NO it isnt the onnly ecig for cannabis stop plugging your product
By Tempe regulations only 5,000 of the 83,000 ft can be used for mmj
What property are you referring to techtader01?
Here is their answer to my previous question:
Real property, as in buildings, permits (soft cost) etc. I believe the company will be filing their annual report some time next week and that should provide investors with plenty of information.
So hopefully we will get some additional info next week in the reports
I'm hoping so I sent another email as well here is the body:
Thank you for the quick response! Can anymore information be provided in regards to the "other consideration and real property" mentioned in regards to the Gilbert property?
Yes I have!

Dear Sir or Madam
It would be appreciated if you could clear up a couple questions for myself and other investors.
1) What was the amount paid for the Gilbert property? We have seen conflicting reports on the amount. Was it $300,000 or $1.15 million?
2)What is the value of the 83,000 sq ft property in Tempe when local regulations limit size to 5,000 sq ft and require a mile separation between medical marijuana operations?
Thank You

Dear Paul,
The amount paid for the Gilbert property is exactly what it says in the press release, $1.115M. The $300,000 that appears to be in question is just the cash portion for the land in the transaction. There was other consideration and real property involved in the transaction besides the land. As far as the Tempe location, once the company closes on the building and announces expected cash flow from that complex, the market can decide what the value is.
Thank you for your interest in Zoned Properties.
Same person, he used different middle initial. Just ask him he is honest about it. Like i said It's not a big deal to me
No it is not a different Marc Brannigan. The fact of the matter is it doesn't matter, if anything it is a positive because as a former cultivator he is familiar with the process and can accurately assess the skills of companies that want to lease from Zoned which is big plus in my book!
Yes Brannigan has been arrested for marijuana in North Carolina, that doesn't seem like a big deal he is ceo of real estate company not marijuana company.
Your ignorance shines! Although most stocks in this sector are simply name changes do some DD and you will see MYHI is not. If they close on two of the three properties they have options on they will be biggest player in mj real estate scene by far!!
If this "great" management team doesn't make some deals and get some contracts signed soon this stuff is gonna plummet! lets go frichtel, taylor and seidita!!
I think we are all winners even those that bought in today at $10+ this thing still isn't getting the attention it deserves and will be getting......
Look at properties listed on the website!
http://www.mountainhighac.com
I hope so! it looks like they have some pretty sweet properties coming online
Here we go! They are legit!
Ok I will email them publish my email and publish their response.
I posted my findings already! If the company disputes it perhaps they should address the issues, maybe file for libel on that attorney who reported it, since they haven't it seems suspect
What worries me is that they are talking about buying a 43,000 sq ft bldg in tempe when local regulations only allow 5000 sq ft within a mile of each other, whatever is done with remaining 38,000 sq ft it wont be mmj. Also reporting they paid 1.15 mil for bldg that records show was only $300,000.00?

Retail sales figures for state of colorado will come out Monday, or as explained in article later this week I expect sector wide jump!

That was my opinion as well, now I am wondering if it will actually help to stabilize the price as it would make more shares available for trade. Not all of the warrant holders have the $$ it will cost to exercise warrants either. Also all of that money will go directly to ACS to fund projects.....
I agree there may be a correction but CANN is for real and the current price will soon be justified. FULL has already said they don't even have enough capital to fund all of CANN projects and will bring in institutional $$. For true overvaluation just look at Medbox mdbx, there are a few machines in the small Arizona market and NONE in any of Colorado's 400+ shops yet their valuation is pushing 1 billion, now that is laughable!
I AGREE GREENGOLD. I got in early and have held on during all ups and downs. Why? Because solid business plan that makes sense to those actually IN the Cannabis industry that I have talked to, not because of some stock analyst that doesn't get Cannabis industry. As soon as they have contracts locked they will announce it and then sky is the limit!!
It certainly will! As soon as they release next real contract CANN will go over 30 and probably settle around $25
As more people invest in this sector and do their dd they will realize CANN is one of the only legitimate plays available and volume and pric ewill increase accordingly. The lifting of restrictions in next 30-90 days of insider shares will help as well as it will make more shares available for trade
Old News............
Here is one little article seems they have done pretty good job of wiping him off web. I guess this doesn't prevent him from being in mj industry? http://www.citizen-times.com/article/20071115/NEWS01/71115013
What is the value of 83,000 ft2 building in a municipality that only allows 5000ft2 facility??????
I agree wholeheartedly on that Escabar!
He is just trying to pump that bs stock by posting on this board, trying to compare crap with CANN
Yes Escabar they seem very fishy to me as well....
Word on the street is they already raised 10 mil in Florida privately....
I hear ya!! I am in long personally my money is in ACS I just don't want them to lose opportunities to upstarts that act faster
It's actually been 7 months! They lost one property they had an option on already... Cannabis campus what happened to that? I still have faith in management and am hoping they are playing it close to the chest until they have something ironclad, perhaps you were lucky enough to buy in on the private placement at $1 but that is not true of all of us. This industry is moving rapidly it wouldn't take much for another group to do what ACS is doing the model is very simple but practical, IMO they need to take advantage of their jumpstart
Yes it has been less than a month but if they weren't working on deals before getting the funding that shows negligence. I am looking to management specifically Frichtel and the VP with industry contacts, to use those contacts and identify good businesses that need what ACS provides. What is the advantage of having management familiar with the industry and the people and businesses involved in it if they can't maximize those contacts?
It is overvalued if they keep lagging on contracts and undervalued if they move forward signing contracts and building out grows that can be leased, we need something positive!
That is what we are doing Pickles waiting.......If they don't come up with some good contracts this will drop like a rock
I agree they need to get some contracts signed!!
Well they have secured financing. Those are standard statements from any private placement. If original investors exercise warrants then they will have almost $10 mil in additional financing on top of the $30mil from FULL
EARLY INVESTORS PAID $1 IN PRIVATE PLACEMENT NOT $5!!!!
