If I'm buying back in, I'm taking a profit when I sell. When and if I ever decide to accept a loss, I'm not buying back in, plain and simple. One day I'm sure I'll sell out of a stock I think is gonna drop, only to watch it soar, but I won't be taking a loss doing that, just taking less profit than I could have had.
Totally get your point, tho, and I have had it happen once or twice. It's not as painful as one might think. I've only taken losses on sub-penny plays, because I play them with so insanely little cash that it doesn't really hurt when I screw up. :)
For me, it means sell at open on Monday and buy more at 2.80 at close.
I'm out today, will be back in at .0002. Definitely keeping an eye on this but don't intend to be here for the RS.
Last post for the day...
Looks like it's turning around right now. Really too soon to tell, but we might end up green if the buys keep coming in like they did on the 16 ask. Fingers crossed, eh?
Here's hoping. Bought in at .0018; sold some off at .004, to cover my initial buy-in; bought half of that back at .003 thinking it was going back up. Hasn't seen a green day since.
That's what is said, and I hope it's true, but that's not going to stop the A/S increase from scaring people away and driving the price through the floor. I'd love to be wrong about this, since I've got more than a couple bucks riding on it, but the longer I stare at it, the more I feel like I f---ed up.
Sadly, I think some of the bashers are right, here... a 15bil increase in the A/S will destroy whatever remaining trust anyone has in this company; unless Michery files another 14c reducing that to something sane like 5bil... or 0... the risk of the O/S suddenly quadrupling is going to push people away from this stock.
Sad, because it doesn't have to be that way.
I don't need to ask him, I already know the answer. It's right there in the 14c he filed. What he wrote in that filing is exactly the answer he'll give if I ask him; any other answer opens him up to legal action for filing fraudulent documents.
But you already knew that; you were just looking for a way to get a stab in at me. Too bad you were just caught bringing a knife to a gunfight.
This.
They're all scams. Every company is a scam, penny or not, publicly traded or not, no matter how honest or dishonest the company's leadership is. They're all scams, period, by the most literal interpretation of the word. Even the honest guy honestly buying honest-to-goodness products wholesale isn't going to price them where he honestly needs to in order to keep the lights on and put food on the table; he's going to push the price up as high as he can, but he's going to lie to you and tell you he can't sell for any less than he does. And that's an honest man. Any business, by the very nature of business, is a scam, pure and simple.
As a consumer, the trick is figuring out which scams will screw you over less. As an investor, the trick is figuring out which scams will make you the most money without putting you in legal jeopardy.
The sooner everyone makes this realization, the sooner we can all start taking home massive bank here.
I'm hoping so... today would be nice :)
So, why the 14c, then? That's what you should have asked him.
Buy more to push the price back up?
I'm only half kidding... I wouldn't mind if you managed to get it back up to .002 right now...
Never. I've made some of my best trades completely s***faced.
I sold off enough to cover my initial investment when it peaked a couple weeks ago. Got lucky, it never hit that price again after I sold. Stupidly, I bought half of those shares back on Monday... didn't think it was gonna keep dropping. Need .002 to break even here.
I see you haven't looked at HESG or SAPX (SAPXD) yet, then.
Likewise, but I'd like to see the bid hit .002 again so I can drop what I'm currenly holding before we get there
Looks like a lot of people looked at this ticker this morning and filled their shorts... and I'm not talking trading terms, here; I foresee Hanes and Fruit of the Loom seeing an increase in sales today.
Attention MMs; I'm out at .002 if you want my shares, just make it happen.
To bring my point home.. can we quit talking about SAPX on this board, now? Thanks.
BE CAREFUL: The Seven Arts website hasn't seen an update since 2012; they brought on a new CFO in 2013, which is not reflected on their website, so it's clear that the information there is OUTDATED.
I'm not saying Michery is NOT on their board, just that SAPX has not updated their filings, or their website, to reflect changes that have happened in the past year and a half. With no reputable source saying Michery is on the SAPX BOD and Michery himself saying he no longer is, I'm going to have to assume that SAPX's website, which, again, has not been updated in over a year and a half, is displaying out of date, and potentially incorrect, information. Common sense.
DD re: SAPX BOD changes not reflected on the SAPX website:

I'm not saying that, at all, but at least one person here is. I want to see the documentation to settle my own mind and to shut the bashers up. I've got money in this game and I want to see it go up-up-up!
This would shut a lot of people up and I'd really like to see it. It would answer the only real doubt I have here.
He's not going to answer, because he simply can't. He has no more proof that this company is a scam than we do that it's not; he's expecting us to take it on faith that he actually knows something.
Well, if all I have to go on is faith that my DD, and that of many others on this board, is correct, or faith in the words of a basher and the accuracy of his out-of-date resources, I'd just like to point out, so that maybe joetm will finally realize he's wasting his time here, that I know myself a hell of a lot better than some anonymous guy on the internet. Who am I going to trust?
In for a few more shares yesterday; in for more today if I can get some cash together during the dip.
'nuff sed.
That's what I thought; the SAPX site hasn't been updated in a year and a half, OF COURSE I'm not going to trust the information on it to be accurate, when I already know seats on the BOD have been shuffled around in that time and this is not reflected on the page joetm keeps linking to. Thank you for taking the time to set the facts straight here.
I'm out of posts for the day, so I'll pick up with joe tomorrow, I'm sure.
Oh, it's not a lie, he was on the BOD. He may well still be, but the information on that page is out of date and, as such, is not to be trusted. Unless you're implying that the CFO isn't on the BOD.
In march. If their applications is approved and if they don't modify it, yet again, to reduce the number.
His past dealings with artists are par for the course for the industry. I suppose they're all scam artists. Actually, I won't even argue that point, but investors aren't the people he scams. It's just as likely he's stepped down from his position on the SAPX board and they've simply not updated that page; it certainly wasn't updated when they appointed a new CFO last year, either. I see evidence that he *was*, at one point, on the SAPX BOD, but no proof that he still is; SAPX clearly doesn't keep their filings and website current, so neither of those can be considered trusted sources.
Not seeing any proof here...
Money talks and I've made my profit on both. I'll admit I didn't do my DD on SAPX like I should have, but I was playing the chart, following momentum I saw rolling, got in, and got out. There's actually stuff happening here, though, and of course not every deal discussed pans out; especially for an MJ play, a lot of people still aren't willing to deal with that market, so it's not alarming at all that PRs have come out announcing plans to move forward on several occasions and only one concrete deal has been announced thus far.
And he's the sole person responsible for making this happen? Their CFO, Candace Wernick, appointed last July, had no part in it?
Hell, his number is at the bottom of today's PR. It's not like he's hiding in the shadows, he's putting himself out there for questioning. Certainly not something a scammer at the level he's being accused of on this board would do.
You realize SAPX just did another R/S, right? Nothing to do with PMCM or Michery. Time will tell, but I have more than a gut feeling that you'll be on the losing side of this debate.
So the deal with CanMED is fake, then? Do you have a source for this implied allegation? No? Pity.
That's not the news we were waiting for. LA city council needs to approve or deny PMCM's permit for a marijuana facility in the city; that's the news we're waiting on. Should be tomorrow or Wednesday, hopefully.
Yuuuuuuuuuuuup... I should be working right now, but this board is just too goddamn funny at the moment.
T-9 minutes and holding.
That's where I was until I bought more @.0030 this morning...

Verified. Got this in both my work and personal inboxes.

It happens. It'll be back up. You did sell off enough when it was in the 4's Tuesday to cover your initial buy, right? So no matter what it does, it's free money. If not, well... keep an eye on it, then.
Gotta be something else in the works. Only time will tell, I suppose.
