Do you think those SeeThruEquity guys are crooks? I mean they give little guy companies a platform, but these are the same guys that gave HPTG a price target of $.26
We're roughly 2 weeks from their annual report. Any chance they release news prior to create a buzz? I for one will be honing in on that share count, which they have not been willing to disclose by email.
So who on this board is CSTI matching with that 500K bid?
They took the 250K block off those .0058's. NITE moved to .011.
Still waiting for update on EU Life grant and the status of Mexican order (and I'm not talking Chipotle).
You have a target price in mind when this thing grows legs? I'd like to get to at least $.02 which seems totally doable given recent price history.
We need more people like you with those scanners! This company reports at the end of the month, many here are waiting to see current share structure which management has not disclosed over email.
Thanks for that. May I ask what caught your radar w/ HPTG?
I sure hope so!
This is where I have some questions that maybe you can add some clarity to. At this point L2 has changed on the ask:
MPID Ask Price Size Date/Time
ETRF 0.0065 100000 12:23
CDEL 0.0069 250000 12:30
NITE 0.009 164833 12:23
BMAK 0.0106 10000 10:56
So BMAK is one of four other MM's playing the game here at the top. In order for us to get past a penny, we (at the moment) have to eat up 100K @ .0065, $.0069 at 250K, and 164K @ $.009
My question is, why do we often see MM's selling say 200K shares, yet on the bid for 10K shares at a much lower price? What do they gain from that, it would seem they only feed into the driving the price down.
I'm still yet to understand the string of 10-20K buys unless they're part of a larger order.
Thanks
Looking at Level 2, it looks like they're gonna strangle this to 3's by end of day unless something drastic and unforeseen happens:
MPID Ask Price Size Date/Time
CDEL 0.005 250000 11:09
CANT 0.005 300000 11:05
NITE 0.009 164833 11:04
Look at all those collective blocks.
And that was not from MM activity, none of them were on the bid for amounts even close to that.
653,000 shares traded within the final 7 min of trading after being pretty much frozen all day.
I've given up trying to understand rhyme or reason with this ticker. All bets are off, up is down, black is white!
Time & Sales
Price Size Mkt Time
$0.005 260,000 OTO 16:02:23
$0.005 15,000 OTO 16:00:13
$0.005 200,000 OTO 16:00:04
$0.005 14,000 OTO 15:57:52
$0.005 150,000 OTO 15:55:27
Is there anyone that can articulate what this incredibly odd exchange means? I'm serious it makes no sense:
Time & Sales
Price Size Mkt Time
$0.0053 1,000 OTO 15:20:19
$0.005 75,000 OTO 15:16:15
$0.0047 20,000 OTO 15:15:52
$0.0047 50,000 OTO 15:15:52
$0.0047 28,000 OTO 15:15:43
Look at the amounts, the times, and the price. What is this?
I may have to join in him the janitorial arts if this thing goes under. By the way, Natalya Rudman is a babe:

Cool I'll check into it. What are your thoughts on HPTG? I provided some DD yesterday on two energy companies Roger headed up. One of them went BK, and the other suspended operations (looks like for about a 2 year period). I bought into this stock based on it's expansion and contracts. Now it seems based on Damizo's email that the purchase order in Mexico is in jeopardy.
All of this with the convertible notes are troubling. Your thoughts?
Where did these come from?
$0.0048 250,000 OTO 11:17:07
$0.005 300,000 OTO 11:17:05
Block at $.0055, yikes. Really?
Where can one locate resistance/support points for live stock prices? PleaseNThanks
These were supposed to come out already, wonder what the hold up is on who was awarded these grants?
You can go on the website and search by country, see several projects already in Poland.
If the MM's really wanted to let this run they should stop putting up these never ending blocks on the ask. I've never understood the mechanism of why they do that and what the end game is.
PTN and BIOC are on my radar for bio.
Keep Trinity Industries on your radar. New regulations on railcars carrying petrol equate to huge backlog of orders, can't be built quickly enough.
They also make guardrails which have been on a which hunt from lawyers for absolutely no reason; driving the stock down to a P/E of like 7.5 It's peer, Greenbrier by comparison has a P/E of 12.
So TRN has been doubly hit by the oil crisis and bogus, frivolous lawsuits.
Something to put on the watch list, it's not if it's WHEN this will blow over now that the Keystone pipeline couldn't pass through the EPA's safety standards.
Has anyone actually made money this year? I had to write a pretty nice check to Uncle Sam for 2014 but this year got pretty beat up on energy and train stocks. It seems like the whole market has been red for like 3 straight months. In fact I just looked and the S&P is completely flat in a 3 month period.
For this reason, I've gone heavy on income paying stocks of late to allow myself to play catch up. I invested a lot in water based tech (desalination, pure water, etc) with the upcoming drought in California as a catalyst.
Anyone else got some decent plays or strategy's while we wait for good ol Hydrophi to sink or swim?
No doubt he'll be there this week to drink margaritas with Mexican strippers in the club, all funded by issuing shares.
...only kidding
I do see their website is fully operational and does look that way, however:
http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20090106006470/en/Odyne-Corporation-Announces-Suspension-Operations#.VXXZzZ3D_VI
Looks like they suspended operations for a period of time. Look at the max chart on google finance for ODYC and zone in on 2009. They must have picked up operations at some point maybe in 2011, don't know how. The other company he was involved in for sure went bankrupt in 2012.
Not saying he's a fraud, it's ok to fail and then learn and later succeed.
Just trying to put some DD about old Roger out there regarding some of the companies he's been involved in. I too need to read up more about these two.
Apparently company ceased to operate in 2008.
..."Odyne was supposed to be designing, developing, manufacturing, and installing a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle propulsion systems for medium and heavy duty trucks and buses.
Another green venture Slotkin got into, Oneworld Energy Inc., was going to become an emerging leader in the design, management and servicing of wind and solar power installations until they filed an assignment of bankruptcy on June 5, 2012."
So on that note...
Slotkin has also failed with another company similar to Hydrophi in the past, Odyne Corporation (ODYC). Gonna need these goons to come out of their shell and let us know what's up.
Still waiting to get results from this EU Life Program:
http://ec.europa.eu/environment/life/countries/poland.html
Have a feeling this runs past a penny this week. Look at the chart and volume, look at level II. Only thing missing to this recipe is news. All just my opinion of course.
Seeing some good volume, nearly half 30 day volume within the first 40 minutes. Let's see if this means anything. Would be so incredible for this thing to grow legs out of nowhere like it did earlier in the year.
Let's get to a dollar. I would by no means be able to retire, but I'd be off to a pretty good start.
I read the second patent as the work around for the buses in Polski-land.
Very good points you've made. With current market cap at below $1M, and with HPTG receiving a $1M P/O I have to believe they are significantly undervalued despite dilution.
If the revenue is real, I'm hard pressed to find a cheaper stock. The notes they've gotten are not for large sums of money, I'll have to check what's on their balance sheet.
That was one of the most incredible championship runs if not THE most storybook CFB championship I can recall
Bad Luck Champions since 1964... (and counting of course).
I'll try to keep the negative comments to myself but it's tough because I'm from Cleveland after all.
More than anything outside of being overtly negative I'm just trying to start a dialogue on what may move this stock up or down, the level II activity, potential catalysts, etc. I too believe this could make for an excellent product.
Stay tuned, let's all have some success here hopefully.
I think it could be one of several reasons if not a combination of all:
1. Convertible notes adding to the share count and diluting shares (I think this is most likely based on the Form D's they've submitted and looking at the small measly amounts of financing they have been doing this for). They obviously need to generate working capital by a means other than sales revenue.
2. Lack of transparency from IR about their projects abroad have led to confusion about which direction this company is heading.
3. MM's have taken control of the stock (CDEL, BMAK, CANT, NITE, CSTI, etc.)
The silence about Rutas Unidas since their last update in late January is deafening. Really need their next report to shed light on these topics.
Your math is correct, comes out to $.0505 per share if they sell the intended 2,750.
At an even more conservative PE of 5 you get to over $.25 per share.
If you own 500K shares (just to use as an example) that's a value of $126,250.
All of this of course, IF they completed all of those orders, which we don't even have confirmation that they've completed or even initiated the first 100 units.
These guys couldn't sell a fire extinguisher to a guy on fire.
Emails in to implore HPTG to give investors an update about the Rutas Unidas project, which they confirmed publically they would install 100 units. Let's see if they just give me the old FU.
How much does one of these units go for?
Rutas placed an order valued at over $1 million for 100 HydroPlant units but according to the news article they received a subsidy for $4,500 per unit. So is that $10K per unit before or after the subsidy?
There are over 6,000 buses in Mexico City, Rutas had an 'intention' to install on '2,750' units.
So depending on if these are worth $14,500 per or $10,000 per (not sure if it's pre or post subsidy) we're looking at a potential $27.5M -$40M deal with Rutas.
I looked up the Dr.'s name who did the initial testing in Mexico, he's legit, "Dr. Arón Jazcilevich Diamant".
The last update I've seen about the Rutas deal was nearly 5 months ago. It's news like this that spiked the share price, and then we're just left in the dark with no updates about how it's going over there?
1. Have they started assembling the hydroplant on buses?
2. When will they actually collect that $1M?
3. What are the plans for growth in Mexico City?
The time for talk is over for Hydrophi, they need more action.
What a pathetic day for the market it is, blood on the streets over here. Meanwhile, taken down by pitiful volume on the home front. Cmon Roger, you snake!
