Aside from the stock I thought I'd put it on my Facebook page because I have friends very involved with things like Hunting & Soccer. I did not say a thing about the stock other than I'm invested in it.

Thank You Homebrew. I've been waiting for someone to post the difference between shares short & short Volume. Just to lazy to search for it. However, I think I'll bookmark your post so I'll have it in the future. Again, thank you.
Posted this before, but short volume in graph form. https://www.otcshortreport.com/company/WDLF
True that. Just saying what the major attraction to me to was when I 1st heard about it. The others I knew about, but were secondary to me. It will be interesting to watch Ken finally monetize the others.
Blue, I have not sold, I own 420K shares. Bashing and facts are not the same thing. Ken noticed the increase in shares too per his e-mail back to me as I posted in my last post. Stating a fact is not bashing.
No there very much was dilution, just not by Ken.

So when I found out that WDLF was the sole owner of this new app "WeedLife" & MjLink I thought "hot damn" I can finally take advantage of continuation of legalizing of MJ (haven't smoke in 40 years) around the world without buying the pot companies. Next Day, MjLink announcement that WDLF was only going to own 15% and I was pissed. That, and the Financial Times article & video, dilution, and profit taking tanked the stock so I wrote Ken. He responded.
I know the optics of WDLF owning 15% of MjLink, at first blush, looks bad... but I guarantee it's the opposite.
We'll elaborate on the upcoming video podcast
..and much, much more.

Pugsieboy does make a fair point and it would be a good question to ask Ken on Monday. "How does he plan to drive more traffic to his sites?" Right now they seems to be undervisited. therefore show .
So do we pop up on Monday and then settle back or is the upcoming podcast going to hold it up all day?
What I want Ken to explain in the podcast is EXACTLY how WDLF benefits and liabilities in the MjLife spinoff .
RSI is looking much better compared to last Friday. https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/WDLF/technical-chart?plot=BAR&volume=0&data=I:30&density=X&pricesOn=1&asPctChange=0&logscale=0&im=30&indicators=ACCUM;MFI(14,100);RSI(14,100);Volume&sym=WDLF&grid=1&height=210&studyheight=100

My hope (Not an investing strategy) is that all the people that want to sell between $.0027 to $.0029 will be gone soon. I thought about trying to sell and buy back cheaper. Not worth the hassle. Like most I'm looking forward to the updates & clarifications on the benefits to WDLF of how the spinoffs work.
$WDLF So the reasons for me to hold:
Positives
1. I've NEVER seen a CEO care more about the shareholders in his company.
2. Greatly increased revenue in the near future with the spinning off of different companies which will include continuing revenue from the spun off companies.
3. No longer under the anvil of a r/s.
Negatives
1. possible redemption of convertibles. However, per Ken's e-mails, and after talking to the holders,
A. They don't want to do a lot of redeeming right now because they know better pps shares are coming and
B. They don't want to sell and ruin the upward movement of the PPS, but WILL take some advantage of higher volume.
I will much better when it's double my average $.00683. Maybe not today, but it will get there.
Besides the canceling of the R/S don't forget this e-mail about $75 M + coming from the spinoff of MjLife!!! https://twitter.com/PatienceWins4U2/status/1337221265493377024/photo/1 Pretty sure we're not valuing WDLF correctly
Wish I had money to buy here, but I don't. I will console myself with the old saying "Bulls make money, Bears make money, Pigs get slaughtered".
I think almost as important as the 8-k canceling any chance of a R/S, but it turns out there wasn't a bunch of dilution. Also that from Ken's e-mails that WDLF will get far more ($75M at least)from spinning off MjLife with continued revenues once MjLife goes public without a lot of the expenses. Wait till the investing world understands this!
I knew if I sent more money in it wouldn't have been available until well after the opening today so....I wouldn't have been able to average down like I would have liked to. Up we go and this CEO is getting more and more cred as far as I'm concerned.
Please read this e-mail from Ken on StockTwits. It's in 2 separate posts by mhlango1982. This e-mail seems to be VERY VERY important, and I'm trying to understand how really good it is for us. I can't bring it over here, sorry. https://stocktwits.com/symbol/WDLF

$WDLF Email from Ken...
Hello George,
Please be patient. We are working on the issue... and have little control over old debt holders from 2019 converting. But we are in conversation with them. What we know so far is that somewhere between $50K and $75K has recently converted over the past few days.
What we do not know is of the conversion that took place this past summer, how much of that stock was already sold off in the past 5 months, and how much was held onto and is now getting sold off. But we are working to find out.
Please be patient with my response times, as I'm getting hundreds of emails all day long, all asking the same two questions about dilution and R/S. Just know that we are working as fast as we can to get everyone informed.
As I mentioned in my video yesterday, we will start our investor podcast update next week that should alleviate all of the concerning questions.
Blue, I don't have private messaging, but just so you and everyone else knows, they approved a R/S months ago IF THEY SO CHOOSE TO, but there's no way Ken will talk about that except in a public announcement. It would be breaking the laws of insider information if he did it in an e-mail. Whether or not he decides to do it I have no way of knowing.
I shared your post in total on StockTwits as it's news. Hope you don't mind. And, am I mistaken in the fact that people with notes can convert any darn time they want to, as long as it's in the preamater of the note?
Raise your hand if you've gone from being a speculator to an investor. ????
True, but that's not the main reason I'm not selling, and I'm working very hard to keep from buying more. What I'm saying is this company has way more value to it than one with no value at all.
Trichrome I knew that's how it works in that company yet I sold at a loss to move here. Don't think I made a wrong decision.
Know how I know this is way oversold? $IJJP which has no actual business, hasn't had a SEC filing in years, and has almost no transparency is trading at $.0011/$.0012. and here we are at $.0015/$.0017. I'm definitely not selling.
I wonder how many of the multi-million share holders that were here way early sold most of their shares in this run-up and selloff?
So, here are a couple of responses I've had from Ken:
I know the optics of WDLF owning 15% of MjLink, at first blush, looks bad... but I guarantee it's the opposite.
We'll elaborate on the upcoming video podcast

Funny, just as I was about to send an e-mail to Ken I received one from him. Here was my reply:
Interesting. I was 2 seconds away from sending you my e-mail
Ken,
I watched your video today, but it didn’t answer any questions.
Here is my latest post and some questions given to me to ask from others.
$WDLF I watched the Financial Times video yesterday, but didn't say anything because it seemed accurate. Glad Ken agrees. Now if we only knew those other pieces of the quilt like the massive diluting of shares, and how WDLF actually is supposed to benefit from losing their crown jewel going from sole ownership to"800,000 shares or 15.17% of MjLink's outstanding common stock shares, and will own 2.26% of MjLink's outstanding common stock if the total of $50,000,000 is raised through the Regulation A Tier 2 offering."
Here are the others.
I believe you sort of took care of this one today
WgainKnow
$WDLF Please ask Mr Tapp to provide an update via Proactive (youtube) or have a shareholder conf call
I know you can’t answer the 1st half of the 1st one and #3 is now moot.

remember you have to ask appropriate thoughtful questions
a smart CEO knows that giving out “insider” info is a huge SEC red flag
let’s see what he says
1. Will there be a Reverse split .. if not what plan is there to reduce share structure
2. So what is the exact business relationship with reducing to 15% ownership of MJLINK
3. Will there future PR’s to explain business plans moving forward
4. WDLF's MjLink valuation is at $133 million.. what does he see in MJLINK to increase this valuation and will there be details PR’d later explaining the business relationship partnership moving forward
5. Any acquisitions or future partnerships in the works
2.3.4 very similar

Thank you for your time. I know you must be extremely busy,

If I was investor in MjLife and watching WDLF I wonder what I'd be thinking?
They could have done a reverse split in the last 7 or 8 months. Your guess is as good as mine.
A 2nd response to Ken's e-mail that he would call me. Included a .jpg of this with my e-mail. https://twitter.com/AWL6ix/status/1336681332009820167/photo/1
"Ken,
I see you’re planning on making a statement today. In the meantime you’re diluting of the shares seems to be pushing the price of shares back to $.0001. This better be a heck of a statement.
xxxx
So the CEO is going to release a statement clearing things up. I'm VERY interested in what he has to say. https://stocktwits.com/Gidgey/message/262687600
Would someone PLEASE explain how this is good for WDLF? I'm not being facetious, I really don't understand. We are going from 100% to 15% to 2.6%. What do we actually get out of it other than the 2.6%?
DayofReckoning & WgainKnow, I got your messages yesterday, but ran out of posts. Except for the R/S question I will try to ask him if he calls.
