That is not the truth. At least Not yet. The FDA also looked at B and gave it fast track designation. That is actually the truth. See that’s how truth works. You actually have to wait for the facts. You don’t get to speculate the truth. Sometimes we get clouded by our own perception of truth. Some view the world through mud colored glasses.
To negativity and beyond!
Maybe it’s IPIX management that made BP wait. It’s called negotiating. It’s a process that can take some time.
To negativity and beyond!
How does an end of phase 2 meeting with the FDA signify nothing?
To negativity and beyond!
You’ve been right so far about this stock. Since you own shares When were you positive about this company? Serious question.
Sorry you’re down half on paper. Reading your history I’m surprised you didn’t sell for a loss sooner. Looks like you could have sold for a gain at one point. With your disgust for this CEO I was surprised you even bought shares to begin with. I recently started buying. Had this feeling news was coming soon. JMO GL
“May all the good things of life be yours now and throughout the coming year”
B for OM partnership by Jan
K Pill soon followed by partnership
P shall be freed followed by partnership.
All in 2019 IMO
According to the 10q. K is about to become a pill. The same K that showed P53 modulation in a phase 2 study. The same K that a major pharmaceutical company reportedly told IPIX prove P53 modulation and put it in a pill and let’s make a deal. The image you posted proves how important a drug that shows P53 modulation is. Important for humanity and extremely valuable to shareholders. JMO.
Hey boneranger. Since you’re so much smarter than everyone else on this board. Is it 60 business days or calendar. My junior high azz has a job and a life and just doesn’t have the time to look that stuff up. I know you only have one of those so i figured you wouldn’t mind checking. You probably know off the top of your head. Thanks for the help.
Thanks. Much appreciated.
Thank you. I’m having trouble finding their 10q. Even on the interwebs. You know of a good site? Thanks again.
Thanks. And can you also post the exact date that FDA received the BTD application from IPIX? Thanks again.
Can you please show where the board can find the 60 day limit the FDA has for BTD you keep referencing?
So little information out there about this company. Any thing on the horizon? Why are you invested in this?
Thanks
“In order to obtain maximum value of the Brilacidin-IBD asset, based on feedback from some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies in this therapeutic area, we plan to develop this asset as an oral dose (pill or tablet), complete a microbiome study in healthy volunteers, and perform a placebo-controlled study”.
Pure speculation
I’m guessing one of those world’s leading pharmaceutical companies described in the latest q is the same one that will be IPIX’s first partnerships for OM. IMO that’s what’s been holding up the deal. The term sheet was signed for both OM and IBD. My guess is during the negotiations IPIX didn’t like the terms of the IBD deal. So instead of bundling them together and getting less. IPIX decided to split them up and get more. Thinking long term. Thats why they locked in the laboratory for 5 years. They know they will have the funding. Because they know the OM deal is about to happen. And when IPIX’s has the funding they know that when they can they will not waste their money on another CRO that potentially could end up costing a lot more than what was initially proposed. Do what they can in-house. Building a company takes time. Building a biotech company takes even longer. Glad IPIX management is planning for the future. They wouldn’t be doing this unless they knew where their next meal was coming from. Excited for the first of many partnerships to come. JMO. gL
Never wise to spike a football before the end zone is reached.
I’m holding too but not expecting amazing things out of this Q. Too early for amazing. I’m expecting good things out the Q. Hopefully see the company is moving in the right direction. GL
B for OM deal coming soon IMO. FDA mid Dec. EOP2 meeting big deal. Don’t let it be down played. This is an achievement.
K pill coming soon based on 10q. Possible revolutionary complimentary medicine. Go look at the K pre-clinical data. It’s easy to find. Harder to read. But worth the time. Go look at the K phase 2 results. P53 modulation was achieved! Do some reading. Put in the time and see how amazing K could potentially be. The shareholders who believe in the science and the good these medicines could potentially do should be shouting from the digital mountain top. Twitter followers. Instagram and Facebook page. Tell family and friends what they could be investing in at stupid prices IMO. Form a strong base while we shed the weak hands. All just my opinion. I’m sure most of your family and friends are secretly or openly mad at you for telling them about IPIX a while ago. Well it was worth it then and it’s even more worth it now. Lower your cost basis and go start a hobby. JMO. GL
Thank you. Exactly. Agree on everything except partnership for IBD. Not yet. IPIX is going to do what they did for OM. Get it to phase 3 on their own and then partner. They always refer to B as a franchise. They’re taking their time. Going to spread the B around. JMO. GL.
It’s still a mouth rinse. Swish and spit. Is the FDA really going to care that it was packaged in a sachet?
No. K is not moth balled. K is about to become a pill and be the second partnership IPIX signs IMO.
They said they were going it alone for now for IBD in the 10k. This allows them to receive a higher price from BP when they are ready to do a deal. The partnership is for B for OM. IMO.
We will see something before the year is over IMO.
I agree. They are very close to having a K pill IMO. I think we’ll hear something before the end of the year. B-OM partner first. K Partner next IMO.
Who are you and what have you done with Rdunn?
Good drugs are hard to find. IPIX has three of them. All with potentially multiple indications. A potential franchise in B. Proven antibiotic through multiple clinical phases. Proven anti-inflammatory through multiple phases. K showed P53 modulation. About to become a Pill. Management knows the worth. Deals take time. At this point IPIX has taken all three of their drugs far enough along that if they wanted to save money they could stop all future clinical phases until they do a partnership. No need to go any further alone. Found that partner to dance with. IMO.
A voice whines in the wilderness.
Great posts Pete. Your efforts are much appreciated. You’re an asset to this board. As are a few others. Thank you.
Patience is key in biotech. Traders have different timelines then the people trying to run a business. Especially in an industry that is notoriously slow in seeing the products come to fruition. I see so many companies on the OTC that are solely there to sell shares and live off the proceeds and do absolutely nothing to bring their products to market. They deserve to have people whining and bitchin all day and night on their message board about how bad the management of the company is. IMO IPIX does not. And I believe management will prove a lot of naysayers wrong before the year is over. The sea change has begun. Sentiment is changing. All just my opinion. GL.
Haha! It actually crossed my mind before I posted it. I was like dam that’s good maybe I shouldn’t. But I got others. So if anyone’s hiring...
Not many sellers either.
And yet a ceo and top scientists from a major pharmaceutical company wanted IPIX to prove P53 activation. Which they did!
Still a relevant reminder of how it’s been and will be IMO. Sorry for your loss. GL
“Total operating expenses increased from $953,624 in 2016 to $41,133,695 in 2017, an increase of $40,180,071. The increase was primarily due to an increase in compensation due to the issuance of equity to our officers and directors, and impairment of goodwill during 2017”.
Wow! That’s a lot of zeros. Over compensation imo. Impairment of goodwill from shareholders should happen here shortly.
I agree. No one here truly knows the potential of K. With such low toxicity being shown in the studies. In the future it could very well be like taking a vitamin. The preclinical data for K is really amazing IMO and I’m happy to see some of that being shown in phase 1 And 2. So much potential here. And that’s just 1 drug of 3!!!
Speaking of deserving more attention. How about that P53 modulation the company reported! Amazing right?
Leo was trying to raise money to cure cancer. The same cancer that took his parents life. You really think he’s reviewing menon’s history in a 10k? You think there’s other more important stuff in the 10k that he needs to make sure is correct? Cut and paste on Menon’s history. It happens. Leo doesn’t walk on water. None of us do. A simple oversight. How about that P53 modulation happening. Good stuff! Right? Could possible help cure cancer! Pretty great huh?
He’s a scientist working away. Do you think he really reads the 10K!
Isn’t that how they met?
I didn’t realize CFO’s we’re responsible for background checks on the scientist that work for the company. Wow!!!
Seriously?
Is yesterday’s PR about K combined with Dr. B’s quote from over a month ago telling us something about the status of P’s 2b data?
“Near-term strategic clinical priorities remain: to work closely with the FDA and other regulatory authorities to align on the remaining development plan necessary for Brilacidin in Oral Mucositis; to analyze the Prurisol Phase 2b data in Psoriasis; and, as additional funding becomes available, to commence work on new product formulations—1) an oral pill for Kevetrin in Ovarian Cancer; 2) an oral pill for Brilacidin in IBD; and a topical application for Brilacidin in Atopic Dermatitis and Acne.”
I think we’ll be hearing something soon IMO.
Too funny! Remember when IPIX stopped the K trial early and claimed victory and the naysayers went on a crazy bashing spree. The bashers haven’t a clue what’s going on behind the scene!
“The main takeaways from the meeting were twofold. In order to enter into a development deal with them we needed to show p53 modulation in the tumor and develop a Kevetrin formulation as an oral dose. In our Phase 2a trial in ovarian cancer, intra-tumor p53 modulation was observed.”
I agree. This is biotech. Takes time to come to fruition. Just wish more people would act like investors and not traders. But that’s a lot to ask for when we’re on the OTC. Now is the time to tell friends and family to get in. Sentiment will be changing here soon IMO. December to remember!
But I thought we had to wait for a couple of days before the MFO dumped at 0.14. Something about avg. price. I can’t keep track. So many theories. Sentiment will be changing here soon IMO and people will not be pissed off at Leo anymore they will be pissed off that they listened to some Anonymous posters who convinced them because the stock is falling the sky must be too and they sold all their shares to preserve their capital before the catalyst of catalyst happened. All of this has happened before and will happen again. Job security for you guys.
Says who? You? A stock price? Lol! This isn’t the first time a company has had their stock beaten down right before the catalyst of catalyst happens...
