as a moderator as you are clearly abusing your authority.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation and contributions to the board.
The RS topic is not off subject as it pertains to AEZS. Alexander, as a new moderator, I'd like to respectfully ask you to stop deleting pertinent posts. If you continue to delete posts I will ask that you be removed as a moderator.
It's 140, direct from IR. Warrants look to be done based on trading.
No offense to you, but I doubt the company officers, directors or broader investment community care about Adam's opinion. Bottom line is the stock has been battered by the warrant conversions in tandem with some serious short selling. I'm going to preemptively respond to the inevitable "no one is short selling this": we all know better. Why wouldn't the guys converting warrants also be short selling the stock knowing they would be diluting? I would be!
Yeah, I asked Paul about the RS and he gave me a canned response about it being made public and that it's a last resort measure. With the OS being 140mil now I have no doubt it's coming, but I certainly hope they do something to move the PPS north of it's current price in the coming months. Went through short selling data for the last two days and bears are definitely in control.
I agree the RS is coming, but hopefully not for another few months.
Received an email from Paul Burrough from AEZS IR today:
As of March 31, 2015, we had a cash and cash equivalent position of 53.3M$ and we anticipated a burn rate of around 33M$ to 35M$ over the next 12 months. So, we should have cash until late 2016, which could change should we have additional business opportunities that would require additional cash.
We currently have approximately 140 million shares outstanding.
Regards,
Paul
You take a loss on this one?
FWIW, looks like a settlement is in the works, not that it matters all that much now.
6/23 Motion to Stay Denied
THIS MATTER IS BEFORE THE COURT on the “Joint Motion To Stay Case
Deadlines” (Document No. 46) filed June 22, 2015. This motion has been referred to the undersigned Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b), and immediate review is appropriate. Having carefully considered the motion and the record, and following consultation with Judge Whitney’s chambers, the undersigned will deny the motion.
By the instant motion, the parties seek to “stay the deadlines in this matter until July 7, 2015, so that the parties can finalize the settlement agreement.” (Document No. 46, p.1). The undersigned commends the parties’ efforts to resolve this matter; however, it does not appear there
are any pending deadlines between now and July 7, 2015. See (Document No. 27). As such, it appears the requested relief is unnecessary.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the “Joint Motion To Stay Case Deadlines”
(Document No. 46) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
It could, if management had a clue. We all have seen much bigger POSs move, with much bigger floats. The TA is not gagged so there is some transparency, but the deregistering is an issue. It's really unfortunate how badly management messed this one up. The product is real, and it's actually in quite a few clubs out in Arizona. Sales numbers would have been nice to see. This will get pumped again, but not for some time I don't think.
The DD here is amazing. Look at how active they are on twitter! This will be over .20 in no time. Quality product and management. Winner winner!!!
Drnk is the best pump in the OTC!!! Thinking at least a five bagger from here.
Float is still tiny for OTC and viable product. See this as a late summer early fall play based on chart.
I agree the product probably doesn't "prevent" hangovers, and new products would be ideal, but Red Bull doesn't give people wings and that one dimensional product line seems to be doing just fine.
Wow, Nikita, you sure did do an about face on DRNK. Why the change of heart? Same product, same management team, still far less dilution than 99% of OTC garbage and now you're bashing?
Court documents indicate the contrary. The settlement with Alarmforce is just the beginning.
Even better!
Last note came due sometime around April 21 I believe, but there were maybe 10 million shares added to the OS from that date up until a few days ago. Thinking we might get news of notes being paid as well as news regarding Asia.
10 days until next filings are due in the Eyetalk v Livewatch case.
Just saw a Live Watch commercial touting the "Plug & Protect" system. The similarities to our patented technology seems painfully obvious. If the patent holds up or they settle, parabolic might be an understatement.
michelle@columbiastock.com
327,875,187 shares outstanding
Float 261088062
Float is still tiny for a pinky.
I agree Ax, once progress on the other cases is announced and we get some updated filings this has plenty of longer term potential. Near term this shouldn't have any problems hitting copper. Silver can certainly be in the cards if things lineup with revs from the settlements.
Anyone else know of a pinky that has successfully negotiated a patent settlement? Haven't been in the game long enough to know, but would assume it's a rarity.
Can't say I disagree, but who knows. Many factors to consider and it maybe be worth it for both sides to settlement sooner rather than later. Let's hope for sooner!
Thanks for the follow. Look forward to what's coming next...
Actually it is quite a big deal as the amended complaint was filed on 2-26-15, and Live Watch responded to that complaint with the Motion to Dismiss For Lack of Patentable Subject Matter on 3-16-15 and again with an Amended Motion on 4-13-15 citing what I believe to be an antiquated tech patent.
If they truly believed that defense had any merit, they wouldn't have asked for a continuance. Sorry, but that's how the legal system works. I'm defending a friend's company against the Illuminating Company and the day before trial opposing counsel filed a Motion to Continue "for additional time to adequately prepare for trial." It's standard practice for opposing litigants to request additional time to negotiate a settlement. It happens every day.
The docket report from the date of filing the amended complaint is below for anyone that would care to look it over...

Got to think they are doing something right. Twitter account is very active and a solid number of followers. Who else has Ron Jeremy helping recruit models?! Need that one PR to send this thing flying.
They ALL use this tech so all in due time my friend. I do believe it will have a domino effect. FYI, the deepest pockets always play dirty so it won't be easy.
I'm not an expert in patent law, but I know when a defense team files a motion to continue, their is a significant probability that a weakness in their original defense exists. The patent that they originally cited was obviously antiquated and couldn't be relied on so they are going back to the drawing board. Gives me reason to believe they are seriously contemplating a settlement. Eyetalk likely agreed to the continuance knowing this and will be amendable to settling the claim as they did with Alarm Force.
