I assure you a .007 change is meaningless to me, but thanks I guess.
Wrong again.
Who's "they", with volume being 200k today.
Closed above the 200 Day Moving Average, FYI
Considering we could've gone under when Sequestox failed, Nasrat has turned around the ship successfully. Now time to get the share price going with us being profitable.
Ok, let me know how that goes.
200 day moving average at .076; 50 day at .0671
You don't have to; owning shares isn't required by law.
Volume isn't important at this point. This has quickly become a long term value play, holding for an inevitable merger or buyout in the next 2-3 years. 40-50 million annual revenues currently, already profitable, on the road to $90-100/annual revs in 2-3 years when XR hits its peak. Now calculate whatever is being worked on in R&D. 4.5x sales rate for pharma purchases= $100 million annual revs x4.5 = $450 million price = .40-.50/share minimum plus the other CNS product being developed that Elite now owns 100% of.
Sure wouldn't mind another run early next year.
Short of the S-1 I see nothing to shoot us up.
RIP for the .0029 loss.
What's pretty much the only way Nasrat can cash out his 25% ownership in Elite? Via merger or a buyout. What was mentioned in the last conference call? Hmmm, let's take a gander:
We are profitable and targeting sustained profitability. We have $75 million in federal tax credit, meaning that the first $75 million that we earn we don't pay taxes on. We have very little debt. If you look at our debt-to-market cap, we're running at about 7%, if you look at Teva, they're running at 200%. Our profitability and Lincoln Park deal are critical factors and our investing in R&D. The list I just went through is our vehicle to NASDAQ, makes us very appealing for somebody to buy us out or for us to merge with another company's sales and marketing or of the sort and continue. The news has been fantastic in spite of the stock has not moved in the past, I have -- I have no remedy for that, I don't have the magic wand for me to get the stock up, all I have is our hard work, continuing to get the best deal for Elite, to ensure that we will get to where we're going.
then sell the company, they don't believe share holders are entitled to anything.
I remember back in 2013 when the price was 6 cents then too. Well, we know what happened, lol.
No, next week.
Elite currently spends anywhere from between 1 million to 1.5 million per Q on R&D and says they expect it to rise as R&D is the foundation for any pharma company. Not sure what reports you are looking at.

Revenues are growing exponentially compared to past years and both Adderall's are in their infancy related to peak revenues. Elite is now profitable. Elite is investing heavily in R&D. You're way off base by not seeing how Elite is growing the business.
You are confusing the share price rising (lack thereof) and the business expanding.
Let me reiterate, Elite is growing the business. The share price will not reflect that on the OTC. The true value of the company is rising. Now, ask yourself when/where will Elite's true value be shown.
Exactly, as that wouldn't bring in enough hype or volume to get the ball rolling. P.S, they wouldn't announce the BE trial starting, only the results.
The price won't move until they announce something official regarding an uplisting and go through with it. It's been discussed too much for the market to focus on something else.
Important reminder that penny stocks do not trade on fundamentals; instead they trade on momentum, hype and volume. Whatever the share price of a penny stock is not necessarily indicative of how the company is doing, IE a heavily inflated price or depressed price.
That would be extremely short sighted and would make no sense on his end.
Apparently paperwork can't be submitted during the pandemic.
For anyone who is in Armen's circle, has anyone brought up becoming SEC current to him?
Gotta allow the time to peak revenues for both Adderall's to happen. Takes time to build.
Nasrat is going with the 'Build it and they will come' game plan regarding the share price. Not focused on the weekly price action.
VNDM is an institutional MM, most likely facilitating a buy/sell for LPC, imo.
More important is to see what Nasrat does when we have a little extra money coming in. The pipeline is looking kinda bare, wouldn't mind a nice additional money making ANDA.
If you would've listened to me a month ago you would know that there wouldn't be PR until earnings are announced next week.
Well, off the top of my head...it buys Armen time to come up with something else rather than come out and say "Uhhh about that S1, we're way behind where Mars indicated and it's going to take quite a bit more time", thus admitting to misleading statements to shareholders and the real reason for Mars' departure.
Who's to say the quiet period won't go on for another 6 months or a year? They need to say something.
Stock down 50% since Mars left, company issued LOI to buy a $1million/year revs company for $10 million then backed out (thankfully), endless quiet period ongoing...we need something.
My uneducated guess? Mars was forced out, didn't quit on her own. If it was health reasons she would've said, as she mentioned before when she had her health scare. Plus why leave when so close to a supposed S1 filing and biggest event in company history? IMO, management finally said enough is enough with the uplisting talk as the company is still quite a ways off and not as close as Mars was making it seem. Now the company is in a tough spot because they are using the quiet period excuse but now this has been going on for too long.
It's a triple bottom, better hope it doesn't break.
Yep, in the market for another 80k today. Hit that bid! Need 42k more at .0601
If it's just a delay with the S1, why couldn't Armen just say "There's a delay on going, still working on it" rather than saying quiet period BS.
Want my opinion on what happened? Mars overstated how far along the process was and what was going on. Thus her exit rather then keep on talking. You're telling me a driven, competing young CEO just leaves during "her baby" the S1 filing, biggest event in company history? C'mon mannn. Those that say it was health reasons...what would stop them from saying so? She was forthcoming with prior health issues.
BTW, stock down 50% since she left. Might want to cut the "quiet period" BS Armen. Become SEC current.
It's VNDM; you don't want to really see that market maker around. Do some reading on that.
Mine too. You can't just say "We're in a quiet period" for over a year, if this is where it's going.
Next week.
Probably as long as whoever keeps walking the ask down decides to do so when the volume is so low. It's the same 2 sellers.
