Do you have anything but an opinion to offer? The only other info you have is about potential issues. The world is filled with potential issues.
2 Mondays left in sept. I hope we here about either production of silkworms or sample fabrics. Both would be nice as well.
Anybody know why Kim seems to do PRs on Mondays most of the time? I know tuesday was running right up there with Monday until this year. My guess is it's the OCD that I think most intelligent people have. Every thing needs to be systematic and logical.
Apparently a correction needs to be made. It says 2 different things.
This is copied and pasted off the last 10-Q. You wrote 2,403,846 at .04, but the 10-Q shows it was at .06 So I don't know what to tell you.
On April 19, 2012, the Company issued 2,403,846 shares of common stock for $100,000 ($0.06/share).
I copied and pasted right off the 10-q. Put that together with 5.5x.04 is well over the allotted monthly amount, and I don't know where you got that from.
Your numbers are not all correct either. Your 5.5 is a little more then double what it really was. Kim only took up to $100,000 every month per the last agreement. The amount of shares sold at the lowest point (.02) was also 1/4 of what he could have sold.
On May 19, 2012, the Company issued 1,923,077 shares of common stock for $100,000 ($0.05/share).
On June 29, 2012, the Company issued 2,155,172 shares of common stock for $100,000 ($0.04/share).
On December 21, 2012, the Company issued 1,004,832 shares of common stock for $25,000 ($0.02/share).
Look at the S-1 filing. They have a 1 year agreement with CSC. They have renewed the agreement ever year for a while now.
I think those large sell orders are doing what they were intended for. Making people sell there shares in fear. There is no other reason for having orders in that big. They will never sell, and they know it. unless they are really ignorant.
Thats great if you have the extra money. A lot of posters have said they wish they had more to put in. So they don't have that option.
As far as putting money in 3 years ago. it would already be doubled. I went over that in another post. so 20k would be 40k+ at .07. Since the PPS was .03 or less 3 years ago. That 40k would be almost 120k by the time it got to 20. Still a lot more than your 50k.
Don't get me wrong I know what you are saying, but you do not represent the masses. Most people here are more than likely looking for the big score with a small junk of change. if they wait tell .2 it could me the difference between retirement and still having to work. At least part time.
As far as I'm concerned if there was ever a long shot worth putting you money into this is it. IMO
One more thing. There is a huge difference between getting in at .07 or .20.
$20,000 / .07 = 285,714 shares x $10.00 = $2,857,140.00
$20,000 / .20 = 100,000 shares x $10.00 = $1,000,000.00
Both are very large amounts of money, but a difference of 1.85 mil. 185% more. That difference grows more with every dollar. But if you can make up the difference trading in the mean time more power to you.

As far as taking to long that isn't nor will it ever be fact. It will always be an opinion. So you will never be right or wrong. So I don't know why people argue about it.
As far as the .07 pps. How about the over all value. it's relative to what you compare it to. I think it's very impressive consider we have no revs. Thats a cumulative value at around 43mil with no revs. I've seen many companies that make several mil a year that don't have any where near that kind of value. Yet they have a higher PPS. So PPS is irrelevant.
As far as people pushing you or anyone to buy. I am not one of them. I really don't care what you or anyone else does. It don't effect me or my life. I wish everyone well. Even you.
It sure would be nice to be back up into the 9s. Thanks King B.
What deadline?
I think if he tried to drag it on any longer than next year we would be in the sub pennies. I think a lot of longs would loose hope. Then Kim would have to dilute heavily to keep the doors open. So not a likely scenario IMO.
At this point I expect to hear about forward moving progress about every month. It don't need to be leaps and bounds but I do expect movement forward. If I don't see that I would look to exit.
I don't know about a trip, but I agree with India still being the big play. It really would be in there best interest to have at least one of these fibers. (MS/BR) If not all of them.
CAT puts out more PRs in a week than kim does in a year. Telling your investors whats going on with the company isn't pumping. It's the law. The pumping is from other parties.
Cat is way down from an all time high as well. You should go bag on there CEO. Stocks go up and down. In 3 years KBLB is sitting at a higher percentage gain than CAT.
Well I didn't get any email today about KBLB. I didn't see anything on SWA either. So hopefully that means CSC is done selling and we will see our rebound today.
Maybe this is a stretch, but I think someone was loading up the last 2 days. I notice cdel had a 500k block at the top side and it only creeped down without any shares moving into sell position, and it held the border nicely for who ever put it there. someone bought 10k yesterday out of it, but that was it. Wish I had enough money to put up a block like that and still buy on the low side. I bet that order goes away without being filled soon.
So where do you think they will go to get there spider silk to combine with there nanotubes? I think I know of such a company. Do you know of one? Not sure if I should put lol don't want anyone to think I am a child.
Nice find Zen.
I wouldn't say lower lows yet. If we don't sink lower then .065 we should establish a solid base. We had .065 a few weeks ago.
All that selling and they still can't sink this past .065. Pretty great if you ask me. Lot of buying power at that level.
This is the 3rd email I got today about KBLB. They don't seem to have it on there sight yet. (SWA) I also got this exact message from Investment Mastery. Must be some division of SWA. Not as inspirational as some of the others they have wrote.

URGENT TRADE ALERT ***KBLB***Lock in your Holiday Trade
Readers,
Its time to put your Beach clothes away, and get ready to lock in some winning trades for the 4th quarter of the year.
The only Small Stock I would be trading right now would be “KBLB:” Kraig Biocraft Laboratories.
Everyone should consider a position at these levels, because if the company does what it says, then the Street should reward its upcoming success with vertical growth.
In other words it should scream as traders stampede to buy as much as they can!
Krag Biocraft Laboratories is getting ready for the first ever production size run of Spider Silk, and will soon be able to boast being the “first” to market with the worlds strongest fiber. Will Spider Silk eventually replace Kevlar?
Spider Silk has been in the news lately with articles in the Wall Street journal and others. I would look for the first commercial production size batch to get similar coverage from everyone who covers stocks and new technologies.
“KBLB” is a pioneer in this field, and has discovered a way through genetically modifying silk worms to produce the spider silk protein. This should turn out to be the most cost effective way to create the world’s strongest fiber for production and margins.
Get positioned to take advantage of what could be a nice parabolic move up. Kraigs next move could form a new base at previous highs! Its cheap down here!
This will be the most exciting news of the holidays, and the talk of Wall Street.
Got Kraig, **KBLB***
I will follow up with news as it is available!
Enjoy

I came across this article. Wanted to to see what others thought?
http://www.caltech.edu//content/made-order-materials
I didn't really want to get into this completely off topic subject, but here I go.
Most of these abbreviation came about because when texting first came to be phones didn't have full keyboards, and it was a pain in the arse to text whole words.
The next hurtle was interpreting the meaning with out hearing someone say something with a sarcastic tone. It's hard to express emotion in a short blurb of text. Lol and jk, among others, was a way to tell the other person your making a joke. I don't remember learning how to write sarcasm in english class. But I wasn't great at English. Maybe I missed something.
Anyone ever try to make a derogatory statement with out implying you are joking. I have people take it personally. They take it the wrong way every time because they expect the lol to tell them you are joking. Unless they truly know your personality.
I do agree however that it is a very lazy and entitled generation. But just like computers and technology it is most likely here to stay.
It was a lot more than 5k. It filled today. My order didn't show up once in 3 days. Even when Etrade had way lower bids in. I don't usually have that issue.
At least I got my shares. I was holding out for lower 6s but couldn't wait anymore. Not sure if they will get lower. At least not in sept. I would think we would here SOMETHING before the end of the month.
I should have got some of the .065s or .066s but I thought that was to early.
It was a lot more than that. Most of it went through today. a measly 50 shares left. But its weird for 3 days it never showed up when Etrade had lower bids then mine.
I have a bid at .068 through Etrade. I have had it in for 3 days now. Why is Etrade at the top with .0675? I don't have an AON bid in. Anyone know why that might be?
Some people just got to get there negative input in some how. They don't care if it's out of context.
Glitches and issues only add delays. All I'm saying is a buyout IMO is likely to be higher than $1.
Think about what our product could do for India's silk industry. It could revitalize there economy. I think that is worth a lot to them
How did you get that out of what I said? I said they have had delays in the past due to weather. Which is all that happened. Kim didn't say we are done because of bad weather.
Bad weather hasn't stopped the silk industry for over 3000 years. I'm sure there have however been countless delays do to the weather. I think we will be fine.
I think a $1 for a sell out is way short sided. I might have thought that before the production talk. I still believe there is more going on with india and other interested parties. But a country has a lot of red tape. Rather then waiting around for them Kim is trying to increase the value of the company. So when the other parties get through all there red tape he will have a lot to bargain with. Besides that If he just sat around waiting for them he wouldn't have a company left to sell by then.
When you think about the value of what we have (MS,BR) just think we could very likely take 10% of the 120 billion market. Which is 12 billion. Even if we just matched kevlar they are at around 4 billion from what I have heard. estimated 670 mil shares next year maybe
12 bil x 670 mil shares = 17.91 per share
4 bil x 670 mil shares = 5.97 per share
it is also possible for a company to be purchased in multiples of it's yearly potential.
I don't think Kim would entertain anything less than $5 a share at this point and the further he gets the higher that goes.
There is defiantly enough reason to keep our foot on the gas, but not enough to change coarse. Thats all I am saying. I did say we need to keep an eye on them.
I haven't seen DuPont make any coarse changes because KBLB is coming. You know what I mean.
I do agree with you in that these companies need to be watched. But until they can prove that they have an equal or better fiber than KBLB they are only potential competition, and not direct competition.
#2 on breakout boards.
My guess is that nite is accumulating. The large bid is making that very easy. sometime after 2 it will come down. It won't need to be taken down.
They must be stalling otherwise they would have sold some off at a lower price by now. They obviously know that with that big of order it won't get filled. It must just be one buyer. If it were spread between 2 or more mm it would be more concerning.
#3 on breakout boards. It's gotta run at power hour.
I think the last PR just let people know there is a couple weeks of no fear trading. It should get back on coarse end of next week or week after. IMO.
