What? There's going to be a reverse split?!?!? What is that? Am I protected? Should I be skeered? Oh no, what to do, what to do. Someone help me, I've fallen and can't reach my beer.
Yeah, super excited about a RS happening. Wow you called it. Right on sport. Geeze, does someone really pay you for this crap? Because if they do, I want a job like that.
Wow, I don't think my heart can take this much excitement at age.
Why? I doubt this will move much until around 8/19 or even later as we approach the "meeting" date which most here believe will result in a positive result to a much shortened time to put the BICX101 formulation into service. Heck, even if a great result on 9/19, there will still be an unknown period of time before revenue generation begins. We have quite a wait although I believe in the end it will be well worth it.
No fireworks here, move along. Hope everyone had a good holiday weekend.
For some reason that is the number that sticks in my head but ya know, my old-timer's disease kicks in often enough so who knows.
Clearly I believe the same. The reference to failed tests are from years back and being in IT for 30 years, I can only imagine the difficulty in trying to sync data with 26 differing algorithms in play. Yet VLDI still exists and has managed to finance itself (by whatever means necessary) so those with far more to lose than me keep finding reasons to continue keeping this company moving forward.
At some point the dice will stop rolling and for the moment I think they just may show some ok numbers.
That result would imply that the encryption technology utilized (some 26 choices if I recall) does not properly sync but I do believe those tests that are being referenced were many years ago. One has to think that the issue has since been resolved although it does not yet answer the question as to why some other entities have yet to pick up and license the product. We all wait on that.
"...history and results to date point to the facts that no one of any consequence that was either demo the product , took it as a beta test and/or field tested the product has led to an ongoing revenue agreement with someone with a commercialized product"..... yet.
What we don't know is what the future may bring. At the moment I would suggest that we really have no clue who VLDI may have been in contact with over the past few months with these recent ransomware attacks.
The company has not yet rolled over and died so for whatever reason, and one might suspect that the reason is that despite a failed past there is something tangible and real about the product, it just keeps going.
Yes, we are desperately seeking some validation of the product, something that indicates that some entity finds value in its purported ability to protect data. And for that, I do not dwell upon the past but look forward to the future.
I've stated multiple times here that this a very speculative play. How can it not be as we are dealing with a penny stock, a micro of microcaps just looking for that one piece to the puzzle that will let those of us taking a chance that it just might be something of value.
Speculators don't dwell on the past history, we look to what may be. The dice are rolled, they are still rolling for me but I will also say, where they stop nobody knows.
And yet the message continues to be relevant. Too bad though, the concept seemed to be right on target but apparently the marketplace does not think so.
Such a wuss, come on man, sell some of that crap and go BIG into BICX. Sell the car too, you can get a new one later on. :):)
So here we sit wondering if the recent ransom-ware attacks have brought VLDI any business. Frankly, a quiet board is a nice thing for a change. As stated by someone, everything to discuss has been discussed so now we wait because either he has it or he doesn't and if these recent attacks don't bring out something positive, then even I'm not sure just what will.
Yep, I sit here on a bunch of freebies so for me and everyone that is involved with BioCorRx, I do truly hope that it goes quite well.
It has been a long wait for many on this board and I know some who hung out for a long time yet did abandon their dreams here. I can respect that as a few years back I had to dump a ton of shares, some even at a loss, because I needed a few pennies at the time. I wish I had them today.
We're gamblers here, we're not buying AMZN or IBM, we're buying someone's attempt at a startup. Now, the positive about BICX is that it has indeed been around for all these years. The original management has left and today's board is so much better than in the past. IMO, the time is coming for BICX and in some length of time, not sure how much, but doubtful years and years, this company is going to make it and those still hanging around will be well rewarded.
Oh, I did buy some for a self-directed IRA a little while back. Those aren't free....yet, but one day. :):)
Maybe you should question yourself regarding your original position. Did you feel good when you hit the submit button for your order? And now you are hesitant?
This is penny stock land, you know, land of scams and fly by night operators looking for some cash to fund a dream. We are, IMO, all just gamblers here. You win some you lose some.
Let me ask you this about your hesitancy.... how do you feel if something comes out before 9/19 and we are sitting at .30 again? Granted you can come back with and what if I wake up and it is .02 again. So again, we are in penny land.
That would be "b"illion for an OS. And it trades so thin because we the peons are nuffin' but 'shrooms and are kept in the dark and fed.....
I believe that the implant was never FDA approved (someone correct me if I'm wrong on that) so I'm not quite sure how it is that they can go about this procedure without it. Anyhow, the bigger issue is that insurance companies are not paying for it despite the successes it seems to have for those who have had the implant. No insurance, no revenue stream. One of the recent PRs did bring up the implant now getting ready to undergo more testing and study that should eventually lead to FDA approval. But, if we are talking about a procedure that lasts a year, that study is going to take a while to reach a conclusion.
I believe this injection will end up being FDA approved (think the the vivatrol posts here) fairly quickly (no, I cannot define quickly) and will thereby get insurance companies on board with payment for the procedure thus producing a regular revenue stream that this company so needs.
With even the potential of a positive revenue stream, there does exist the possibility of a buyout.
Not quite that, but do feel a bit (fill in the blank) from a call I was on years ago with LF and a friend of mine (I've referenced this before) who he was trying to convince to be a "big" investor in QUTR. My friend did decline but I took on a speculative gamble that I'm still sitting with years later.
And this was waaaaay before HFACS and I don't recall a mention of InterSystems either. Anyway, just frustrated that LF's vision never even came close to fruition within a reasonable time period and one now has to wonder if it ever will.
You're talking two different things here. First, BioCorRx was founded on the implant that is subcutaneously "implanted" and has a slow timed release formulation that is by design supposed to last for months. The FDA meeting is for an injection formulation of the newer BICX101 that is not an implant but a proposed monthly shot or however many days it turns out to last.
I bought into this for the implant but if the injection turns out to be a more suitable delivery method and manages to generate revenues for this company, then so be it. Whatever it takes to move forward.
It just keeps getting better and better. Now we have two partners of which neither can seem to do anything of substance with this software. It does make one wonder.
My wife says I've been shorting her for years. Go BICX!!
And another week passes by.
I see QUTR is still rocking the investing world.
"The fact is...", just how do you know that? Inquiring minds want to know.
It should not take a year to integrate these two into a complete package so it makes one wonder why we haven't heard anything on this. IMO, something is a bit amiss here but then again, it has been years and InterSystems we haven't seen anything with them either. It does make one wonder. :(
I move daily too. :):) Go BICX!!!
Could be a long summer.
Nice to see that they continue to move forward to making the implant a viable option considering that was the original goal of the company.
"They will be helping us set up and conduct the study on our naltrexone implant and recovery program for alcohol and opioid addictions with the goal of validating the program's effectiveness to the broader medical community."
I suspect that this is a long term study considering it is for the implant so we're not likely to see any results for quite some time. It is good to see even though this study should have been started years ago.
Come on September!!
What? There's "fake posts" out here? And to think this is where I thought you could get everything you need to speculate wisely. What has this world come to?
Rumplestiltskin lives!!
I don't know, I was so scared I bought some at .153 the other day.
Oh no, I've fallen and can't reach my beer.
Welcome. Hmmm, CEYY, my first purchase here was of CEYY too as it was for others here too. We've been around for quite some time.
It has been rough for several years but it finally looks like the latest efforts at moving this company forward are working.
The RS will be 4 bazillion to 1. If you don't at least 4 bazillion shares you will be provided a minimum of 1. At the completion of the RS BICX will probably still be at .15 or so and you can then sell your measly share, combine it with the loose change in your pocket and take your wife to McDonald's.
The above and what everyone else stated on the RS subject. Geeze, does it ever go away?
Whoops, picked up a few at .153 this morning, looks like I should have waited. Oh well, enjoy the summer folks, Sept 19 will come upon us fast enough.
Another week in paradise. Well folks, have a great summer. I don't see much happening here for a long time.
Tweets don't mean diddly squat. I see another summer of killing us softly.
Yep, we already know the issues with insurance companies with the implant. But, everything Ricky said..... and this becomes a whole different ballgame with local, state and feds jumping on the bandwagon because people demand gumint "do something". So, various gumints will either be coughing up the dough or will FORCE insurance companies to cover the treatment.
Did Pip make it safely "back" across the WH fence? :):)
I would think that an approved injectable formula, the main thing everyone is waiting for, is the only catalyst that is going to move this thing. The WH meeting details may indeed come out but what good are they if for some bizarre reason there is something unfavorable from the FDA in September? Even a delay would sink the price until we approach a new date.
I'm thinking that everyone is going to work on their tan over the summer and revisit this as that date approaches because without that, there really is nothing that the company has to move forward with.
I agree, I'm looking forward to a somewhat quiet summer for BICX and indeed, as we get closer to the September date, who knows where this could end up.
I've been with BICX for quite some time and while I don't want to dampen anyone's enthusiasm for the longer term, the next important date is in September, some three plus months away. Consequently, unless the company has a ton of hot news coming about during the summer, which is IMO unlikely considering the primary product for generating an eventual revenue stream seems to be the injectable rather than the implant, then I see this price fluctuating in this area, maybe rising some, for a few months.
It appears that the whole summer may be a good time to slowly accumulate because I just don't see a major spike coming along until we approach the September date.
Did I miss something?
