If it's just a delay with the S1, why couldn't Armen just say "There's a delay on going, still working on it" rather than saying quiet period BS.

Want my opinion on what happened? Mars overstated how far along the process was and what was going on. Thus her exit rather then keep on talking. You're telling me a driven, competing young CEO just leaves during "her baby" the S1 filing, biggest event in company history? C'mon mannn. Those that say it was health reasons...what would stop them from saying so? She was forthcoming with prior health issues.

BTW, stock down 50% since she left. Might want to cut the "quiet period" BS Armen. Become SEC current.
