The AS was never a concern of mine and David explain the OS. Understood.

The TA had it down to 464 million.

I apologize to the group here...I said 371 and that was a mistake.

If I recall David explained this before....and that is where the whole expected "acquisitions" and "in flux" comments came from. He never came out and said the TA was wrong. But did somewhat say that they would be "behind" what NTEK filings would show.

I'm paraphrasing here.....I could go back and look it up...not that big of a deal. Making NO statements that David is a lyer. No.

yes. Maybe David retired some. I don't know.

No doubt this company has great ideas and product.

But it is a pink...at least for now. I do like to find out as much as I can about the shares.

I can see the O/S got down to 371 million after the announcement of share retirement. It has slowly built back up to 528 million. Also the restricted share count has dropped from 173 million to 77 million. I don't have the inner details or have any solid guesses.

David did say the O/S would be in flux because of acquisitions. He responded to the above notice.

Anyway....just interested if anyone knew what amount of shares David is holding now. Maybe the reporting isn't required for him. I sent an inquiry to the email you provided. thx.

I'm just trying to figure out what David has. Since he isn't a director and such....I may not find out.

Well, 20 million RESTRICTED SHARES were issued to him April 12, 2013. It has been over 6 months. I didn't notice any substantial change of the restricted shares with the TA since October 12th.

So.....where are they? Is 6 months no longer the rule on restricted shares...before they come off restriction?

The Q from Sept 30 shows 36,209,224 shares issued to David since January of this year. I don't see SEC filings showing any sells from him. He may have sold none. He is an employee I guess not a director.....maybe he won't have to file a form for a sell. Those amount of shares alone are 6.8% of the company just from January of this year.

Somebody help me clarify.....just want to know....

No I don't stream with Netflix right now and was gonna start as my kids are getting to that age of "movies on demand".

I'm not a Direct TV fan....but I've had them forever.

Ok. Nuvola just needs to start shipping. $299 is a deal.

I called Netflix and Direct TV today.

Direct TV tells me I just need a 4K TV to watch the upcomimg 4K content. The content will stream through my current HD box into the TV. I asked about Netflix and here is what the Direct TV guy said...."just get a Smart TV that is 4K ready". Then Use the included icons to set up the Netflix account. You just need a fast internet connection. That is all.

Then I called Netflix. He told me the same thing. Just get a Smart TV that is 4K ready and that is all you need. He had never heard of Nuvola or Seiko. He was spitting out models from Sony and LG.

So is the Nuvola gonna be a box that will allow more features like HDMI audio or games? What is the advantage there? Speed? Resolution?

I'm gonna buy one of these 4K TV's at the end of the year for my new house. Awaiting this Nuvola and trying more to figure out why I need it. I'm just gonna stream movies and watch some sporting events.

Is there any "help page or FAQ" on this product? I didn't see one on the website so I thought I'd ask you folks. I don't do twitter or FB.

Yea. The roku may be junk. Looks to me that there is more than one processor capable of doing 4K. However, putting that with "streaming" is where the Nuvola is as advertised. Obtaining a 4K output isn't a rare find however.

Those processors can be easily stuck in laptops....which can stream video...and in future if not already...in handheld devices(I'm looking into that). The NVidia tegra 4 is a low power consumption graphic processor.

Could somebody direct me to where the Nuvola is decribed in detail. Not the website where they are listed for sale.

I'm trying to figure out what is NanoTech exactly doing that is unique with this Nuvola product other that "first 4K streaming". The nVidia Graphic processor Tegra 4 has the specs for 4K content through HDMI. Does NanoTech make another chipset that works with the Tegra 4 that is proprietary for NanoTech or is it some specific software? I guess what I'm gettin at is what keeps any other outfit from building a box like the Nuvola? Is there any patent protection?
