The TA had it down to 464 million.

I apologize to the group here...I said 371 and that was a mistake.

If I recall David explained this before....and that is where the whole expected "acquisitions" and "in flux" comments came from. He never came out and said the TA was wrong. But did somewhat say that they would be "behind" what NTEK filings would show.

I'm paraphrasing here.....I could go back and look it up...not that big of a deal. Making NO statements that David is a lyer. No.
