I do see their website is fully operational and does look that way, however:

Looks like they suspended operations for a period of time. Look at the max chart on google finance for ODYC and zone in on 2009. They must have picked up operations at some point maybe in 2011, don't know how. The other company he was involved in for sure went bankrupt in 2012.

Not saying he's a fraud, it's ok to fail and then learn and later succeed.

Just trying to put some DD about old Roger out there regarding some of the companies he's been involved in. I too need to read up more about these two.
